従来より、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスを自動車のフレーム等に取り付けられるトリムなどの被取付部材に取り付ける場合、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスに取付穴を形成し、取付部材をこの取付穴に取り付けた後、取付部材を介して被取付部材に取り付けている(例えば、特許文献1,2及び3参照。)。

しかしながら、このようにフレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスに取付部材を取り付けて被取付部材に取り付けるには、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスの他に別途取付部材などの部品が必要となると共に、取付部品の取付作業も必要となるため、部品コストがかさみ作業工数が多くなるという問題がある。

この発明に係るフレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスの取付構造は、絶縁フィルム上に導体をラミネートしてなるフレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスの被取付部材への取付構造であって、前記被取付部材は、取付突起部を備え、前記フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスは、前記取付突起部が挿入される挿入孔、及びこの挿入孔の縁から前記取付突起部へ向けて延び前記取付突起部の前記挿入孔への挿入によって当該挿入方向に撓み、当該挿入方向と反対方向へは抵抗となる弾性可動片を備えてなることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付の図面を参照して、この発明の好ましい実施の形態を説明する。
図1は、この発明の一実施形態に係るフレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスの取付構造を説明するための図、図2は、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスの取付部分の一部断面拡大斜視図である。
図1に示すように、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1は、例えば帯状の本体部2の両端部に電装部品等のコネクタと嵌合されるコネクタ3a,3bと、所定位置にテープ4で取り付けられた取付部材としての取付クリップ5と、コネクタ3a,3bの近傍を保護するチューブ保護材6a,6bと、所定位置を保護するコルゲートチューブ7とを備えて構成されている。フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1は、その可撓性を生かし、自動車のフレーム等の図示しない被取付部材の形状に合わせて、所定の折り曲げ箇所8a,8bを折り曲げるなどして形状が整えられている。また、被取付部材としてのトリム9に取り付けられるフレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1の両端部間の本体部2の所定位置には、例えばフレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1の厚さ方向から見てH型の厚さ方向に貫通する切り込みから構成された挿入孔10が複数形成され、トリム9の挿入孔10に対応する位置には、例えば挿入孔10に挿入される円柱状の取付突起部11が複数形成されている。なお、この例では挿入孔10は、取付突起部11が挿入されることにより弾性可動片15が撓んで孔状空間が形成される構造からなる(図2参照)。

フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1は、図2に示すように、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリイミド(PI)及びポリオレフィン(PO)等の絶縁樹脂フィルムからなるベースフィルム12の上に、銅箔等の導電材をパターン形成してなる配線13を形成し、これらベースフィルム12及び配線13の上に合成樹脂等からなるカバーレイ14を被せた構造からなる。なお、この例では、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1は、ベースフィルム12の上に配線13をエッチングにより形成したいわゆるフレキシブルプリント回路(Flexible Printed Circuits:FPC)構造からなるものであるが、他にも、ベースフィルム12上に打ち抜きにより形成した配線13を貼り付けたり、ベースフィルム12とカバーレイ14とを配線13にラミネートしたり、細線を潰して平角線とし、これをベースフィルム12にラミネートしたいわゆるフレキシブルフラットケーブル(Flexible Flat Cable:FFC)構造からなるものでも良い。

フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1をトリム9に取り付けるには、トリム9の取付突起部11に挿入孔10を嵌め込めば良い。このようにすると、挿入孔10の弾性可動片15が取付突起部11の嵌込方向に撓み、その先端部が取付突起部11に当接して引っ掛かり、この弾性可動片15の挿入方向と反対方向への抵抗力によりフレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1の本体部2がトリム9側に押し付けられ固定される。なお、取付突起部11の挿入方向と直交する方向の端部に、弾性可動片15の先端部が撓んだ状態で当接する溝又は突起状のストッパ部(図示せず)が形成されていると、更に確実に弾性可動片15の先端部が取付突起部11に引っ掛かるため、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1のトリム9への取付状態を安定させることができる。また、弾性可動片15は、挿入孔10の切り込み態様によっては、1つの挿入孔10に対して1つだけ形成されるものであっても良いし、図3に示すように、3つ以上形成されるものでも良い。

フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネス1のトリム9に取り付けられる部分以外の部分は、アンカー部5aを有する取付クリップ5によりフレーム(図示せず)等に取り付けられる。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、この発明によれば、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスに備えられた挿入孔に被取付部材に備えられた取付突起部が挿入され、弾性可動片が挿入方向に撓んだ状態で取付突起部に当接するため、弾性可動片の抵抗によりフレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスが被取付部材側に押し付けられた状態で固定され取り付けられる。これにより、フレキシブルフィルム状ハーネスの被取付部材への取付部材などの部品点数を少なくして取付作業を簡素化することが可能となるという効果を奏する。

As shown in FIG. 1, a flexible film-like harness 1 has, for example, connectors 3a and 3b fitted to connectors such as electrical components at both ends of a band-shaped main body 2, and an attachment attached to a predetermined position with a tape 4.
