【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、求職者の勤務実績をもとに就職を支援し、求人者から見れば、求職者の勤務実績評価を参考にして、欲しい人材を的確に確保することができる人材採用支援方法および人材採用支援サーバに関するもので、特に、就職を希望している学生のアルバイト実績を評価し、これを就職支援あるいは人材採用支援として活用しようとするものである。

【従来の技術】
学生の中には、アルバイトに熱心に取り組み、素晴らしい成果を挙げる者もいる。アルバイトの実績は、社会人として独り立ちしていくのに、学業の成績よりも役立つことが多い。
一方、経済が成熟した現在では、企業などの求人数は減少傾向にあり、加えて、求人する側では、自社の業務に適した人材を的確に選別して、無駄のないように採用しようとしている。

しかしながら、求人者が人材、特に新卒者を採用しようとする場合、自社において求職者が適正に業務を遂行する能力があるかどうかを判断する材料としては、求職者自身が作成した履歴書、あるいは、高校、大学などから提出された成績証明書などから、学業やスポーツの成績、あるいは公的な資格の有無などから判断して、求職者を選別し採用している。アルバイト先での勤務態度や集団内での親和性などの判断に役立つ勤務での実績ないしは成果は、履歴書や成績証明書などには反映されない。
したがって、求職者は、学業などの成績に結びつかないアルバイトをしたところで、アルバイトでの実績ないしは成果自体は、就職する際の評価の対象にはなり得ない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、求人者が人材、特に新卒者を採用する場合は、求職者の学業成績表や履歴書に記載された内容から適正度を推定して絞り込み、あとは、面接などにより求職者の性格などを判断し、最終的に採用するかどうかを決定している。したがって、求人者にとっては、採用した学生などが実際に勤務する際の勤務態度や集団内での親和性などが重要であるにもかかわらず、採用前には、求職者の勤務態度や集団内での親和性などを的確に判断することができず、採用して初めて判断が正しかったかどうかがわかる。

本発明は以上のような従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、アルバイト先あるいは過去の勤務先によって、特定の求職者に関する勤務実績ないしは成果を評価し、この第三者の評価をもとに、求職者に関してはその就職活動を支援し、求人側にとっては、欲しい人材を的確に確保することができる人材採用支援方法および人材採用支援サーバを提供することを目的とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明にかかる人材採用支援方法および人材採用支援サーバの実施の形態について説明する。
図1において、サーバ1は通信ネットワーク5を介して、求職者である学生Aの端末2、学生Aが勤務しているあるいは勤務したことのあるアルバイト先Bの端末3、求人企業Cの端末4と接続することができるようになっている。学生、勤務先、求人企業はそれぞれ複数あり、これに伴い上記端末2、3、4もそれぞれ複数あるが、図1には端末2、3、4が各1個のみ描かれている。

通信ネットワーク5の例としては、インターネットやLANなどのコンピュータ通信網がある。サーバ1、端末2、3、4は、専用線、公衆交換電話網(PSTN)、無線電話網、CATV網、衛星通信網などの通信回線を介して通信ネットワーク5に接続することができる。

各端末2、3、4は、通信ネットワーク5を介してサーバ1と通信することができる情報処理装置であればどのような類のものであってもよい。例えば、パーソナルコンピュータをはじめ、データ通信機能を有するPDA(Personal Digital Assistants)や携帯電話機などがある。
ここで各端末2,3,4がサーバ1と情報交換する手段としては、たとえば、サーバ1がいわゆるWebサーバやメールサーバとして動作し、サーバ1内のWebページを各端末2,3,4が受信し、あるいはWebページ内に入力された情報をサーバ1が受信する、などとするとよい。

サーバ1は、通信ネットワーク5を介して各端末2、3、4と通信することができる情報処理装置であればよく、例えば、パーソナルコンピュータなどがある。サーバ1は、アルバイト先情報受付部11、評価登録依頼情報出力部13、評価情報受付部14、評価情報出力部15、採用希望情報受付部16、求人企業情報出力部17を有している。サーバ1はさらに、少なくともアルバイト先情報および評価情報を蓄積し、さらに採用希望情報を蓄積する学生評価情報蓄積部12を有している。

特定されたアルバイト先では、上記評価登録依頼に基づき、上記求職者をその勤務態度その他から評価し、この評価情報を端末3に入力することができる。この評価情報は、通信ネットワーク5を介してサーバ1に送信され、サーバ1では評価情報を評価情報受付部14で受付けて、学生評価情報蓄積部12に蓄積するようになっている。サーバ1は、蓄積された特定の求職者情報とこの求職者が勤務した特定のアルバイト先からの評価情報とを、評価情報出力部15から通信ネットワーク5を介し求人者(求人企業)の端末4に送信する。

評価情報出力部15は、ある程度の人数の求職者に関する評価情報が蓄積された時点でまとめて求人企業の端末4に送信してもよいし、新たな評価情報が蓄積されるごとにそれを端末4に送信してもよい。また、一人分の求職者情報とその評価情報は、全ての求人企業端末4に送信される。全ての求人企業端末とは、不特定多数の端末であってもよいし、例えば、会員登録された端末、あるいは求人情報をサーバ1に登録したもの全ての端末であってもよい。同様に、端末2、端末3についても、不特定多数の端末であってもよいし、例えば、会員登録された端末であってもよい。端末4に特定の求職者情報とその評価情報を送信する場合、特に、不特定多数の端末4に情報を送信する場合は、求職者のプライバシー保護のために、ID番号や仮名を使うのが望ましい。

上記のようにして端末4で特定の求職者情報とこの特定の求職者にかかわる評価情報を受信した求人企業では、評価情報を参照することにより、それぞれの求職者が、自社が望んでいる人材として適合しているかどうかを、能力、適正、勤務態度、集団との親和性などの観点から判断して、欲しい人材を迅速にかつ的確に探すことができる。

求人企業では、欲しい人材が見つかったときは、端末4から通信ネットワーク5を介しサーバ1に、特定の求職者に関し採用を検討する旨の情報ないしは採用を検討するための面接を希望する旨の情報を送信することができる。この情報は、サーバ1の採用希望情報受付部16で受付けられ、学生評価情報蓄積部12に蓄積される。また、これとともに、求人企業情報出力部17から通信ネットワーク5を介し、上記採用希望情報を該当する求職者の端末2に送信するようになっている。

このように、求職者にとっては、アルバイト先あるいは勤務先での勤務態度、実績などが評価され、企業などに就職するときの適性などの判断材料にされるため、自分の能力や性格などに適した企業などに就職することができる。
求職者は、よりよい就職先によりよい条件で就職することができるように、アルバイト先や勤務先でまじめに勤務するように仕向けられるため、アルバイト先や勤務先にとっては、より良質で、コストパフォーマンスのよい労働力を容易に確保することができる。
求人者にとっては、自分が求めている人材を的確に判断して採用することができ、無駄な人件費を削減することができる。

次に、上記実施形態にかかる人材採用支援方法の一連の流れを、図2以下を参照しながら説明する。なお、以下に述べるような一連の動作は、サーバ1に格納されているソフトウエアによって実行される。各動作ステップをS1、S2、S3、・・のように表示する。

図2において、学生Aが就職を希望し、過去にアルバイトをしまたは現在アルバイトをしている事業所の評価を希望する場合は、端末2から、仲介者Dが所有するサーバ1にアクセスして、図3に示すようなアルバイト先情報受付画面P1を開く。仲介者Dとは、サーバ1を運用管理する者であり、求職者である学生Aを求人者である求人企業Cに紹介して、学生Aの就職活動ならびに求人企業Cの人材採用を支援する者である。アルバイト先情報受付画面P1には、学生情報とアルバイト先情報の入力欄がある。学生情報の入力欄には、学生を特定するための氏名、連絡先、その他適宜の情報を記入するようになっている。アルバイト先情報の入力欄には、アルバイト先を特定するための各種情報、例えば、アルバイト先の名称、連絡先、その他適宜の情報を入力するようになっている。

端末2から上記各種情報を入力して送信すると、これをサーバ1はアルバイト先情報受信部11で受信(S1)し、学生評価情報蓄積部12に蓄積する。また、サーバ1は図4に示すような評価登録依頼画面P2を作成して、評価登録依頼情報出力部13から、学生Aが入力した勤務先Bの端末3(メールアドレス)に、評価登録依頼情報を送信する(S2)。あるいは、特定の学生Aからアルバイト先Bに評価登録依頼がきている旨の文面を、メールでアルバイト先Bの端末3に送信し、端末3からサーバ1にアクセスして上記評価登録依頼画面P2を開いてもらうように指示してもよい。上記評価登録依頼画面P2には、評価情報の登録を依頼する文面と、学生Aを特定する情報と、評価情報をWebページにアクセスして評価情報を登録してもらうために誘導する文面がある。アルバイト先Bでは、誘導にしたがって画面を開くと図5に示すような評価情報受付画面P3が現れる。

上記評価情報受付画面P3は、評価情報の入力を促す文面と学生情報が記載されると共に、評価情報などを入力するようになっている。上記学生情報は、学生を特定するための氏名、その他の情報であり、学生Aがアルバイト先情報受付画面P1で入力し、サーバ1が受付けた情報である。学生Aはアルバイト先Bで過去にアルバイトをしており、あるいは現在アルバイトをしているものとする(S3)。このアルバイト実績に基づいて上記評価情報を入力するもので、学生Aの勤務態度、実績、その他を例えば5段階で評価して入力する。図5に示す例では、評価項目ごとにプルダウンメニューがあって、このプルダウンメニューを押すことによって表れる5段階の数字を選択することにより評価を入力するようになっている。また、評価項目の一つとして、学生Aを評価するコメントを入力することができるようになっている。アルバイト先Bにおいて記入すべき項目を記入した後送信ボタンを押すことによって評価情報がサーバ1に送信される。

上記評価情報はサーバ1の評価情報受付部14で受信し(S4)、学生評価情報蓄積部12に蓄積する。また、サーバ1は受信した上記評価情報に基づき、図6に示すような評価情報公開画面P4を作成して、評価情報出力部15から求人企業Cの端末4に向けて送信する(S5)。なお、ここでも、評価情報出力部15から評価情報の参照を依頼する文面のメールを求人企業Cの端末4に送信し、端末4からサーバ1にアクセスして上記評価情報公開画面P4を開いてもらうように指示してもよい。あるいは、求人企業Cの端末4から任意のタイミングで、すなわち、たとえば、求人企業Cの採用担当者が採用活動の一環として、定期的にサーバ1にアクセスして上記評価情報公開画面P4を開くようにしてもよい。上記評価情報公開画面P4は、面接を希望する学生の選択を促す文面と、単数または複数の学生について、アルバイト先Bが評価情報受付画面P3に入力した評価情報が記載されている。また、求人企業Cが面接を希望する学生については、選択ボタンを押すことによってその旨の意思表示ができるようになっている。なお、学生Aのアルバイト先が複数存在し、サーバ1が複数のアルバイト先から学生Aの評価情報を受付けていた場合には、アルバイト先ごとの評価情報、あるいは、すべてのアルバイト先の評価情報に基づき算出された評価情報(たとえば、5段階評価の場合、すべてのアルバイト先の評価値の平均値など)を求人企業Cに公開するようにしてもよい。

求人企業Cが、上記評価情報公開画面P4に必要なチェックをして採用あるいは面接を希望する学生を選択し、その旨をサーバ1に送信すると、サーバ1は採用希望情報受付部16で採用希望情報を受付け(S6)、これを学生評価情報蓄積部12に蓄積する。また、サーバ1は受信した上記採用希望情報に基づき、図7に示すような求人企業情報画面P5を作成し、これを求人企業情報出力部17から学生Aの端末2に送信する(S7)。求人企業情報画面P5は、この求人企業情報画面P5を送信しようとする特定の求職者に関して採用を検討している企業の名称、業種、採用条件等を記載した部分と、この企業が採用を検討している旨の文面および面接を希望する場合は連絡を促す文面と、面接を希望するかどうかをチェックして意思表示する欄を有している。ここでも、サーバ1から学生Aの端末2に、サーバ1の求人企業情報出力部17の参照を促すメールを送信し、端末2からサーバ1にアクセスして求人企業情報画面P5を開き、上記の企業に関して面接を希望するかどうかを意思表示させるようにしてもよい。

以後は、求職者である学生Aは、求人者である企業Cと連絡をとり、相互間で交渉するなど、就職活動を行う(S8)。
なお、求職者は、必ずしも学生に限られるものではない。一旦企業等に就職した者が再就職する場合、あるいは、高校や大学を卒業した後正社員として就職することなくアルバイトとしてあるいはパートタイマとして勤務していた者などが就職する場合などにも、過去の勤務実績に基づいた評価をもらって、就職に活用することができる。

以上説明した本発明の実施形態によれば、求人者にとっては、求職者が勤務しているまたは勤務していた勤務先から収集した勤務成果ないしは評価情報を閲覧することができるため、履歴書や学業成績表などからは判断することができない、実社会での第三者による評価を参考にして採用、非採用を判断することができ、求職者の勤務態度や集団内での親和性などを的確に判断して、人材を的確に採用することができる。

一方、求職者にとっては、アルバイトや勤務の成果を就職活動に生かすことができる。もっとも、アルバイトや勤務の成果を就職活動に活かすためには、求職者はアルバイト先あるいは勤務先においてまじめに勤務し、成果をあげなければならないので、アルバイト先あるいは勤務先にとっても良質でコストパフォーマンスの高い人材を確保しやすくなるという利点がある。また、アルバイトや勤務のスキルアップを促進する利点もある。

なお、求職者の評価を依頼するために、特定の求職者に関してアルバイト先を特定する情報をサーバに入力するのは、必ずしも求職者に限られるものではない。アルバイト先自身がサーバにアクセスし、特定の求職者を指定し、その求職者の評価情報を入力することができるようにしておき、サーバはこの評価情報の入力を受付けるようにしておいてもよい。
また、求人者側が人材を採用したときに、サーバに採用者を登録し、さらに勤務状態の評価情報を入力できるようにしておいてもよい。こうしておけば、勤務者は将来の転職時の評価を慮って勤務に精励するため、将来の求職者である勤務者の成長を期待することができ、使用者(求人者)にとっては、人材の育成と、コストパフォーマンスの高い良質な労働力を確保することができる利点がある。

ここで、以上説明した実施の形態において、サーバ1は、求職者に関する評価情報をアルバイト先から受付ける都度、求人企業Cに提供して、採用あるいは面接を希望する求職者を選択させるようにしたが、サーバ1は、受付けた評価情報のすべてを求人企業に提供しなくともよい。
たとえば、サーバ1は、図8(a)に示す求職者抽出条件受付画面P6を用意しておき、求人企業に閲覧させる。求人企業は、画面P6に求職者を抽出する条件、たとえば評価項目ごとの5段階評価の評価値を指定し、サーバ1は、図示しない手段を用いて、図8(b)に示すように、求人企業が指定した条件に該当する求職者の評価情報のみ提供するようにしてもよい。このようにすれば、サーバ1に蓄積された評価情報を閲覧して求職者を選択する求人企業の労力を軽減することができる。
なお、サーバ1は、条件に該当する求職者の評価情報を、条件を受付ける都度、求人企業に提供するようにしてもよいし、あるいは、あらかじめ条件を受付けておき、評価情報を蓄積する都度、条件に該当するか否かを判定し、条件に該当すれば求人企業に上記評価情報を提供するようにしてもよい。このようにすれば、求職者を抽出する条件を入力する求人企業の労力を軽減することができる。

また、サーバ1は、アルバイト先から求職者の評価情報を受付けると、求人企業が指定した条件に該当するか否かを判定し、条件に該当すれば、上記受付けた評価情報を求人企業に提供することなく、上記求職者に上記求人企業の情報を提供するようにしてもよい(図2のS7に相当する)。このようにすれば、求人企業は、あらかじめサーバ1に採用あるいは面接を希望する求職者に関する条件を指定しておけば、評価情報を閲覧することなく、条件に該当する求職者に求人企業情報を提供することができるため、求人企業の労力を軽減することができる。

次に、本発明の別の実施の形態について図9を参照しながら説明する。図9において、派遣者Eは、学生Aを採用してアルバイト先Bに派遣する者であり、たとえば、家庭教師のアルバイトであれば、アルバイト先である家庭に家庭教師の学生を派遣する派遣事業者に相当する。なお、図9中のT3,T4,T5,T7,T8,T9,T10は、それぞれ図2中のS2,S3,S4,S5,S6,S7,S8に相当する。
先の実施の形態では、サーバ1が求人企業Cに提供する学生Aに関する評価情報は、アルバイト先Bから受付けた情報のみであった。本実施の形態は、サーバ1が求人企業Cに提供する学生Aに関する評価情報は、アルバイト先Bの他に、派遣者Eから受付けた情報である。すなわち派遣者Eは、学生Aを採用した際に、学生Aの評価を評価情報1としてサーバ1に登録しておき(T1)、その後、派遣先が決まった段階でアルバイト先情報をサーバ1に登録する(T2)。サーバ1は、アルバイト先Bから評価情報2を受付け(T5)、さらに派遣者Eから実際にアルバイトをした後の評価を評価情報3として受付ける(T6)。その後サーバ1は、受付けた評価情報1,2,3を学生Aの評価情報として求人企業Cに提供する(T7)。
このようにすれば、アルバイト先のみならず、学生をアルバイト先に派遣する派遣者による評価情報も求人企業に提供することができ、評価情報の信憑性を高めることができる。その結果、より精度の高い評価情報に基づき就職活動、および求人活動を支援することができる。

次に、本発明のさらに別の実施形態について図10を参照しながら説明する。図8において、仲介者22は、前述の実施形態におけるサーバ1に相当するサーバを有している。仲介者22は、人材の派遣会社あるいは請負会社などで、求人者23の求める人材を、求職者21の中から選抜して求人者23に紹介することを業務とするものである。求職者21には、アルバイト学生、パートタイマのほか、一般のサラリーマンなども含まれる。求人者23には、例えば家庭教師の派遣を望んでいる生徒あるいはその家庭、工事現場、ソフトウエア制作現場、その他が含まれる。仲介者22のサーバに、求職者21、求人者23がインターネット等のネットワークを介してつながっている。

上記求職者21、仲介者22、求人者23はともに評価依頼情報を受付けて相互に相手を評価し合い、それぞれの評価情報を出力する機能を有する。また、求職者21、仲介者22、求人者23はともに自己を評価する機能も有している。このように、求職者21、仲介者22、求人者23に関するそれぞれの第三者評価、自己評価を参照して、求職者21は自分に適した求人者23を選択し、求人者23は自社に適した求職者21を選択することができる。また、上記3者の自己評価と第三者による評価との乖離を参考にして求職者、求人者を選択することもできる。
