Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0021]
The cooling device according to
Operates in an environment where the heat medium at a temperature of 40 to 60 ° C. can be introduced into the heater, and air having an absolute humidity of 5 to 15 g / kg and a temperature of 25 to 30 ° C. can be introduced into the cooling channel and the regeneration channel. Is possible
It is characterized by the following.
[0022]
In the cooling device configured as described above, the rotor is configured such that the difference between the moisture absorption rate at a relative pressure of 0 and the moisture absorption rate at a relative pressure of 0.5 indicates an adsorbent or a relative pressure of 0.5% or more. In this case, an adsorbent having a difference of 10% or more between the moisture absorption rate in the case of and the moisture absorption rate in the case of the relative pressure of 1.0 is provided in the cavity. The method of providing the adsorbent may be any method, for example, coating or synthesizing the adsorbent on the wall surface forming the cavity, or a honeycomb-shaped material using a mixture of the adsorbent and an appropriate binder. A structure may be formed and used as a rotor.
[0023]
The first, second, and third radiators may be of any type as long as they can remove heat from the air flowing therein, but can remove heat from the air by heat exchange between the air flowing inside and the refrigerant. It is preferable to use a fluid having a temperature of 20 ° C. or higher and a temperature lower than that of air.
[0024]
In such a cooling device, when the first blower is operated, in the cooling flow path, air is sucked in from inside or outside the room, and the air is passed through the first adsorption zone to be dehumidified. Heat is removed from the air by passing through the cooling zone, and the air is passed through the cooling zone and humidified and cooled, whereby cooling air can be obtained (hereinafter, the step of obtaining the cooling air is also referred to as a cooling step).
[0025]
Further, when the second blower is operated, air is sucked from the room or outside in the regeneration channel, the air is passed through the second adsorption zone, the rotor adsorbs moisture in the air, and the air is supplied to the heater. And the air is passed through the regeneration zone, and the rotor desorbs moisture into the air, thereby recovering the adsorption capacity and desorption capacity of the rotor (hereinafter, the adsorption capacity of this rotor). And the step of restoring the desorption capacity is also referred to as a regeneration step).
[0026]
The cooling step and the regenerating step can be performed simultaneously and continuously by performing the processing while rotating the rotor.
According to such a cooling device, in the regeneration channel, the air taken in from the room or outside is not passed through the heater as it is, but is dehumidified through the second adsorption zone and then passed through the heater. The amount of moisture contained in the air passed through the vessel is smaller than the air itself inhaled from indoors or outdoors. Therefore, compared to the case where air taken in from the room or outside is passed through the heater as it is, even if the heating temperature in the heater is somewhat lower, the relative humidity of the air passed through the regeneration zone is sufficiently reduced to adsorb the rotor. The ability can be restored.
[0027]
More specifically, in the case of the conventional cooling device described above, the relative humidity of the air passed through the regeneration zone cannot be sufficiently reduced unless there is an environment capable of using a heat medium of 80 ° C. or higher, Although the cooling device could not be operated sufficiently continuously, in the case of the cooling device configured as in the present invention, if there is an environment where a heat medium of 40 ° C. or more can be used, the relative value of the air passed through the regeneration zone The humidity can be sufficiently reduced, and the cooling device can be sufficiently operated continuously.
[0028]
The rotor may be divided into a plurality of zones including a first adsorption zone, a cooling zone, a second adsorption zone, and a regeneration zone by using a single rotor, or a plurality of zones. Using a rotor, each rotor includes at least one zone for adsorbing moisture (= first adsorption zone or second adsorption zone) and one zone for desorbing moisture (= cooling zone or regeneration zone). Each zone may be divided.
[0029]
As a specific example in the case of using a plurality of rotors, for example, as the rotor, a secondary dehumidification rotor divided into a plurality of zones including at least the first adsorption zone and the regeneration zone, and at least the cooling zone and the second zone. One provided with a humidification cooling rotor divided into a plurality of zones including two adsorption zones.
[0030]
In this case, the secondary dehumidifying rotor is configured so that the portion that has been the regeneration zone shifts to the cooling cycle zone before shifting to the first adsorption zone as it is driven to rotate. A second radiator for removing heat from the air flowing into the inside, and a third blower for flowing air to the flow path, and the cooling cycle zone and the second radiator, and then the cooling cycle again. A cooling cycle passage returning to the zone may be formed, and the third blower may be configured to flow air through the cooling cycle passage.
[0031]
When the secondary dehumidification rotor is composed of a first adsorption zone, a regeneration zone, and a cooling cycle zone, the occupancy of the first adsorption zone is 50.0 to 70.0%, and the occupancy of the regeneration zone is 15.0. Preferably, the occupancy of the cooling cycle zone is set to 10.0 to 15.0%, and at this time, the rotation speed of the secondary dehumidifying rotor may be set to 5 to 20 rph.
[0032]
According to this cooling device, when the third blower is operated, in the cooling cycle channel, air is passed through the cooling cycle zone, heat is removed from the secondary dehumidifying rotor, and the air is passed through the second radiator. Heat is removed from the air, and the air is returned to the cooling cycle zone again, whereby the temperature of the secondary dehumidifying rotor can be lowered (hereinafter, the process of lowering the temperature of the secondary dehumidifying rotor is cooled). Cycle process).
[0033]
If such a cooling cycle step is provided, even if the secondary dehumidifying rotor is heated by air from the heater in the regeneration zone, heat is taken away in the cooling cycle zone, the temperature decreases, and the temperature decreases. Since the part moves to the first adsorption zone, the adsorption efficiency in the first adsorption zone is improved. Therefore, the air that is passed through the secondary dehumidification rotor in the cooling channel is dehumidified more than when the above-mentioned cooling cycle zone is not provided, and the air is passed through the humidification cooling rotor, so that the humidification cooling rotor Since the amount of water desorbed from the water can be increased, the cooling capacity can be improved.
[0034]
The cooling cycle channel can be provided even when a single rotor is used. In this case, as the rotor is driven to rotate, the portion that has been in the regeneration zone shifts to the cooling cycle zone, and then shifts to either the first adsorption zone or the second adsorption zone. Then, the order of each zone is set in consideration of the rotation direction of the rotor.
[0035]
In addition, the humidifying cooling rotor is configured to move to a humidifying zone before moving to the cooling zone, with the portion being the second adsorption zone being driven to rotate, and A third radiator for removing heat from the air flowing into the inside, and a humidifying flow path from an outlet of the regeneration flow path to the third radiator and the outlet through the humidifying zone may be formed. .
[0036]
When the humidification cooling rotor is composed of the second adsorption zone, the humidification zone, and the cooling zone, the occupancy of the second adsorption zone is 50.0 to 70.0%, and the occupancy of the humidification zone is 0.01 to 20. 0.0%, and the occupancy of the cooling zone is preferably set to 20.0 to 50.0%. At this time, the rotation speed of the humidifying cooling rotor may be 5 to 20 rph.
[0037]
According to this cooling device, the air discharged from the regeneration flow path flows to the humidification flow path, and in the humidification flow path, the air is passed through the third radiator, heat is removed from the air, and the air is removed from the humidification zone. And the humidifying cooling rotor adsorbs moisture in the air, whereby the water used for humidifying cooling is replenished to the humidifying cooling rotor. Therefore, compared with the case where moisture in the air is adsorbed by the humidifying cooling rotor only in the regeneration channel, the amount of water adsorbed by the humidifying cooling rotor can be increased, and the moisture desorbing ability of the humidifying cooling rotor can be improved. Can be improved.
[0038]
In addition, this humidification channel can be provided even when a single rotor is used. In this case, as the rotor is driven to rotate, a portion that has been either the first adsorption zone or the second adsorption zone shifts to the humidification zone, and then shifts to the cooling zone. The order of each zone is set in consideration of the rotation direction of the rotor.
[0039]
In addition, the humidification cooling rotor may be configured not to be provided. For example, the humidification cooling rotor is configured such that the portion that has been the second adsorption zone immediately shifts to the cooling zone as it is driven to rotate. May be. In this case, the occupancy of the second adsorption zone is preferably set to 50.0 to 70.0%, and the occupancy of the cooling zone is preferably set to 30.0 to 50.0%. Is preferably 5 to 20 rph.
[0040]
According to the cooling device described above, when a heating medium having a temperature of 60 to 100 ° C. can be introduced into the heater, air having an absolute humidity of 5 to 25 g / kg and a temperature of 25 to 40 ° C. is supplied to the cooling channel and the regeneration channel. Operable in an installable environment.
When a heating medium having a temperature of 40 to 60 ° C. can be introduced into the heater, it can be operated in an environment in which air having an absolute humidity of 5 to 15 g / kg and a temperature of 25 to 30 ° C. can be introduced into the cooling channel and the regeneration channel. It is.
