従来の登録情報判断装置について、特開昭６４−５１５７３の診療内容チェック装置を例に、図１５に示すフローチャートを用いて、説明する。登録情報判断装置１００は、診療費用の請求明細書（レセプト）をあらかじめ診療毎に入力され記憶された診療情報に基づいて作成する（Ｓ１０１）。そして、作成した診療費用の請求明細書の診療内容をあらかじめ用意されたルールテーブル１１７に従ってチェックする（Ｓ１０３）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の登録情報判断装置１００には、次に示すような問題点があった。診療内容のチェックは、予め用意されたルールテーブルに従って行われる、したがって、予め用意されたルールを適用しないようにすることができない、という不都合がある。また、予め用意されたルールを適用せずに、そのルール以外のルールに基づいて診療内容のチェックを行うことができない、という不都合もある。

［第１の実施形態］
１．　概要
本発明にかかる情報判断装置の第１の実施形態を図１に示す。

登録情報判断装置は、獲得した登録候補情報が登録可否条件情報に適すると判断した場合に、当該登録候補情報を登録情報と判断するものである。登録情報判断装置は、既定登録可否条件情報、追加登録可否条件情報を有している。

また、登録情報判断装置は、既定登録可否条件情報に当該登録候補情報が適するか否かの判断（Ｓ１、Ｓ２）に先だって、いずれの登録可否条件情報を利用するのかを示す条件選択情報の内容を判断し（Ｓ３）、条件選択情報が、当該登録候補情報が既定登録可否条件情報に適するか否かの判断を行う旨の内容でなかった場合、当該登録情報が既定登録可否条件情報に適するか否かの判断を行わない。

２．　ハードウェア構成
登録情報判断装置１のハードウェア構成を図２に基づいて説明する。１は、ＣＰＵ２１、メモリ２２、ハードディスク２３、キーボード２４、マウス２５、ディスプレイ２６、及びＣＤ−ＲＯＭドライブ２７を備えている。

ＣＰＵ２１は、ハードディスク２３に記録されている登録情報判断プログラムに基づいた処理を行う。メモリ２２は、ＣＰＵ２１に対して作業領域を提供する。　ハードディスク２３は、オペレーティング・システム（ＯＳ）、登録情報判断プログラム等その他のアプリケーションを記録保持する。また、登録情報を登録したデータベース（後述）を記録保持する。さらに、登録候補情報が登録情報に適したものであるか否かの判断条件であるデフォルト登録可否条件情報（後述）およびユーザ登録可否条件情報（後述）を記録保持する。

キーボード２４、マウス２５は、外部からの命令を受け付ける。ディスプレイ２６は、ユーザーインターフェイス等の画像を表示する。ＣＤ−ＲＯＭドライブ２７は、登録情報判断プログラムが記録されているＣＤ−ＲＯＭ２９から登録情報判断プログラム及びその他のアプリケーションのプログラムを読み取る等、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭからのデータの読み取りを行う。

３．　情報判断装置が有するデータ
次に、前述の情報判断装置１のハードディスク２３に記録されているデータについて説明する。１のハードディスク２３に記録されるデータを図３に示す。ハードディスク２３には、オペレーティングシステム（以下、ＯＳとする。）、登録情報判断プログラム等のプログラムが記録されている。また、登録情報のデーターベースＤＢ５、デフォルト登録可否条件情報、ユーザ登録可否条件情報および条件選択情報が記録されている。

ＯＳは、各種プログラムの実行管理や周辺装置の管理を行うプログラムである。登録情報判断プログラムは、登録候補情報を登録情報のデータベースＤＢ５に登録するのに適した情報であるか否かのチェックを行うプログラムである。なお、登録情報判断プログラムの流れについては、後述する。

３．１．　登録情報のデータベースＤＢ５
次に、登録情報のデータベースＤＢ５のデータ構造について図４を用いて説明する。本実施形態におけるデータベースＤＢ５として、歯科医院の患者に関するものを例示する。

データベースＤＢ５は、名前記述領域Ａ５１、年齢記述領域Ａ５３、生年月日記述領域Ａ５５、症状記述領域Ａ５７、診察日記述領域Ａ５９を有している。

名前記述領域Ａ５１には、患者の名前が記述される。年齢記述領域Ａ５２には、患者の年齢が記述される。なお、図４においては、名前「××」の患者の年齢として「１２５０」が記述されている。これは、当該データベースＤＢ５を利用するユーザの事情によるものである。このように、登録情報判断装置１は、ユーザの事情を考慮してデータの書式を自由に設定できるようになっている。この点については、後述する。

生年月日記述領域Ａ５５には、患者の生年月日が記述される。生年月日は、西暦で記述される。症状述領域Ａ５７には、患者の症状が記述される。診察日記述領域Ａ５９には、当該患者を診察した日が記述される。

３．２．　デフォルト登録可否条件情報、ユーザ登録可否条件情報
次に、デフォルト登録可否条件情報およびユーザ登録可否条件情報について説明する。デフォルト登録可否条件情報とは、あるデータをデータベースＤＢ５に登録する際のいわゆる書式チェック情報であり、情報判断装置１に予め設定されているものである。一方、ユーザ登録可否条件情報とは、ユーザが独自に設定することができる書式チェック情報である。

デフォルト登録可否条件情報の一例を図５に示す。本実施形態においては、デフォルト登録可否条件情報は、各項目毎に設定できるようになっている。なお、デフォルト登録可否条件情報は各項目毎に設定できるものに限定されない。例えば、情報判断装置１毎、いくつかの項目を１つのグループとした各グループ毎に設定できるようにしてもよい。

図５に記述されているデータは、これらの条件をデフォルト登録可否条件情報として実現したものである。

次に、ユーザ登録可否条件情報の一例を図６に示す。ユーザ登録可否条件情報はユーザが独自に設定できるものであり、情報判断装置１をよりユーザの利用形態、利用状況に応じて利用しやすいようにするものである。これにより、情報判断装置１のカスタマイズ性が向上し、利便性が向上する。

図６においては、ユーザの医院の事情として、０歳児については生後の日数を記述すること、開院が２０００年であることから診察日は２０００年以降で十分であること、というユーザの医院の事情としてがある場合を示している。この場合、ユーザ登録可否条件情報として、以下の１）、２）が追加的に設定される。

３．３．　条件選択情報
本実施形態における情報判断装置１では、デフォルト登録可否条件情報を利用するのか、ユーザ登録可否条件情報を利用するのか、もしくは両者を利用するのかをユーザが選択できる。ユーザのその選択の結果を記述したものが、条件選択情報である。

条件選択情報の一例を図７に示す。ユーザは各項目毎に、デフォルト登録可否条件情報を利用するのか、ユーザ登録可否条件情報を利用するのか、もしくは両者を利用するのかを決定することができる。図７における選択番号欄に記述される数字の意味は以下に記載するとおりである。「１」はデフォルト登録可否条件情報を利用する、「２」はユーザ登録可否条件情報を利用する、「３」はデフォルト登録可否条件情報およびユーザ登録可否条件情報を記録保持の両者を利用する、というものである。

情報判断装置１のＣＰＵ２１の動作を図８を用いて説明する。

登録情報判断装置１のユーザは、ディスプレイ２６に表示される入力画面（図９参照）にしたがって、キーボード２４、マウス２５等を利用して患者データを入力する。図９に示す入力画面においては、入力する項目として、「名前」、「年齢」、「生年月日」、「症状」、「診察日」が示されている。

登録情報判断装置１のＣＰＵ２１は、入力された患者のデータを登録候補情報として、項目と関連付けて獲得する（Ｓ１１）。
獲得した登録候補情報に関連する項目に対応する条件選択情報を、ハードディスク２３から取得する（Ｓ１３）。
