本発明は、パチンコ機の前面枠を本体枠に対し施錠すると共に、前面枠内に開閉可能に取り付けられたガラス枠を、前面枠に対し施錠するパチンコ機の施錠装置に関する。

パチンコ機の前面枠を本体枠に対し施錠する施錠装置として、断面L字状の取付板と支持板からなる基枠体の内側に、連結杆が摺動可能に配設され、支持板の上部と下部に鉤部材が連結杆に連結されて傾動可能に枢支され、取付板の中間部にシリンダ錠がその錠軸を取付板に設けた孔から内側に差込むように固定され、錠軸の先端に連結杆と係合するカム板が固定されてなる施錠装置が、一般に使用されている(例えば、実公昭57−8867号公報等参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一方、パチンコ機の前面枠内には、金枠が取付けられ、その金枠の上部に盤面を覆うガラス枠が開閉可能に取付けられているが、この種の施錠装置には、ガラス枠を施錠する施錠するガラス枠用施錠具は設けられてなく、単にガラス枠用施錠具を解錠するための作動片付き作動杆が、施錠装置の基枠体内に設けられ、シリンダ錠によるカム板の回動によりその作動杆を摺動させる機構が設けられるのみである。

このため、ガラス枠用施錠具を別個に前面枠の内側に取り付ける必要があり、その際の取付作業に多くの工数がかかると共に、施錠装置側の作動片をガラス枠用施錠具側の受け具にあわせるよう、位置調整を行なう必要があり、取付時の調整作業にも多くの作業工数がかかる問題があった。

そこで、本発明者らは、従来、特開平7−204337号公報において、1つの基枠体内に前面枠用の施錠装置とガラス枠用の施錠装置を組み込んだ施錠装置を提案した。

この施錠装置は、支持板の外側の上部と下部に、ガラス枠施錠用の鉤部材を傾動可能に枢支し、両鉤部材をガラス枠施錠用の連結杆により連結すると共に、シリンダ錠の錠軸に固定したカム板の係合部の一方をそのガラス枠施錠用連結杆に係合させ、カム板の他方の係合部を前面枠施錠用の連結杆に係合させる構造であった。したがって、従来のこの種の施錠装置は、1つの基枠体内に前面枠施錠用の連結杆とガラス枠施錠用の連結杆の両方が摺動可能に配設される構造のため、構造が複雑化し、部品点数も多くなる課題があった。

本発明は、上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、構造が簡単で、部品点数が少なく、前面枠とガラス枠の施錠と解錠を円滑に行うことができるパチンコ機の施錠装置を提供することを目的とする。

上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の施錠装置は、取付板と支持板を有する縦長の基枠体と、基枠体の取付板に固定され、基枠体内に位置する錠軸にカム板を取り付けてなるシリンダ錠と、本体枠側に固定された受け金具に係止されて前面枠を施錠する前面枠鉤部材を有し、シリンダ錠による該カム板の一方向への回動に係合して前面枠鉤部材を解錠方向に動かす前面枠施錠機構と、ガラス枠側の係止片に係止されてガラス枠を施錠するガラス枠鉤部材を有し、シリンダ錠によるカム板の他方向への回動に係合してガラス枠鉤部材を解錠方向に動かすガラス枠施錠機構と、を備え、前面枠の内側に縦に取り付けられ、本体枠に対し前面枠を施錠し、前面枠に対しガラス枠を施錠するパチンコ機の施錠装置において、

このような構成のパチンコ機の施錠装置では、前面枠を本体枠に対し閉じると、前面枠鉤部材が本体枠側の受け金具に当り傾動(回動)して係止され、施錠状態となる。それを解錠する場合は、キーによってシリンダ錠を回し、カム板を回転させると、カム板が前面枠兼ガラス枠解錠用作動杆を前面枠の施錠方向に摺動させる。このとき、前面枠兼ガラス枠解錠用作動杆が係合部と係合凸部を介して前面枠鉤部材を解錠方向に傾動(回動)させる。これにより、本体枠の受け金具と前面枠鉤部材との係合が外れ、前面枠は解錠される。

このように、従来は前面枠解錠用の連結杆とガラス枠解錠用の連結杆又は作動杆の両方を基枠体内に摺動可能に配設していたが、本施錠装置では、前面枠兼ガラス枠解錠用作動杆が基枠体内に摺動可能に配設されるだけであるから、構造を簡単化できると共に、部品点数を少なくすることができる。また、前面枠鉤部材とガラス枠鉤部材は独立して傾動可能であるから、本体枠側の受け金具またはガラス枠側の係止片と係合した際、軽く円滑に傾動することができ、前面枠またはガラス枠を軽く閉めるだけで、軽い操作力で確実に施錠することができ、また、解錠操作も軽く行なうことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は施錠装置の正面図を、図2はその左側面図を、図3はその右側面図を、図4はその背面図を各々示し、図5、図6はその分解図を示している。

1は取付板2と支持板3を略直角に曲折して一体成形してなる縦長の基枠体で、基枠体1の支持板3の上部と下部に、前面枠鉤部材用の枢支部3a、3bがその部分のみを内側に入れるように分離して形成される。取付板2には複数の取付孔が穿設される。また、図1に示す如く、基枠体1の角部の上部と中間部の左側に、後述のガラス枠鉤部材11、12を前方に突出させるための開口部1a,1bが形成される。

以上説明したように、本発明のパチンコ機の施錠装置によれば、1本の前面枠兼ガラス枠解錠用作動杆が基枠体の内側に摺動可能に配設されるだけであるから、従来の前面枠解錠用作動杆とガラス枠解錠用作動杆の両方を基枠体内に摺動可能に備えた施錠装置に比べ、部品点数を削減できる共に、それらのガイド構造なども1本の作動杆のみとなって、構造を簡単化することができる。
