Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for processing a spectacle lens in which a water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lens is held and processed by a holder.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in a spectacles store, a spectacle lens processing machine for polishing the contour of the spectacle lens in order to match the spectacle lens to the shape of the spectacle frame is installed. Since the optical synthetic resin will damage the surface of the product if it is held by a metal member, conventionally, a pair of suction cups made of synthetic resin such as synthetic rubber are attached to both sides of the eyeglass lens so as to be in close contact with each other, The spectacle lens is fixed to the spectacle lens processing machine by sandwiching the spectacle lens from outside the suction cup with the lens holder.
[0003]
In addition, if the pair of suction cups made of synthetic resin such as synthetic rubber alone cannot fix the eyeglass lens firmly, a double-sided adhesive tape is used as an auxiliary means between the eyeglass lens and the suction cup. Measures were taken to increase the adhesion by intervening.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described method of processing an eyeglass lens is effective for conventional optical glass and optical synthetic resin, and the suction cup made of synthetic resin such as synthetic rubber holds the eyeglass lens firmly. In the case of optical glass or optical synthetic resin with a water-repellent or oil-repellent surface treatment, which has been attracting attention recently, although there was no problem, the affinity between the synthetic resin such as synthetic rubber and the lens surface is high. Since the lens is extremely small, the lens tends to slip on the holding surface of the suction cup, and there is a problem that the lens cannot be processed while being held.
[0005]
Furthermore, in the case of these water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lenses, the double-sided adhesive tape also has no adhesive force and is easily peeled off, so that the conventional auxiliary means cannot provide any effect. there were.
[0006]
For this reason, with a conventional spectacle lens, a simple spectacle lens processing machine installed at a spectacle store can sufficiently cope with the problem, and provide prompt services for spectacle lens processing to customers. Despite this, these water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lenses cannot be polished around the lens except at the factory of the lens manufacturer. There was a problem that prompt service of processing could not be provided. In addition, there is a problem in that extra processing costs at a lens manufacturer's factory are required, which causes an increase in eyeglass costs.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems and problems, and a lens for a spectacle lens in which a peripheral portion of a water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lens is polished by a spectacle lens processing machine and processed into the shape of a spectacle frame. In the processing method, a water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lens is provided by increasing a grip force between a clamp member provided in the spectacle lens processing machine and the spectacle lens. An object of the present invention is to provide a method or a machine for processing a spectacle lens that can be held in a lens.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is a method for processing a spectacle lens in which a peripheral portion of a water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lens is polished by a spectacle lens processing machine and processed into a spectacle frame shape. An adhesive is applied to both surfaces of the water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lens, and the spectacle lens is elastically clamped from above the adhesive applied to the lens by a resilient clamp member. A method for processing a spectacle lens, comprising: holding a spectacle lens in a lens holder of the spectacle lens processing machine; and polishing the spectacle lens in this state.
[0009]
According to the present invention, an adhesive is applied to both surfaces of the water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lens, and the spectacle lens is elastically moved from the adhesive applied to the lens by a resilient clamp member. Since the lens for eyeglasses is held by the lens holder of the lens processing machine for eyeglasses, and the polishing of the lens for eyeglasses is performed in this state, the lens holder provided for the lens processing machine for eyeglasses As a result, it is possible to securely hold the water-repellent or oil-repellent spectacle lens on the lens holder of the spectacle lens processing machine.
[0010]
In a preferred aspect of the present invention, there is provided the method for processing an eyeglass lens according to
[0011]
According to this preferred embodiment, since a rubber-based adhesive is employed as the adhesive, other adhesives that are difficult to peel off with this rubber-based adhesive despite the fact that they are peeled off by other adhesives There are effects that cannot be obtained with the agent.
[0012]
In addition, this rubber-based adhesive can be easily peeled off from the lens without using a solvent etc. after the lens processing is completed, and even after peeling, optical traces such as fogging on the lens surface Since there is no residual, lens processing can be performed without impairing the performance of the product.
[0013]
In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the spectacle lens is made of a synthetic resin spectacle lens subjected to a water-repellent or oil-repellent surface treatment. Is a method for processing a spectacle lens.
[0014]
According to this preferred aspect, even in the case of a synthetic resin eyeglass lens in which the holding pressure cannot be increased due to the limitation of the material strength, it is possible to reliably hold the lens in the holder of the eyeglass lens processing machine. Therefore, the precision of lens processing is not impaired. Further, since the present invention is applied to a synthetic resin eyeglass lens which can be mass-produced and is distributed in large quantities on the market, the economic effect is large.
[0015]
In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the spectacle lens is made of an optical glass having a water-repellent or oil-repellent surface treatment. Is a processing method.
[0016]
According to this preferred embodiment, the hardness of the material is large, so that not only a long time is required for polishing, but also in the case of an optical glass spectacle lens in which the pressure of the grindstone on the spectacle lens must be increased, Since the lens can be securely held in the holder of the eyeglass lens processing machine against the pressure, the accuracy of the lens processing is not impaired.
