本発明は油こし具、より詳細には、天ぷら等の料理に使用した天ぷら油を再利用するに当たり、カス等を除去するために用いる使い捨て適性を有する油こし具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一度使用した天ぷら油を再利用に供するためには、油中の揚げカス等の固形物を除去する必要があるが、そのために使用する油こし器が種々提唱されている。その多くは、オイルパンの上部にフィルターを配置したものであるが、このタイプの場合は、オイルパンの洗浄等に手間がかかって煩わしく、オイルパンの保管に場所を取るという難点がある。

また、使い捨て可能な油こし具として、漏斗状にしたカップ内にフィルターを配置したもの（実開平２−１０９５４４号公報）があるが、これは油をビン容器に移すためのもので、ナベ等に移し変える用途に利用するには適しない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、このような従来技術における問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、極めてシンプルな構成で手を汚すことなく簡単に油こし作業を行うことができ、使用後はそのまま廃棄可能であり、積層可能なため多数保管にも場所を取らない、使い捨て適性を有する油こし具を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための本発明に係る油こし具は、耐油性の紙、プラスチック等の耐油性資材製の容体を設け、その底面を開口してフィルターを張着し、前記容体の側面上部に、少なくとも２対の差込孔を設けて成る。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に依拠して説明する。本発明の第１の実施形態は、耐油性の紙、プラスチック等の耐油性資材製の容体１を設け、その底面を開口して不織布等のフィルター２を張着し、容体１の側面上部に差込孔５〜８を設けて成るもので、図１はその斜視図、図２はその中央縦断面図である。

図３は、上記のような構成の油こし具の使用方法を示すものである。使用に当っては、一方の側の差込孔７、８から他方の側の差込孔５、６に、菜ばし９を挿通し、菜ばし９をナベ１０の縁に掛け渡す。その状態で容体１内に使用済み油を注ぎ、フィルター２で漉して天ぷらカス等の固形物を捕捉する。本油こし具は、油注入終了後、菜ばし９を抜いてそのまま捨てる。
