Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inverter control device for controlling a series multiplex inverter system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the input DC voltage of an inverter that supplies power to a motor for driving a railway vehicle is about 1500 V DC, which is much higher than the input DC voltage of about 280 V DC of a general-purpose inverter for general industry. The problem of failure is remarkable, and the design and manufacture of a specially-designed inverter has resulted in high costs and reduced reliability.
[0003]
In contrast, the DC input terminals of each inverter are connected in series, and power is supplied from a high-voltage overhead wire, thereby reducing the input DC voltage of each inverter to the level of a general-purpose inverter and reducing harmonic induction disturbance. In addition, there is an inverter serial multiplexing method for reducing cost and improving reliability by diverting a mass-produced general-purpose inverter as it is.
[0004]
In this inverter serial multiplexing method, the input DC voltage of each inverter is a value obtained by dividing the power supply voltage by the DC-side capacitor of each inverter, and the output torque and the rotation speed of the AC motor connected to each inverter match. If not, the DC voltage becomes non-uniform, and the input voltage of the specific inverter becomes an overvoltage exceeding the rating, which causes a problem that the inverter is damaged or a required torque cannot be output at a low voltage.
[0005]
In view of such technical problems, there has been proposed a method for equalizing the DC voltage by correcting the torque command of each AC motor according to the DC input voltage.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the DC voltage equalization control method in the inverter serial multiplexing method proposed conventionally has a problem that stable DC voltage equalization control cannot be performed in a low-speed and regenerative operation state.
[0014]
The operation of the DC voltage of each of the plurality of inverters whose DC side is serially multiplex-connected can be realized by the operation of the power flowing from the inverter to the AC motor. The power flowing into the AC motor is the sum of the torque term expressed by the product of the motor torque and the motor rotation speed and the loss term consumed by the motor winding resistance. Since the term is smaller than the torque term, the DC voltage can be operated by roughly operating the torque command. Conventional equalization control methods are based on this principle.
[0015]
In the power running operation, when the torque command is increased, the current command amplitude also increases at the same time, and power flows in a direction to reduce the DC voltage in both the torque term and the loss term. On the other hand, in the regenerative operation, when the regenerative torque command is reduced, the current command amplitude is reduced, and the torque term is power in the direction of decreasing the DC voltage, and the loss term is power in the direction of increasing the DC voltage.
[0016]
For example, consider a case in which conventional control is performed on an inverter in which a DC voltage imbalance has occurred for some reason and the DC voltage has increased. In this case, in the proposed control, the regenerative torque command is reduced for equalization. However, when the torque command is reduced, the current command value calculated from the torque command is also reduced, and the electric loss due to the current generated in the motor and the inverter is reduced at the same time. In this case, since the rotational speed is low and the loss term cannot be ignored with respect to the torque term, the DC voltage is controlled to be further increased, so that stable equalization control cannot be performed.
[0017]
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional technical problem, and an inverter control device capable of stably performing DC equalization control in all operation regions by equalizing individual inverters in series input voltage. The purpose is to provide.
