Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is configured by connecting a doctor's terminal device, a patient's terminal device via a communication network, a doctor who browses the patient's biological information on the doctor's terminal device, creates an advice message for the patient, The present invention relates to a system for browsing the advice message on a patient terminal device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, doctors have made decisions based on biological information of a patient, such as body temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar, and have performed medical treatment such as medication for the patient and encouraged improvement of life. In recent years, an increase in the number of patients with lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity has become a problem, and these lifestyle-related diseases can be improved by improving daily lifestyle in many cases in the initial stage.
[0003]
Conventionally, medical treatment has been performed by a doctor directly facing a patient, but a system for treating a patient at a remote place via a communication line due to the development of communication technology has been put into practical use. That is, the patient measures his / her biological information at home and transmits the measurement result to the doctor via a communication line using a personal computer or the like, while the doctor browses the transmitted biological information of the patient and reads the patient's biological information. Is created and transmitted to the patient by e-mail or the like, and the patient browses the advice message transmitted from the doctor and follows the instruction to improve the lifestyle.
[0004]
In particular, for lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity, the above-mentioned communication is used for cases in which it is important to improve lifestyle appropriately under the guidance of a doctor rather than performing a treatment such as medication. A remote medical care system using a line is efficient and effective.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in these prior art systems, the physician must create an advice message for each individual patient, which places a heavy burden on the physician. In a patient education system of an example, a doctor inputs to an instruction input window using word processing software or the like.
[0006]
Although a remote medical care system can increase the efficiency of patients because they can receive medical care even at home without going to a hospital or the like, doctors can view patient biometric information and input advice messages to patients using word processing software or the like. Was not going to increase efficiency. Rather, it is less efficient than giving face-to-face advice to the patient. As a result, advice is created only when there is a danger that the biological information exceeds the alert level, and patients who do not exceed the alert level may not receive any advice, making it difficult to provide daily life guidance Met.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a health management support system that is effective for both patients and doctors by using a communication network, and is effective.

According to the second aspect of the invention, in particular, the plurality of template messages according to the first aspect include a message having a meaning of warning and a message having a meaning of praise, so that the biological information of the patient is at the alert level. Even when they are heading for improvement, it is easy to create a message to praise it, which can further promote improvement.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in particular, the message creation means according to the first aspect has a template message editing means for editing the template message selected by the template message selection means, so that the template message selection means is provided. The selected one template message is edited by adding or modifying the template message by means of the template message editing means, so that a message can be created, so that a specific message for a specific patient can be added or partially modified. Thus, in addition to increasing the efficiency of the doctor, it is possible to create a human-like message for the patient.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in particular, the health care support system according to the first aspect has a database server connected via a communication network, and the database server receives biological information from a patient terminal. And a message storage unit for receiving and storing a message from the doctor's terminal device, whereby the biological information input at the patient's terminal device is stored in the database server device. The message created by the doctor's terminal device is stored in the message storage device of the database server device, and the doctor's terminal device receives and displays the patient's biological information from the database server device. Terminal device receives and displays messages from the database server device, Terminal devices, multiple doctor terminal devices can be arranged in one system, and multiple doctors can create messages from multiple doctor terminal devices for one patient, further improving doctor efficiency. Can be raised.
[0015]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the database server device according to the fourth aspect has a message creation tool storage unit for storing a script and data operating as a message creation unit in the doctor terminal device, and the doctor terminal device. Is configured to receive a message creation script and data from the database server device, whereby the doctor terminal device receives the message creation script and data stored in the message creation tool storage means from the database server device. By executing the received message creation script, the doctor device functions as a message creation unit. Therefore, the doctor terminal device is not a dedicated device having a message creation unit in advance, but a general-purpose device such as a personal computer. Can be used as a device , It is possible to increase the versatility.
[0016]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in particular, the biological information input means according to the first aspect includes a biological information measuring device and is configured to input the measured biological information by wired or wireless communication. Since the biological information measured by the measuring device is automatically input to the patient terminal device by wired or wireless communication, the trouble of the patient is saved, the usability is improved, and the erroneous input is eliminated, and the input biological information is deleted. The reliability is improved, and the doctor can effectively guide life.
