パチンコ機の前面枠を本体枠に対し施錠する施錠装置として、断面L字状の取付板と支持板からなる基枠体の内側に、連結杆が摺動可能に配設され、支持板の上部と下部に鉤部材が連結杆に連結されて傾動可能に枢支され、取付板の中間部にシリンダ錠がその錠軸を取付板に設けた孔から内側に差込むように固定され、錠軸の先端に連結杆と係合するカム板が固定されてなる施錠装置が、一般に使用されている(例えば、実公昭57−8867号公報等参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一方、パチンコ機の前面枠内には、金枠が取付けられ、その金枠の上部に盤面を覆うガラス枠が開閉可能に取付けられ、金枠の下部には上皿等を取付けるための前パネルが開閉可能に取付けられている。通常、この前パネルの自由端側の縁部に、鉤部を有する施錠部材が上下摺動可能に取付けられ、前パネルを閉じた際に、施錠部材の鉤部が金枠側に設けた係止片に係止されて前パネルを施錠する構造となっている。

そして、前パネルを開く際には、先ず、ガラス枠を開いた状態で、正面側からその開口部に手を挿入し、前パネルに設けられた施錠部材を手で動かすことにより、係止片との係合を解いて前パネルを解錠するようにしている。

しかし、前パネルは、通常、比較的薄い金属板で形成され、同様の金属板でその施錠部材も形成されているため、解錠時に施錠部材を押し下げ操作する際に、前パネル自体を変形させる場合があり、その変形により施錠部材の鉤部と係止片の位置関係が悪化し、前パネルの施錠と解錠が円滑に行われなくなる問題があった。

そこで、本発明者らは、従来、特開平10−66775号公報において、前パネル施錠機構を設けた施錠装置を提案した。この施錠装置は、前パネル用作動杆が支持板に沿って鉤部を取付板から前面側に突出させた状態で上下に摺動可能に配設され、前パネルを施錠側に付勢するばねが取付けられ、前パネルを閉じると、前パネル用作動杆の鉤部が前パネルの縁部に設けた係止片に係止され、前パネルが施錠されるように構成される。

しかしながら、この施錠装置の前パネル施錠機構は、前パネル用作動杆に鉤部が突出するように一体成形され、前パネルを前面枠に対し閉じると、鉤部の傾斜部が係止片に当たって、前パネル用作動杆が鉤部と共に解錠方向に摺動し、その後ばね部材の付勢力により前パネル用作動杆が戻り、前パネルが施錠される構造のため、前パネル用作動杆の摺動抵抗が大きく、コイルばねの付勢力も大きくする必要があるため、前パネルを閉じる際にある程度大きな力を必要とする問題があった。

上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の施錠装置は、取付板と支持板を有する縦長の基枠体と、基枠体の取付板に固定され、基枠体内に位置する錠軸にカム板を取り付けてなるシリンダ錠と、本体枠側に固定された受け金具に係止されて前面枠を施錠する鉤部材を有し、シリンダ錠によるカム板の一方向への回動に係合して鉤部材を解錠方向に動かす前面枠施錠機構と、ガラス枠側の係止片に係止されてガラス枠を施錠する鉤部材を有し、シリンダ錠によるカム板の他方向への回動に係合して鉤部材を解錠方向に動かすガラス枠施錠機構と、を備え、前面枠の内側に縦に取り付けられ、本体枠に対し前面枠を施錠し、前面枠に対しガラス枠を施錠するパチンコ機の施錠装置において、前パネル用鉤部材が基枠体の取付板から前方に突きして基枠体の下部に傾動可能に枢支され、基枠体内に前パネル用鉤部材を解錠方向にのみ動かすための前パネル用作動杆が摺動可能に配設され、前パネル用鉤部材には施錠側に付勢するコイルばねが掛止され、前パネル用作動杆の一部に操作部が設けられ、前面枠内の下部に開閉可能に取付けられた前パネル側に係止片が設けられ、前パネル用鉤部材が該係止片に係止されて前パネルが施錠されることを特徴とする。

このような構成のパチンコ機の施錠装置では、前面枠を本体枠に対し閉じると、前面枠施錠用の鉤部材が本体枠側の受け金具に当り動いて係止され、施錠状態となる。それを解錠する場合は、キーによってシリンダ錠を回し、カム板を回転させると、カム板が前面枠施錠機構を動かして鉤部材を解錠方向に動かす。これにより、本体枠の受け金具と鉤部材との係合が外れ、前面枠は開放可能な状態となる。

1は取付板2と支持板3を略直角に曲折して一体成形してなる縦長の基枠体で、基枠体1の支持板3の上部と下部に、枢支部3a、3bがその部分のみを内側に入れるように分離して形成される。取付板2には複数の取付孔が穿設される。さらに、図5に示すように、支持板3の中間部には、後述の作動杆6を摺動可能にガイドするガイド部3cが、支持板3の一部を内側に切り起こして形成される。また、図1に示す如く、取付板2の上部と中間部の左側に、後述のガラス枠用鉤部材11、12を前方に突出させるためのスリット孔2a,2bが形成され、さらに、取付板2の下部の左側には、後述の前パネル用鉤部材18,19を前方に突出させるためのスリット孔2c、2dが形成されている。
