Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pocket tissue characterized by a structure of a tissue outlet provided in a bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A pocket tissue including a bundled tissue, a flat rectangular bag that wraps the bundled tissue, and an outlet provided on the upper surface of the bag for taking out the tissue is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 51-132340 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. It is known in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 108800.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 10, such a pocket tissue includes a lower surface portion 34 in which a bag base 33 constituting the bag 31 receives the lower surface 2 a side of the tissue 2 and a front surface of the lower surface portion 34. It has a front upper surface portion 35 covering the front portion, and a rear upper surface portion 36 connected to the back of the lower surface portion 34 and covering the rear portion of the upper surface 2b of the tissue 2, and the front upper surface portion 35 and the rear upper surface portion 36 are formed of a bag. The left and right edges of the front upper surface portion 35 and the rear upper surface portion 36 are thermally bonded to the left and right edges of the lower surface portion 34 so as to overlap the inside and the outside of the lower surface portion 31. In some cases, a portion between the front upper surface portion 35 and the rear upper surface portion 36 that overlaps inside and outside forms an outlet 32 for the tissue 2. There, the space between the front upper surface portion 35 and the rear upper surface portion 36 is expanded to open the outlet 32, and the tissue 2 is taken out therefrom.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional pocket tissue, in many cases, the bag base 33 is made of a thin synthetic resin film, so that the edges of the front upper surface portion 35 and the rear upper surface portion 36, which are the opening lines of the outlet 32, are weak. Therefore, the outlet 32 cannot be securely closed when not in use. Since the shape of the outlet 32 has poor self-retaining property, it is difficult to remove the internal tissue 2 from the outlet 32.
[0005]
In particular, when a pocket tissue is carried in a clothing pocket and carried, and the inner tissue 2 is repeatedly taken out, the shape of the bag 31 itself is collapsed, and the outlet 32 remains open, and the tissue 2 is taken out. It is easy to be protruded from the exit 32.
[0006]
However, if the amount of lap between the front upper surface portion 35 and the rear upper surface portion 36 in the front-rear direction is increased to prevent the outlet 32 from being inadvertently opened and released, the tissue 2 will be It cannot be easily taken out. For this reason, in some cases, the wrap amount is increased, a perforation is formed on the lower surface side of the bag 31, and the tissue 2 is taken out by breaking the perforation. This form is wasteful because of the extra perforation and is not rational.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a pocket tissue of a type in which a tissue outlet is provided between a front upper surface portion and a rear upper surface portion on the upper surface of a bag, and the opening edge of the outlet has a self-shaping property and strength. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a good appearance so that the tissue can be easily taken out from the outlet.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As shown in the drawing, the pocket tissue according to the present invention includes a bundled tissue 2, a flat and rectangular bag 3 wrapping the tissue 2, and an outlet 4 provided on an upper surface of the bag 3 for taking out the tissue 2. The bag base 5 constituting the bag 3 receives a lower surface side of the tissue 2, a lower surface portion 6 receiving the lower surface side of the tissue 2, a front upper surface portion 7 connected to the front of the lower surface portion 6 to cover a front upper surface portion of the tissue 2, and a lower surface portion 6. And a rear upper surface portion 8 that covers the rear surface of the upper surface of the tissue 2 in series with the rear surface of the tissue 2. The positional relationship between front, rear, left, and right here is a relative one for convenience of explanation.
[0009]
In the pocket tissue of such a basic form, as shown in FIG. 1, the inner folded piece 11 is folded inward at the extended end of the front upper surface portion 7 and continuously extended as shown in FIG. 8, the inner folded piece 12 is folded back inward and is fed inward, and the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 are overlapped inside and outside, and are forwardly moved to the left and right edges 6 a and 6 a of the lower surface portion 6. Left and right edges 7a, 7a, 8a, 8a of the upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 are adhered, and the space between the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 is an outlet 4. I do. In this case, the bag base material 5 may be paper or woven fabric. Therefore, the bonding here is a concept including a bonding method using an adhesive and including sewing. Further, the left and right edges 11a, 11a, 12a, 12a of the inner folded pieces 11, 12 do not necessarily need to be bonded to the left and right edges 6a, 6a of the lower surface portion 6.
[0010]
In the pocket tissue of the basic form, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner folded piece 11 is folded inward at the extended end of the front upper surface portion 7 to extend inward. The front upper surface 7 and the left and right edges 7a, 7a, 8a, 8a of the front upper surface 7 and the rear upper surface 8 are bonded to the left and right edges 6a, 6a of the lower surface 6 in a state where the rear upper surface 8 overlaps the inner surface of the lower surface 6 with the upper surface of the portion 7. The outlet 4 is provided between the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8.
[0011]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the pocket tissue of the above-described basic form, as shown in FIG.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 7, the present invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that, in the pocket tissue of the above-described basic form, the inner folded piece 11 is folded inward at the extended end of the front upper surface portion 7 and is extended continuously. An inner folded piece 12 is folded back and extended inward from the extended end of the portion 8, and left and right edges 6 a and 6 a of the lower surface portion 6 are joined to left and right edges 7 a and 7 a of the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8. 8a and 8a are adhered, and an outlet 4 is formed between the butting of the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8. Here, the gap between the front upper surface 7 and the rear upper surface 8 includes a form in which the extended ends of the two 7.8 are in a contact state or a close opposing state.
[0013]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the pocket tissue according to the first or fourth aspect, the bag base material 3 is made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film or a nonwoven fabric sheet of thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers. The left and right edges 6a, 6a of the lower surface portion 6 of the front surface portion 7 and the left and right edges 7a, 7a, 11a, 11a of the front upper surface portion 7 and the inner folded piece 11 thereof, and the left and right edges of the rear upper surface portion 8 and the inner folded piece 12 thereof. 8a, 8a, 12a, and 12a are each thermally bonded.
[0014]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the pocket tissue according to the second aspect, the bag base material 3 is made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film or a non-woven fabric sheet of a thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber, and the lower surface of the bag base material 3 The left and right edges 7a, 7a, 11a, 11a of the front upper surface portion 7 and the inner folded pieces 11 thereof are thermally bonded to the left and right edges 6a, 6a of the portion 6, and the left and right edges 8a, 8a of the rear upper surface portion 8, respectively. It is characterized by having been done.
[0015]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the pocket tissue according to the third aspect, the bag base material 5 is formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film or a nonwoven fabric sheet of thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber, and the lower surface of the bag base material 5 is formed. The right and left edges 7a and 7a of the front upper surface portion 7 and the left and right edges 8a, 8a, 12a and 12a of the rear upper surface portion 8 and the inwardly folded piece 12 are thermally bonded to the left and right edges 6a and 6a of the portion 6, respectively. It is characterized by having been done.
[0016]
Operation and Effect of the Invention
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the take-out opening 4 of the bag 3, the inwardly folded pieces 11 and 12 are formed at the continuous end of the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 of the bag base material 5. As a result, the leading edge of the front upper surface 7 and the rear upper surface 8 serving as the opening edge of the outlet 4 is securely shaped, and maintains a good form that does not collapse. Can be. Therefore, in a manner in which the rear upper surface portion 8 is opened upward with respect to the front upper surface portion 7, the upper surface portions 7.8 are pushed back and forth, thereby opening the outlet 4 to easily open the tissue 2 inside. Can be pulled out. In addition, since the front upper surface 7 and the rear upper surface 8 overlap inside and outside even after being opened once, the outlet 4 can be securely closed when not in use, and the internal tissue 2 is carelessly prepared. It does not protrude.
[0017]
When the bag base material 5 is made of, for example, a material having an elastic restoring force against bending, the inner folded piece 11 of the front upper surface portion 7 located at least inside presses the upper surface 2 b of the tissue 2, and When the remaining amount is low, it is possible to prevent the tissue 2 from protruding from the outlet 4 well.
[0018]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the inner fold 11 is formed only at the continuous end of the front upper surface 7 of the bag base material 5, the inner fold 12 of the rear upper surface 8 is omitted. While the material cost can be reduced only by this, at least the continuous end of the front upper surface portion 7 serving as an opening edge of the outlet 4 can be kept in a shape, so that a shape that is hard to collapse can be obtained. When not in use, the outlet 4 can be securely closed.
[0019]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the inner folded piece 12 is formed at the continuous end of the rear upper face 8 of the bag base material 5, the inner folded piece 11 of the front upper face 7 is also omitted in this case. While the material cost can be reduced by that much, the outlet end of the rear upper surface 8 serving as the opening edge of the outlet 4 is kept in a shape, so that a shape that is hardly deformed can be obtained. When not in use, the outlet 4 can be securely closed.
[0020]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the space between the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 of the bag base material 5 is the outlet 4, the upper surface portions 7.8 are simply pushed back and forth. The opening 4 can be opened only by expanding, and the tissue 2 inside can be pulled out more easily. In addition, since the inwardly folded pieces 11 and 12 are formed at the extending ends of the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8, respectively, the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 which become the opening edges of the outlet 4 are formed. The shape of the continuous end of the shape and shape is maintained, and a good form that does not lose shape is maintained. In addition, when not in use, the outlet 4 can be securely closed, and the internal tissue 2 does not inadvertently protrude.
[0021]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in the pocket tissue according to the first or fourth aspect, the left and right edge portions 6a of the lower surface portion 6 of the bag base material 3 are provided with the inner folded pieces 11 of both upper surface portions 7.8. Since the left and right edges 11a, 11a, 12a, and 12a of the inner fold 12 are also thermally bonded, the folded state of the inner folded pieces 11 and 12 is securely held, and when the tissue 2 is taken out to the outside, the tissue 2 As a result, the inner folded pieces 11 and 12 are not taken out of the outlet 4. In addition, since the left and right edges 6a, 6a, 11a, 11a, 12a, 12a are thermally bonded, mass production can be performed at a low cost as before.
[0022]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, in the pocket tissue according to the second aspect, the left and right edges of the inner folded piece 11 of the front upper surface 7 are provided on the left and right edges 6a of the lower surface 6 of the bag base material 3. In this case, the folded state of the inner fold 11 is reliably held, and when the tissue 2 is taken out, the tissue 2 causes the inner fold 11 to be taken out of the outlet 4. Never be.
[0023]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, in the pocket tissue according to the third aspect, the left and right edges of the inner folded piece 12 of the rear upper surface portion 8 are provided on the left and right edges 6a of the lower surface portion 6 of the bag base material 3. 12a, 12a are heat-bonded, so that the folded state of the inner folded piece 12 is securely held, and the tissue 2 is taken out when the tissue 2 is taken out, similarly to the present invention described in claims 5 and 6. 2 prevents the inner folded piece 12 from being taken out of the outlet 4.
[0024]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
(First Embodiment) FIGS. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a disposable pocket tissue according to the first and fifth aspects of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the pocket tissue 1 is composed of a plurality of folded and bundled tissues 2, a flat and rectangular bag 3 surrounding the whole tissue 2, and a bag 3 for taking out the tissue 2. And an outlet 4 provided on the upper surface of the device.
[0025]
The bag base 5 constituting the bag 3 is formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film or a nonwoven fabric sheet of thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber, and as shown in FIG. 2, a lower surface portion for receiving the lower surface 2a side of the tissue 2. 2, a front upper surface portion 7 connected to the front of the lower surface portion 6 (left side in FIG. 2) to cover a front portion (left side in FIG. 1) of the upper surface 2 b of the tissue 2, and a rear surface of the lower surface portion 6 (FIG. A rear upper surface portion 8 is provided to cover the rear portion (the right side in FIG. 1) of the upper surface 2b of the tissue 2 in series with the right side. Examples of the bag base material 5 include a nonwoven fabric sheet mainly composed of polylactic acid fibers and a synthetic resin film made of linear low-density polyethylene manufactured using a metallocene catalyst.
[0026]
An inwardly folded piece 11 is extended from the extending end of the front upper surface portion 7 so as to be able to be folded inward, and an inwardly folded piece 12 is extended from the extending end of the rear upper surface portion 8 so as to be able to be folded inward. Have been. Specifically, when the lateral width of the bag 3 is 125 mm and the longitudinal width is 85 mm, the longitudinal width of the inner fold 11 of the front upper surface 7 is 10 mm, and the longitudinal width of the inner fold 12 of the rear upper surface 8 is 20 mm. Set to.
[0027]
Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the front upper surface portion 7 overlaps the inner (lower) side and the rear upper surface portion 8 overlaps the outer (upper) side with a size of 10 mm in the front-rear direction. With respect to the edges 6a, 6a, the left and right edges 7a, 7a of the front upper surface portion 7, the left and right edges 8a, 8a of the rear upper surface portion 8, the left and right edges 11a, 11a of the infold piece 11, and the inward fold. The left and right edges 12a of the piece 12 were heat-bonded (heat-sealed) to form a bag shape as shown in FIG.
[0028]
In this state, as shown in FIG. 1, a normally openable and closable outlet 4 is formed between the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 that overlap inside and outside. According to this, as shown in FIG. 4, when the front upper surface portion 7 is pushed forward and the rear upper surface portion 8 is pushed rearward, the outlet 4 is opened, and the tissue 2 is opened from the outlet 4. Can be taken out sequentially.
[0029]
The smaller the folded length of the inner folded pieces 11 and 12 is, the more advantageous in terms of material cost. However, if the inside folded pieces are too short, the shape retention is deteriorated and the tissue 2 tends to be peeled off when the tissue 2 is taken out. From this viewpoint, the front and rear widths of the inner folded pieces 11 are set to 8 to 25 mm. In addition, it is desired that the overlapping dimension of the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 in the front-rear direction is 5 to 20 mm. If it is less than 5 mm, the outlet 4 tends to be opened carelessly, and if it exceeds 20 mm, the outlet 4 becomes difficult to push open. This overlapping dimension is set to 10 mm in the examples. When the inner fold 12 of the rear upper surface 8 extends into the bag 3 from the extended end of the inner fold 11 of the front upper surface 7 as in the illustrated example, the tissue in the bag 3 at the time of use is used. This is advantageous for preventing the 3 from being pulled out continuously with the slipper.
[0030]
Since the entire inner folded piece 11 of the front upper surface portion 7 which is located inside the bag 3 acts on the upper surface 2a of the tissue 2, the front-rear width of the inner folded piece 11 of the front upper surface portion 7 is set to the width of the rear upper surface portion 8. It is preferable to set the length to, for example, 10 mm, which is shorter than that of the inner folded piece 12, in terms of material cost.
[0031]
(Second Embodiment) FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the pocket tissue according to the second and sixth aspects of the present invention. Only the inner folded piece 11 is extended so as to be folded inward, the inner folded piece 12 at the extended end of the rear upper surface 8 is omitted, and the rear upper surface 8 overlaps the upper surface of the front upper surface 7. I have. Since other configurations are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted. In this case, the overall material cost can be reduced by the amount by which the inner folded piece 12 of the rear upper surface portion 8 is omitted.
[0032]
(Third Embodiment) FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the pocket tissue according to the third and seventh aspects of the present invention. Only the inner folded piece 12 is extended so as to be able to be folded inward, the inner folded piece 11 at the extended end of the front upper surface part 7 is omitted, and the rear upper surface part 8 overlaps the upper surface of the front upper surface part 7. I have. Since other configurations are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted. In this case, the overall material cost can be reduced by the amount by which the inner folded piece 11 of the front upper surface portion 7 is omitted.
[0033]
(Fourth Embodiment) FIGS. 7 to 9 show a fourth embodiment of a pocket tissue according to the fourth and fifth aspects of the present invention. As shown in FIG. When the front portion of the tissue 2 is covered with the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear portion of the upper surface 2b of the tissue 2 is covered with the rear upper surface portion 8, the extending ends of the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8 form the upper surface of the tissue 2. 2b side.
[0034]
Further, similarly to the first embodiment, an inwardly folded piece 11 is extended at the extending end of the front upper surface portion 7 so as to be able to be folded inward. The piece 12 is extended inward so that it can be folded back. The left and right edges 6a and 6a of the lower surface portion 6 are compared with the left and right edges 7a and 7a of the front upper surface portion 7, the left and right edges 8a and 8a of the rear upper surface portion 8, and the left and right edges of the inner folded piece 11. The edges 11a and 11a and the left and right edges 12a and 12a of the inner folded piece 12 are respectively thermally bonded to form a bag (the state of FIG. 8).
[0035]
In this state, the extending end of the front upper surface portion 7 and the extending end of the rear upper surface portion 8 are in abutting contact with each other. According to this, as shown in FIG. 9, the outlet 4 can be easily made into a large open state simply by pushing forward and backward between the front upper surface portion 7 and the rear upper surface portion 8. The tissue 2 can be easily taken out. Since other configurations are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted. In the fourth embodiment, when the bag base material 5 is made of a nonwoven fabric sheet having a self-retaining property, the opening edge of the outlet 4 is originally hardly deformed, which is advantageous.
