Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a glass plate packing device (pallet) for conveying a glass plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When packing and transporting glass plates in the past, the glass plates are stored side by side in a wooden box, or both ends are fixed with cap-shaped box materials, etc., and bound with a band material such as a steel band. It was.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional glass plate packing device has a large box and is difficult to recover after transportation, or may be insufficient in strength, and is discarded after use. Therefore, it has been desired that resources be wasted and reused.
[0004]
On the other hand, a steel transport device has been developed in which folding support columns are provided at the four corners of the floor frame and folded and recovered after transport, but the structure is complicated and large.
[0005]
The present invention is based on the above-described prior art, and has a simple structure, sufficient strength, reusability, and a glass plate packaging apparatus and method that can be made compact when taken home. The purpose is to provide a package.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the present invention, a side plate that holds a plurality of glass plates standing in parallel and holds the glass surface side of a group of glass plates placed on the bottom plate from both front and rear sides. And a top frame that presses the upper surface of the placed glass plate group, the glass plate group being fixed with a band material together with the side frame and the top frame, and the side frame comprising a vertical angle pipe and a horizontal angle, respectively. A pair of female frame and male frame formed in an L shape with a pipe, the horizontal angle pipe of the male frame is inserted into the horizontal angle pipe of the female frame and formed into a U shape with the top open, Provided is a glass plate packing device, wherein the bottom plate is placed on a horizontal angle pipe of a side frame, and the height of the horizontal angle pipe is set to a predetermined height or more.
[0007]
According to this structure, since the side frame which swells in the height direction is composed of an insertion-type L-shaped male frame and a female frame, it can be easily disassembled and assembled. The packaging device (pallet) can be disassembled and put together in a compact manner, and it can be reused and the handling at the time of takeout is improved. Further, since the side frame is constituted by a square pipe, sufficient strength can be obtained. In this case, the height of the horizontal angle pipe on the lower side of the bottom plate is high (including the case where the height of the pipe material itself is high and the case where the height is increased by joining another member to the pipe material). There is enough space to insert the forklift claw on the side, and the forklift claw can be easily inserted and conveyed when the packaging device is conveyed by the forklift, improving workability.
[0008]
In a preferable configuration example, a raising member is provided below the horizontal angle pipe of the female frame of the side frame, and the width of the raising member is substantially the same as the width of the horizontal angle pipe. It is characterized by being welded and joined to the horizontal-angle pipe with a deviation in the direction.
[0009]
According to this configuration, the height of the horizontal angle pipe is increased by the raising member, and the raising member is attached with a slight shift in the width direction. Therefore, the fillet when the raising member is welded to the lower side of the side angle pipe of the side frame is used. (The fillet on the shift destination direction side when the raising member is displaced, indicated by
As described later (FIG. 3 (B)), the amount of displacement of the raising member is adjusted so as to be flush with the plate surface of the connecting
The amount by which the raising member is displaced is preferably up to the center of the width of the horizontal pipe of the
[0010]
In a preferred configuration example, the front and rear end portions of the top frame are inclined and the left and right side surfaces are trapezoidal.
[0011]
According to this configuration, the band member does not bend at a right angle but is bent at a gentle angle along the trapezoid when being bound with a band member such as a steel band, and thus can be firmly tightened. Further, deformation, wear, breakage, etc. of the top frame and the steel band can be prevented.
[0012]
In a preferred configuration example, the width of the top frame is sufficiently wider than the width of a lateral pipe of the female frame of the side frame.
[0013]
According to this configuration, when storing the glass and stacking the packaging device in two layers, the horizontal angle pipe below the side frame of the upper packaging device is securely supported on the top frame of the lower packaging device without shifting. As a result, the stacked packing device is not broken and can be stacked in a stable state.
[0014]
Further, in the present invention, as a glass plate packing method using the glass plate packing apparatus, the glass plates are sequentially placed on the vertical angle pipes of the female frame in a state where the female frame and the male frame of the side frame are separated. And a predetermined number of glass plates are arranged in parallel, then the horizontal angle pipe of the male frame is inserted into the horizontal angle pipe of the female frame, and then the glass plate group is bundled with the strip. Provided is a method for packing a glass plate.
[0015]
According to this configuration, the side frame is composed of an insertion-type L-shaped male frame and a female frame, so that only the L-shaped female frame is obtained with the male frame separated from the female frame. The glass plate can be mounted with, and it becomes easy to mount. After mounting, the side frame can be easily assembled by simply inserting the male frame, and the packaging workability is improved.
[0016]
In a preferred configuration example, when collecting the packaging device, the side frames are laid sideways on the bottom plate so that the raised member protrudes upward and placed together with the top frame, and a plurality of packaging devices are stacked and bound together. It is characterized by.
[0017]
According to this configuration, since the side frame is laid sideways so that the raising member attached with a slight shift in the width direction with respect to the side frame protrudes upward, the upper stage is placed next to the lower stage. It is supported on the end face of the raised raising member, and each step can be stacked horizontally at a constant height interval.
[0018]
Furthermore, in the present invention, a plurality of glass plates, a bottom plate on which the plurality of glass plates are erected and placed side by side, and a glass surface side of a glass plate group placed on the bottom plate from both front and rear sides A holding side frame, and a top frame that presses an upper surface of the placed glass plate group. The glass plate group is fixed with a band member together with the side frame and the top frame. It consists of a pair of female frame and male frame formed in a L shape with a pipe and a horizontal angle pipe. The horizontal angle pipe of the male frame is inserted into the horizontal angle pipe of the female frame so that the top is open. Provided is a glass plate packaging body characterized in that the bottom plate is placed on the horizontal pipe of the side frame, and the height of the horizontal pipe is set to a predetermined height or more.
[0019]
[0020]
Further, in the present invention, as a packaging body at the time of recovery of the glass plate packaging device using the packaging device, the bottom plate is separated from the side frame for each packaging device, and the side frame is made to protrude upward. A packaging body at the time of collection of a packaging device for glass plates, wherein the packaging device is placed on the bottom plate together with the top frame while being laid down side by side, and a plurality of packaging devices are stacked and bound together.
[0021]
According to this configuration, since the side frame is laid sideways so that the raising member attached with a slight shift in the width direction with respect to the side frame protrudes upward, the upper stage is placed next to the lower stage. It is supported on the end face of the raised raising member, and each step can be stacked horizontally at a constant height interval.

When packing a glass plate using the glass plate packing apparatus according to the present invention, a bottom plate is placed on a horizontal angle pipe in a state where the vertical angle pipe of the female frame is erected (step S1), and the vertical angle of the female frame is set. A glass plate is stood up in order from the pipe side and mounted on the bottom plate (step S2). Thereafter, the side frame of the male frame is inserted into the side pipe of the female frame to form a side frame (step S3), and the top frame is placed on the glass plate group placed on the bottom plate (step S4). ). Next, these are bound using a band material such as a steel band (step S5) to form a package. This package is transported by a forklift (step S6) and placed on another package to be stacked in two stages, or in two rows so that the side frames are in contact with the front side of another package. Arranged in parallel, the two packages are bound with a band material such as a steel band (step S7).

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the side frame which is bulky in the height direction can be easily disassembled and assembled by configuring the insertion type L-shaped male frame and female frame. The packaging device (pallet) that transports the plates can be disassembled and put together in a compact manner, which is reusable and easy to handle when taking home.
[0034]
In addition, the height of the horizontal angle pipe is increased by the raising member and the raising member is attached with a slight shift in the width direction, so that the fillet when welding the raising member to the lower side of the side angle pipe of the side frame is the height of the raising member. It is formed inside the end face and does not protrude from the width direction of the frame. Therefore, when disassembling the side frame and stacking it sideways when recovering the packing device, the weld fillet does not protrude in the vertical direction, and the stacked members do not tilt due to the variation in fillet. The steps are supported on the end face of the raising member shifted to the side of the lower step, and the steps can be stacked horizontally at a certain height interval.
[0035]
In addition, if the left and right sides of the top frame are tilted and the left and right sides are trapezoidal, the band will bend at a gentle angle along the trapezoid without being bent at right angles when bound with a band such as a steel band. It can be tightened firmly.
[0036]
In addition, if the width of the top frame is made sufficiently wider than the width of the horizontal pipe of the female frame of the side frame, when the glass is stored and the packaging device is stacked in two layers, it is placed on the top frame of the lower packaging device. Since the horizontal pipe at the bottom of the side frame of the upper packaging apparatus is reliably supported without shifting, the stacked packaging apparatus will not collapse and can be stacked in a stable state.
