遊技機の前面枠（前扉）を本体枠に対し施錠する施錠装置として、略断面Ｌ字状の取付板と支持板からなる基枠の内側に、摺動杆が摺動可能に配設され、支持板の上部と下部に鉤部材が摺動杆に連結されて傾動可能に枢支され、取付板の中間部にシリンダ錠がその錠軸を取付板に設けた孔から内側に差込むように固定され、錠軸の先端に摺動杆と係合するカム部材が固定されてなる施錠装置が、下記特許文献１などにより知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この種の施錠装置は、遊技機の前面枠の自由端の内側に、その鉤部材を本体枠側に向けて縦に固定され、本体枠の内側には、上下の鉤部材に対向する位置に、受け金具が固定され、前面枠を閉じたとき、それらの鉤部材が受け金具に係止されて施錠される。また、鉤部材は、本体枠側の受け金具に係止されて施錠されることから、基枠から突出した構造となっている。

上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の施錠装置は、遊技機の前扉の内側に装着される施錠装置本体と、遊技機の筐体内の施錠装置本体と対応した位置に装着される受け金具とからなる遊技機用施錠装置であって、施錠装置本体の基枠が取付板と支持板を有して縦長に形成され、基枠内に摺動杆が支持板に沿って摺動可能に配設され、支持板の上部と下部に係止部が設けられ、基枠の取付板にシリンダ錠がその錠軸を内側に挿入して取り付けられ、錠軸の先端に摺動杆と係合可能なカム部材が固定され、摺動杆の上部と下部に解錠動作部が設けられ、受け金具の上部と下部に鉤部材が傾動可能に枢支され、鉤部材を施錠方向に付勢するばね部材が設けられ、筐体に対し前扉を閉じると、前扉側の基枠の上部と下部の係止部が筐体側の受け金具の鉤部材に係合して鉤部材が傾動することにより、係止部に係止されて前扉を施錠することを特徴とする。
