Description

【0001】

Furthermore, when the second mark 37 on which the numeral (3) is drawn is aligned with the position of the first mark 27, the four small holes 36 and the gate 19 are configured to communicate with each other.
[0019]
At the point symmetrical position of the air hole 34 centered on the screw 33, an operation knob 39 having knob portions 38 (see FIG. 3) cut out on both sides by using the remaining pieces when the air hole 34 is cut out. Is provided. Furthermore, an arrow 40 pointing clockwise is drawn on the outer periphery of the screw 33 on the rotating plate 32, indicating that the rotating plate 32 is rotated and used.
[0020]
Generally, the beehive body 11 accommodates western bees or Japanese bees and is used for pollination for crossing of fruits and vegetables such as strawberry, melon, eggplant, cucumber and watermelon. In the case of western bees, the diameter of the small hole 36 is usually set to 4 to 6 mm. However, in the case of Japanese bees, the diameter of the small hole 36 is set to be smaller than 4 mm because it is smaller than that of western bees.
[0021]
Next, the operation of the beehive will be described below.
Now, when performing pollen mating activity in a house using a bee, the nest box main body 11 containing the bee is arranged at a predetermined position in the house. In this state, as shown in FIG. 3, the rotating plate 32 is rotated via the operation knob 39 so that the second mark 37 on which the numeral (2) is drawn in accordance with the arrow 40 is aligned with the position of the first mark 27. The air hole 34 and the gate 19 are communicated. At this time, the bees jump out into the house through the nest gate 19 and the air holes 34 without any restriction, and pollen mating activity is actively performed. The beehive is usually left in this state in the house.
[0022]
Next, when the worker wants to restrict the bee from popping out at the time of harvesting, for example, performing work in the house, the number (1) is drawn according to the arrow 40 through the operation knob 39 as shown in FIG. The rotating plate 32 is rotated so that the second mark 37 is aligned with the position of the first mark 27, and the restriction hole 35 and the nest 19 are communicated. At this time, since the opening of the nest gate 19 is reduced to about 1/4, the protrusion of the bee into the house is restricted. This state is maintained for a necessary time, for example, only one day, and thereafter, the rotating plate 32 is rotated so that the second mark 37 on which the numeral (2) is drawn is aligned with the position of the first mark 27, and the air is removed. The hole 34 is returned so as to communicate with the gate 19.
[0023]
Subsequently, when it is desired to confirm the pollen mating activity actually performed, as shown in FIG. 5, the second mark 37 on which the number (3) is drawn according to the arrow 40 via the operation knob 39 is displayed. The rotating plate 32 is rotated so as to be aligned with the position of the first mark 27, and the four small holes 36 and the gate 19 are communicated. At this time, the pollen 42 attached to the foot when the bee returns after completing the pollen mating activity is shaken down at the entrance of each small hole 36, that is, on the pollen viewing stand 22 and the support plate 21, and accumulated on them. . The degree of pollen mating activity of the bees is visually determined based on the amount of the pollen 42 thus accumulated.
[0024]
Further, when transporting the nest box main body 11, as shown in FIG. 6, the rotating plate 32 is rotated through the operation knob 39 according to the arrow 40 to bring the air holes 34 into communication with the ventilation holes 17, and then the regulation is performed. The rotating plate 32 is fixed to the front surface of the front short side wall plate 12 by fitting a thumbtack 41 or the like into the hole 35. At this time, since the nest gate 19 is closed by the rotating plate 32 and the ventilation port 17 is fully open, the nest gate 19 is completely prevented from jumping out of the beehive box body 11 to the outside, and the nest box body 11 is closed. Ventilation inside is performed.
[0025]
After the nest box main body 11 is transported to the destination, first, the thumbtack 41 or the like fixing the rotary plate 32 to the front surface of the front short side wall plate 12 is pulled out. Thereafter, the rotating plate 32 is rotated through the operation knob 39 in accordance with the arrow 40 so that the second mark 37 on which the numeral of (2) is drawn is aligned with the position of the first mark 27 to communicate the air hole 34 with the gate 19. Let it. As a result, the nest gate 19 is opened, the bees jump out into the house, and pollen mating activity is performed again.
[0026]
The effects exerted by the above embodiment will be described below.
-By rotating the air hole 34, the regulating hole 35, and the small hole 36 provided in the rotating plate 32 through the operation knob 39 according to the arrow 40 to communicate with the nest 19, the bee jumping out at the time of pollination is effective. Can be controlled. In addition, the four small holes 36 provided through the rotating plate 32 have a diameter suitable for bringing the foot into contact with the entrance when the bees pass through. For this reason, the pollen 42 attached to the feet when the bee returns after completing the pollen mating activity accumulates at the entrance of each small hole 36, that is, on the pollen viewing stand 22 and the support plate 21. Based on the amount of the pollen 42, the degree of pollen mating activity of the bee can be easily determined.
[0027]
In addition, the second mark 37 is provided to visually confirm the position where the restriction hole 35, the air hole 34, and the small hole 36 communicate with the gate 19, so that the second mark 37 becomes the first mark. By rotating the rotary plate 32 so as to be aligned with the position 27, the positioning of each hole can be performed accurately and quickly.
[0028]
