[Problems to be solved by the invention]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, with the development of electronic devices using high frequency, a small and large-capacity capacitor having low internal impedance and excellent high frequency characteristics in a high frequency region is required. In particular, there is an increasing demand for reducing the ESR (equivalent series resistance) of the internal impedance of a capacitor.
[0006]
However, in a conventional solid electrolytic capacitor using aluminum as the anode body, although the ESR is lower than that of tantalum, it is difficult to increase the capacity in terms of capacity. Further, a conventional solid electrolytic capacitor using tantalum for the anode body has an excellent ESR in terms of capacity, but has a relatively high ESR. As described above, the reality is that there is no solid electrolytic capacitor that is small in size, has a large capacity and low ESR, and has a good balance between capacity and ESR. Further, it is desired to realize a solid electrolytic capacitor having a low ESL (equivalent series inductance) in a high frequency range.
[0007]
The present invention solves such a conventional problem, and provides a large-capacity, low-ESR, low-ESL solid electrolytic capacitor without increasing the size of the capacitor.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has a small size by stacking a plurality of sheet-like capacitor elements made of a valve metal porous body such as tantalum or niobium and a plurality of capacitor elements made of a valve metal porous foil such as aluminum. A large capacity and low ESR solid electrolytic capacitor can be obtained. In a structure in which a lead frame is not used for an external electrode, low ESL can be achieved.

In the seventh embodiment, one layer of the first capacitor element and three layers of the second capacitor element are stacked.
[0071]
With the above configuration, the terminal distance can be shorter than that of a solid electrolytic capacitor using a lead frame, so that low ESR and low ESL characteristics can be realized, and the element volume is designed to be large. Therefore, the capacity of the capacitor per unit volume can be increased.

The initial characteristics of the obtained solid electrolytic capacitor are shown in (Table 2). In the ninth embodiment, two layers of the first capacitor element and two layers of the second capacitor element are stacked.
[0086]

[Table 2]
[0099]
As is clear from Table 2, the solid electrolytic capacitor of the present invention has smaller size, larger capacity, lower ESR and lower ESL than the comparative example when compared at the same product height. In the comparative example, when only the aluminum capacitor is laminated, the ESR is low but the capacity is small, and the ESL is large because of the structure using the lead frame.
[0100]
As described above, by stacking a tantalum capacitor having a large capacity and an aluminum capacitor having a small capacity but a small thickness, it is possible to reduce the ESR without changing the height of the product in addition to increasing the capacity. Further, low ESL is possible because of the structure without using a lead frame.
[0101]
In the above embodiment, the method for forming the solid electrolyte layer 6 is formed by forming a solid electrolyte layer or manganese dioxide synthesized by a chemical polymerization method or a chemical polymerization method as a precoat layer, and then performing electrolytic polymerization on the precoat layer. The solid electrolyte material formed by electrolytic polymerization is not particularly limited, but is preferably one having pyrrole, thiophene, aniline or a derivative thereof as a repeating unit because of the ease of the polymerization reaction. Desirably, any of polymerized polypyrrole, polyaniline, or polythiophene, or any of their derivatives, may be used, and any combination of polyaniline, polythiophene, and polypyrrole may be used.

As described above, in the present invention, by stacking the first capacitor element formed of the valve metal porous foil and the second capacitor element formed of the valve metal porous body provided on the surface of the valve metal foil, The number of layers can be increased without increasing the component height as compared with a solid electrolytic capacitor in which the same type is laminated. That is, a large capacity and low ESR can be easily realized. Further, in a structure not using a lead frame, low ESL can be achieved.
