本発明は、例えばガスの使用量を計測するためのガスメータを家屋等の壁部に沿って取り付け固定するためのメータ取付金具に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
例えば、ガスの使用量を計測するためのガスメータに垂設される左右一対の配管を家屋の壁面に対して固定するためのガスメータ取付金具として、図1に示すように、基体24に壁面取付部25をスライド調整固定機構26を介してスライド調整固定自在に設けて、このスライド調整固定により前記基体24と壁面との距離を調整自在に構成し、このスライド調整固定機構26は、前記壁面取付部25にスライド調整用の長窓状取付孔27を設け、この長窓状取付孔27を介して締付ボルト32で螺着することで前記基体24に前記壁面取付部25をスライド調整自在に固定し得るように構成し、前記左右一対の配管を抱持する抱持部28Aを有する固定部28を前記基体24に螺着したガスメータ取付金具がある。

具体的には、このガスメータ取付金具は、壁面取付部25の一カ所に長窓状取付孔27を設けてこの長窓状取付孔27に締付ボルト32を螺着してこの一本の締付ボルト32で基体24に壁面取付部25を固定せず、壁面取付部25の左右部に夫々長窓状取付孔27を設けてこの長窓状取付孔27に夫々締付ボルト32を螺着して左右二本の締付ボルト32により基体24に壁面取付部25を固定した構成としている。

即ち、これは、基体24と壁面取付部25とを一本の締付ボルト32だけで固定するのでは、回動方向(板面方向)への固定強度が弱いためである。

また、この締付ボルト32を緩めて基体24又は壁面取付部25をスライド調整移動させる際には、この基体24と壁面取付部25には回動方向(板面方向)への規制がないために常に向きが定まらず、これにより、壁面取付部25に対して基体24を真っすぐ離反又は近接する方向にスライド調整移動しづらく、作業性が悪いためである。

そのため、前述のように、従来はガスメータ取付金具の基体24と壁面取付部25とを、壁面取付部25の左右部に設けた長窓状取付孔27の夫々に締付ボルト32を挿通して基体24に螺着することで、基体24に壁面取付部25を左右二本の締付ボルト32で取り付けて回動方向への固定強度を強化している。

しかしながら、従来のガスメータ取付金具は、基体24と壁面取付部25とを固定するためにいちいち二本の締付ボルト32を順次締め付け螺着しなければならず、基体24への壁面取付部25の取り付けが面倒となる問題点を有する。

また、壁面取付部25(壁面)に対して基体24をスライド調整する際には、いちいち螺着した締付ボルト32を順次緩めて基体24をスライド調整移動させ、所望する位置で再び前記左右の締付ボルト32をいちいち順次締め付け螺着して固定しなければならず、よって、スライド調整もまた面倒であるという問題点を有する。

更に、このスライド調整移動の際には、壁面取付部25の左右部の長窓状取付孔27に挿通した夫々の締付ボルト32は緩められた状態となっているために、基体24又は壁面取付部25が、従来ほどではないが締付ボルト32の回動方向に向いてしまい易く、これにより、未だ施工に手間がかかる問題点を有する。

一方、このガスメータ取付金具は、左右一対の配管を取り付ける際に、基体24に固定部28を固定する締付ボルト30を前記基体24から完全に取り外して基体24から固定部28を取り外し、この取り外した固定部28と基体24との間に左右一対の配管を配し、再び、基体24に固定部28を締付ボルト30で螺着しなければならない。

そのため、通常、製造メーカーから基体24,壁面取付部25及び固定部28がボルト止めされた状態で出荷されてくる従来のガスメータ取付金具を現場で使用する際には、基体24から締付ボルト30をいちいち完全に取り外して基体24から固定部28を取り外し、ガスメータの左右一対の配管を基体24の側面に当接した後に再び固定部28をこの左右一対の配管を介して締付ボルト30で基体24に螺着固定しなければならず、この点においても施工に手間がかかる問題点を有する。

本発明は、壁面取付部若しくは基体の縁部のスライド調整移動をガイドするためのスライドガイド部を前記基体若しくは壁面取付部に突設すると共に、前記基体若しくは壁面取付部の一カ所に長窓状取付孔を設けることで、基体と壁面取付部とを一本の締付ボルトで固定した構成とし、この一本の締付ボルトを緩めたり締め付け螺着したりするだけで、基体と壁面取付部とが真っすぐ離反又は近接する方向にスライド調整移動することができるため作業性に秀れ、しかも、基体と壁面取付部とを締付ボルトで固定した際には、この締付ボルトによる締め付け作用とスライドガイド部による回動方向(板面方向)への規制とにより、著しく固定強度を向上させることができる実用性に秀れたメータ取付金具を提供することを目的としている。

また、更に、左右一対の配管を抱持状態で固定する固定部に、この固定部を基体に取り付けるボルトを挿通するための切り欠き孔を形成することで、基体に螺着したボルトをこの基体から取り外すことなく単に緩めるだけで、この切り欠き孔の開口部を介して前記ボルトを離脱させて基体から固定部を取り外すことができる作業性に秀れ実用性に秀れたメータ取付金具を提供することを目的としている。

この切り欠き孔11は、図2,図3に示したように、固定部8の抱持部8A近傍に、断面略逆U字状に形成した構成としている。これにより、基体4に固定部8を螺着する締付ボルト10を、この締付ボルト10の頭部と基体4の側面部4Bとの間に固定部8の板厚分以上の隙間が生じるまで緩めることで、固定部8が基体4から離脱可能な状態として切り欠き孔11の開口部から締付ボルト10を離脱させ基体4から固定部8を取り外すことができる。よって、左右一対の配管2を取付金具に取り付ける際には、壁面3に壁面取付部5を固定した後、前述のように、固定部8を基体4に固定した締付ボルト10を緩めて固定部8を取り外し(或いは壁面3に壁面取付部5を固定する前に基体4から固定部8を取り外し)、基体4をスライド調整移動して基体4の側面部4Bを左右一対の配管2に当接し、この状態において、基体4と配管2との当接部位よりも上方の配管2部位に、固定部8の抱持部8Aを当接させてそのまま下方へスライドさせて切り欠き孔11に基体4に螺入した締付ボルト10を挿入係止し、この締付ボルト10を再び締め付け螺着することで、左右一対の配管2を基体4と固定部8とにより挟持状態で固定することができる。尚、図中符号15は、壁面取付部5を家屋等の壁面に固定するためのボルト16を挿通するための挿通孔である。
