Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an edge cutting nozzle of a paper machine and an edge of a paper machine, which jets a fluid at a high pressure onto a wet paper on a wire at an outlet of a wire part of the paper machine and cuts the wet paper along the traveling direction. Related to cutting method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a paper machine is composed of a wire part for forming a paper layer on a running papermaking net (wire), a press part for removing moisture from a wet paper web, and a dryer part. It is made by passing.
As shown in FIG. 5, the wet paper web 2 formed in the wire part A is wet-moistened by the edge cutting nozzle 110 so as to have a predetermined paper width just before being conveyed to the next press part B. Both ends (trim pieces) in the width direction of the paper 2 are cut.
[0003]
The edge cut nozzles 110 are respectively disposed at both ends in the width direction of the wet paper web 2 above the wire 1 and spray water downward. The water jet 2 cuts both ends in the width direction of the wet paper web 2 on the wire 1 as described above.
At the time of this cutting, in order to surely cut the wet paper 2, high-pressure water may be sprayed on both ends of the wet paper 2 in an overlapping manner. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, high-pressure water is jetted at two different locations at the same width direction position of the wet paper web 2. In FIG. 6, “◎” indicates the injection position of high-pressure water.
[0004]
As a technique of repeatedly jetting high-pressure water in this manner, for example, two edge cut nozzles having one jet hole are provided on both sides in the width direction of the wet paper while being shifted in the wet paper traveling direction X, Alternatively, the edge cutting nozzle 210 having two injection holes 211 and 212 as shown in FIG. 7 disclosed in a catalog (CAT. No. 9501A-200107, p. 2) of Kyoritsu Alloys Manufacturing Co., Ltd. There is a method of arranging the holes 211 and 212 one by one on both sides in the width direction of the wet paper so as to be arranged in the wet paper traveling direction X.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the prior art described above, the diameter of the injection hole is small, about 0.3 mm to 2 mm, so that the pressure of the injection water is increased without damaging the wire netting (wire) so that the pressure is sufficiently high for cutting the wet paper web. Since the width w (see FIG. 6) is also very small, after cutting, the wet paper web 2 sent to the subsequent press part and the trim piece 2a may come into contact and lightly adhere, and the trimming was unstable.
[0006]
As a result, when the wet paper sent to the breath part is sucked by the suction pickup roll 4, the edge of the wet paper 2 may be bent downward with the trim pieces 2a, and this bending may be caused. In the extreme case, the position of the wet paper web on the felt belt of the subsequent press part becomes unstable, which may hinder subsequent dewatering.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an edge cutting nozzle of a paper machine that can stably perform trimming of wet paper.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the edge cutting nozzle of the paper machine according to claim 1 of the present invention is installed at an outlet of a wire part of the paper machine, above a wire for transporting wet paper, and a wet nozzle on the wire is provided. An edge cutting nozzle of a paper machine for trimming the wet paper by injecting a fluid at one of the widthwise edges of the paper at a high pressure, wherein an ejection hole for ejecting the fluid has a predetermined interval in the width direction. The wet paper web is cut in cooperation with the ejection of fluid from the plurality of ejection holes.
[0009]
In this case, it is preferable that a plurality of the injection holes provided at a predetermined interval in the width direction are provided in a plurality of stages in the traveling direction of the wet paper.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a trimming method for a paper machine, wherein a fluid is jetted at a high pressure at each of the widthwise edges of the wet paper on a wire for transporting the wet paper at an outlet of a wire part of the paper machine. Trimming the wet paper with the edge cutting method of a paper machine, wherein the jetting of the fluid is performed at a plurality of points at predetermined intervals in the width direction with respect to each of the width direction edges, It is characterized in that the wet paper web is cut in cooperation with the ejection of the fluid at the plurality of points.
[0010]
In this case, it is preferable that the injection at a plurality of points, which is performed at predetermined intervals in the width direction, is performed in a plurality of stages in the traveling direction of the wet paper web.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(1) First Embodiment A trimming nozzle according to a first embodiment of the present invention is used in place of the above-described conventional trimming nozzle 110 in FIG. In other words, this trimming nozzle is disposed at the outlet of the wire part A (the transfer part of the wet paper 2 from the wire part A to the press part B), and sprays water (high pressure) on the wet paper 2 on the wire 1. The wet paper 2 is cut into a predetermined paper width. Further, one edge cut nozzle is disposed above the wire 1 and near each end of the wet paper 2 on the wire 1 in the width direction, and cuts both ends of the wet paper 2 in the width direction as described above. The wet paper 2 has a predetermined paper width.
[0012]
Hereinafter, the configuration of the edge cutting nozzle will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2A and 2B.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are views showing an edge cutting nozzle of a paper machine as a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a schematic arrow view showing the configuration, and FIG. FIG. 2 (b) is a schematic bottom view.
[0013]
At the tip of the edge cutting nozzle 10 (the end facing the wet paper 2 on the wire 1), four injection holes 11a to 11d having a substantially circular cross section with a diameter of about 0.3 mm to 1 mm are formed at the vertices of a quadrilateral. It is arranged to make it. The trimming nozzle 10 is attached to the tip of a high pressure water supply pipe 20 with these injection holes 11a to 11d facing the wet paper web 2 on the wire 1, and the high pressure water from the supply pipe 20 is trimmed. The liquid is supplied to the injection holes 11 a to 11 d through a passage (not shown) inside the nozzle 10, and is injected from the injection holes 11 a to 11 d toward the wet paper web 2 substantially vertically.
[0014]
Injection holes 11a, 11b are spaced a predetermined distance d 0 in the width direction Y of the wet paper 2 on the wire 1, as well, the injection holes 11c, 11d are humidity given to the paper width direction Y are spaced d 0. Further, the injection holes 11c and 11d are arranged at the same position in the wet paper web width direction Y with respect to the injection holes 11a and 11b, and have predetermined intervals e 1 and e 2 in the wet paper web traveling direction. It is arranged open. That is, a plurality of (here, two) injection holes arranged at a predetermined interval in the wet paper width direction Y are provided in a plurality of stages (here, two stages) in the wet paper web traveling direction X. . Note that the distances d 0 , e 1 , and e 2 are distances between the centers of the injection holes.
[0015]
Further, here, the ejection holes 11a and 11b are arranged to be shifted with respect to the wet paper web traveling direction X, and similarly, the ejection holes 11c and 11d are arranged to be offset from the wet paper web traveling direction X.
The predetermined distance d 0 is, for example, 1 mm to 2 mm, preferably 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm. The above-mentioned predetermined intervals e 1 and e 2 are, for example, about 5 mm, and may be the same or different from each other.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2A, the high-pressure water is sprayed with a slight spread from the injection holes 11a and 11b (or the injection holes 11c and 11d) arranged at a small distance in the wet paper web width direction Y. Therefore, the spray areas Ra and Rb (or the spray areas Rc and Rd) of the high-pressure water with respect to the wet paper 2 overlap with each other in the width direction of the wet paper 2, and as a result, are relatively wide in the width direction of the wet paper 2. The wet paper 2 can be cut with the width (cut width) w.
[0017]
The edge cutting nozzle 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention can cut the wet paper web 2 with such a relatively wide width w, so that the trim piece 2a separated from the wet paper web 2 has an edge portion of the wet paper web 2. This prevents adhesion of the wet paper web 2 and prevents the wet paper web 2 from being stably trimmed.
(2) Second Embodiment FIG. 3 is a view for explaining a trimming method of a paper machine as a second embodiment of the present invention, and is a schematic view of a trimming nozzle viewed from below. The components described in the above-described first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
[0018]
In the first embodiment, the example in which the ejection holes 11a and 11b and the ejection holes 11b and 11c are arranged at a predetermined interval in the wet paper web width direction Y in one edge cutting nozzle has been described. The edge cutting nozzle 210 having two injection holes as shown in FIG. 7 is placed in a posture in which the injection holes 211 and 212 are arranged at predetermined intervals d 0 in the wet paper width direction Y, as shown in FIG. A plurality (two in this case) of the edge cutting nozzles 210 attached above the pass line of the paper 2 and having such a posture are arranged along the traveling direction X with respect to both edges of the wet paper 2.
[0019]
According to the edge cutting nozzle of the paper machine as the second embodiment of the present invention, the wet paper web 2 can be cut with a relatively wide width w as in the first embodiment described above.
(3) Others Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be variously modified and implemented without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0020]
For example, in each of the above embodiments, the ejection regions Ra and Rb (in the first embodiment, the ejection holes 11a and 11b) are located at different positions in the wet paper web traveling direction X, and similarly, the ejection regions Rc and Rd (in the first embodiment, Although the ejection holes 11c and 11d) are located at different positions with respect to the wet paper web traveling direction X, the ejection regions Ra and Rb (the ejection holes 11a and 11b) are located at the same position with respect to the wet paper web traveling direction X as shown in FIG. Similarly, the ejection regions Rc and Rd (the ejection holes 11c and 11d) may be located at the same position in the wet paper web traveling direction X.
[0021]
Further, in the first embodiment, the example in which the injection holes of the edge cut nozzles are arranged in two in the wet paper web width direction Y and provided in two stages in the wet paper web travel direction X has been described. The number of rows may be plural (that is, three or more), and the number of rows in the wet paper web traveling direction may be one or more than three or more. However, it is preferable to provide a plurality of stages in the wet paper web advancing direction X and to perform cutting at the same position in the width direction of the wet paper in order to stabilize the cutting.
[0022]
Similarly, the second embodiment shows an example in which high-pressure water is injected at two different locations in the wet paper web width direction, and such two locations are injected in two stages in the wet paper web travel direction. However, the injection performed at different positions in the width direction of the wet paper web may be performed at a plurality of positions (that is, may be performed at three or more locations), and the number of injections performed in the wet paper advance direction is three. Of course, the plurality of stages described above may be one stage.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the ejection of the fluid for cutting the wet paper web is performed at a plurality of points at predetermined intervals in the width direction of the wet paper web. Fluid jets cooperate to cut wet paper with a relatively wide cutting width, thereby suppressing contact between wet paper and trim pieces separated from this wet paper and stabilizing wet paper trimming. You can do it.
