【従来の技術】
従来の新聞ホルダーは、新聞中央の折れ部を一対の長尺の挟み板で挟んで綴じ込む構造のものが知られている。また、竹の子状の細長い伸縮構造の指示棒の取っ手部に、新聞を挟めるクリップを先端に向けて設けるとともに指示棒の先端にも取っ手部を設け、この先端側取っ手部に取っ手側クリップに向けて別のクリップを設け取っ手部とクリップとの間に新聞の中央折れ部を挟んだ状態で新聞を読むようにした新聞ホルダーが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の新聞ホルダーは、企業や銀行、ホテルのロビーなどで、新聞がバラバラにならないように綴じて整理したりするためのものが一般的であり、電車内や屋外で新聞を読むのには適していない。また、携帯式で電車内などでも新聞を読みやすいようにするホルダーであっても、新聞の中央の折れ部をクリップで綴じる構造だけであり、新聞を安定的に支承する台紙や下敷きの役目をする機能を備えていない。そのため、新聞に腰がなく不安定でこれを混雑した電車内で折り返したり、開いて順次ページをめくって読むのが難しいという問題点があった。
本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本発明は、表紙部と裏表紙部間に折り畳んだ新聞を収納できるようにするとともに、表紙部と裏表紙部に新聞を重ねて新聞の所望のページを半ページ分ずつ順次読むことができるようにした新聞用ホルダーケースであって、前記表紙部と裏表紙部とを新聞の１ページ分の半分の横幅とほぼ同一の広さの横幅と新聞の縦幅の半分よりも若干広い縦幅を有する透明又は半透明の合成樹脂製の腰のある硬い薄板により形成し、前記表紙部と裏表紙部とを３６０度開閉自在に帯状の背幅部の両側に連結し、前記背幅部の内側に新聞の中央の折り部を装着するためのクリップを設けたものである。
また本発明は、前記クリップに筆記具を脱着自在に保持する筆記具取付部を設けたものである。
また本発明は、前記表紙部と裏表紙部を閉じた状態でこれらが開かないようにロックするためのロック部材を設けたものである。
また本発明は、前記背幅部の外側に透明なフイルムシートによりポケットを設けたものである。
また本発明は、前記表紙部及び／又は裏表紙部の適所に透明なフイルムシート等によりポケットを設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を添付した図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

前記背幅部４は、新聞を折り畳んだときの厚さとほぼ同一の横幅を有し、その両側に所定の幅の前記固着部４ａ，４ｂが形成されている。前記ホルダーケース２は、プラスチック、ＰＰポリプロピレン、ＰＥＴ樹脂等の合成樹脂製の透明又は半透明の材料から構成され、表紙部６と裏表紙部８は、新聞の下敷きあるいは台紙として機能し得る程度の剛性すなわち腰のある薄板状の材料により構成されている。前記表紙部６の横幅は図３に示すように、新聞１０の１ページ分の横幅の１／２の値Ｌ１とほぼ同一で、縦幅は、新聞１０の１ページ分の縦幅の１／２の値Ｌ２より若干大きい値に設定されている。

前記背幅部４の内側の上部にはクリップピン１２の押さえ部１２ａが配置され、その上部のストッパー部１２ｂと押さえ部１２ａとで背幅部４を挟圧し、この挟圧構造によりクリップピン１２の上部は背幅部４に脱着可能に固定されている。尚、クリップピン１２のストッパー部１２ｂは、背幅部４に一体的に固設しても良い。１４は平ゴムひもから成るリング状のロック部材であり、背幅部４の下部に取り付けられている。ホルダーケース２を構成する表紙部６、背幅部４，裏表紙部８は、各部を別体部材により構成し、互いに結合した構成でも、また、各部を同一の部材により一体的に構成しても良い。

また、背幅部４の外側に透明なフイルムシート等によりポケット１６を設け、これに広告宣伝用の印刷物を挿入配置できるようにしても良い。また、ポケット１６の表面に広告を印刷しても良い。また、裏表紙部８あるいは表紙部６の適所に透明なフイルムシートによりポケット１８を設け、これにメモ等を差し込むことができるようにしても良い。また、クリップ１２に一体的に筆記具を脱着自在に挿入できる筆記具取付部を設けるようにしても良い。
次に本発明である新聞用ホルダーケースの使用方法について説明する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述の如く、新聞の半ページ分をホルダーケースを閉じた状態あるいは半開状態で、ホルダーケースを台紙にして順次読むことができる。そのため混雑した電車内、他の乗り物など新聞を大きく広げることができない場所でも容易に新聞を読むことができ、しかも新聞を折り畳んだ状態でケース内に収納できるので携帯にきわめて便利である。また脇にかかえても服が汚れることがなく見た目にも美しい。
