Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a laver supply apparatus for a rice laver winding machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the onigiri laver winding machine, in order to wind the laver around the molded rice ball, the laver suction device that lifts and lowers the laver at the bottom of the laver stacker with laver is piled and collected and supplies it to the rice ball .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a large amount of laver is polymerized and accumulated on the laver stacker in order to avoid frequent replenishment and supply of laver to the laver stacker, the laver at the lower end of the laver stacker is loaded with the weight of the lamination stack, while the laver adsorber is used. It is difficult to remove only the bottom layer of seaweed one by one because it is difficult to remove the seaweed one by one because the seaweed is sucked out one by one against the locking action of the seaweed locking claw. The feeding operation must be interrupted due to the tearing of the seaweed or the seaweed, and there is a defect that the efficiency of the seaweed winding operation is deteriorated and the quality of the rice ball product is deteriorated.
[0004]
In view of these circumstances, the present invention provides a laver supply device of a rice ball laver winding machine that enables smooth removal of laver one by one and supply to the rice ball even if a large amount of laver is polymerized and accumulated on the laver stacker. It is intended to do so.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a laver stopper that can be inserted between the laver pieces, and a lower laver stopper is provided on the upper and lower portions of one side of the laver stacker, which is formed by laminating laver having a laver engaging claw at a lower end portion. It is configured to be able to move up and down slightly after insertion, and further provided with a laver suction device below the laver stacker so as to be able to move up and down freely. Preferably, each operation is performed by an air cylinder. Also, the stoppers at the upper and lower portions are preferably formed in a flat spatula shape with a material having low resistance and good slip so that the stopper can be smoothly inserted into the laminated seaweed.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to an example of the drawings. A laver supply device of a laver winding machine for onigiri is a known laver feeding disk 2 having a laver accommodation pocket 1 for accommodating laver one by one. Nori in the pocket 1 is adhered to the upper surface of the rice ball in the rice ball accommodating hole 4 of the laver disc 3 by the rotation action by the laver pusher 5.
[0007]
A laver stacker 7 is provided above the laver storage pocket 1 at a predetermined position of the laver feed disc 2 and is provided with a laver engaging claw 6 at the lower end for stacking and laminating laver. At the lower position of the disk 2, a vertically movable laver suction device 8 is installed so as to oppose and interlock with each other, and the lowermost laver in the laver stacker 7 is fed with the laver, and the laver storage pocket 1 of the disk 2 rotates intermittently. Each time it stops, it rises and adsorbs, then descends and stores it in the laver storage pocket 1.
[0008]
On one side of the laver stacker 7, an upper laver stopper 9 and a lower laver stopper 10 which are respectively operated by air cylinders 9 'and 10' are provided at upper and lower positions so as to be freely inserted between the laver, and particularly, the lower laver stopper 10 is provided. Is vertically movable by an up-and-down air cylinder 10 "so that it can be lifted and supported slightly after inserting the laver between the loaded laver. The stoppers 9 and 10 are formed of a thin single or a plurality of flat spatula-shaped materials such as stainless steel and polyethylene which are easily slipped so as to be easily inserted between the laver loaded.
[0009]
The embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above. In particular, the upper and lower laver stoppers 9 and 10 operate in conjunction with each other as described below. That is, in the state of FIG. 2, first, the lower laver stopper 10 is operated to insert the laver into the laver stacker 7 to advance and stop between the laver as shown in FIG. The laver stopper 10 is moved upward by only about 10 mm as shown in FIG. 4, and the laver is separated into an upper laver group a and a lower laver group b, and the laver suctioning device 8 performs the adsorbing and extracting action of the laver as usual. .
[0010]
When the laver of the lower laver group b gradually decreases as shown in FIG. 5 and decreases to a preset weight, the upper stopper 9 is inserted and moved forward to move the upper laver group a supported by the lower stopper to the upper laver. After being divided into the group a ′ and the lower laver group b ′, the lower laver stopper 10 moves down and then retreats as shown in FIG. 6, and the lower laver group b ′ falls onto the remaining lower laver group b to replenish. I do.
[0011]
Thereafter, after the lower laver stopper 10 moves forward and upward again, the upper laver stopper 9 retreats to support the upper laver group a 'supported by the upper stopper 9 as shown in FIG. As described above, the suction and extraction operation of the laver suction device 8 is performed in a state where the weight of the laver locked by the laver locking claw 6 is constantly reduced to a predetermined amount or less, and the laver stacker is still used. A new seaweed is successively supplied by a worker to the space formed at the top of 7, and the above operation is repeated.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention provides a seaweed stopper that can be freely inserted into the upper and lower portions of the seaweed stacker, so that the seaweed that has been polymerized and accumulated in the seaweed stacker is adsorbed and taken out by the seaweed suction device, and the seaweed weight locked on the seaweed engaging claw. Is always reduced to a predetermined amount or less to reduce the amount of seaweed by the seaweed suction device, so that the suction and removal action of each seaweed is performed smoothly one by one. Nori can be prevented and the laver supply operation can be performed efficiently and continuously, so even if a large amount of laver is supplied to the laver stacker, the operation of the onigiri laver winding machine is efficient and high quality Nori rolled rice balls can be manufactured.
[0013]
In addition, the present invention allows the insertion operation of the upper and lower laver stoppers and the vertical movement of the lower laver stopper to be interlocked with an air cylinder, and forms the upper and lower laver stoppers into a flat, spacious spatula with good slip. It is possible to smoothly insert the nori meat that has been accumulated and smoothly separate the nori meat from the nori meat and drop the nori that has been supported on the nori engaging claws.
