Abstract
Description
【0001】

ティシュペーパーに作用する引張力Fについて、補足説明すると、取り出し時の前半では、X(ティシュペーパーの横方向端部をスリット2Aの両端2a,2bに集める力:後続のティシュペーパーとの摩擦力に抗して分離するための力も含まれる)+Y(ティシュペーパー3とスリット2Aの両端2a,2bとの摩擦力に抗して引き上げる力)であり、後半では、ほぼX+Yに対して、Z(折り重ねによって後続のティシュペーパーも引き上げるための力)も加算される。
【0056】
<考察>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to tissue paper and articles containing the tissue paper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The tissue paper is stored in a storage box called a carton having a slit-shaped outlet on the upper surface and is commercially available. Generally, tissue paper is a so-called two-ply state in which two pieces of tissue paper are stacked, and when a piece of tissue paper is taken out through a slit of a film attached to a window on the upper surface of the storage box, a part of the next piece of tissue paper is obtained. Are folded out in a so-called pop-up system so that they can be easily taken out next time by being exposed to the outside and stored in a storage box.
[0003]
By the way, the storage box used to have a height of 65 mm in the past, but it is inconvenient for storing and carrying at home. Are commercially available.
[0004]
Such a compact carton has been achieved by reducing the thickness of the tissue paper and increasing the compression ratio during storage. As a proposal regarding this, there is one disclosed in JP-A-2001-286414.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the compression ratio at the time of storage is increased, the pop-up function does not work properly especially when the first few sheets are taken out of the storage box, and the tissue paper often breaks. Further, when the paper thickness is excessively reduced, the user feels anxiety such as easily tearing when actually using the tissue paper, such as blowing his nose, and the hand or touch feeling is not sufficient.
[0006]
On the other hand, the compactness of the storage box in recent years can be said to be excessive beyond the convenience of the user, and in fact, the user of the tissue paper has improved the drawability rather than the compactness of the storage box. It was foreseen that there was a high demand for or a feeling of "fluffiness".
[0007]
In view of such a problem, a main problem of the present invention is to provide a tissue paper which is rich in "fluffy" feeling and an article in which the tissue paper is excellent in taking out from a storage box.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention for solving the above problems is as described below.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
(Tissue paper)
The tissue paper of the present invention relates to a two-ply tissue sheet.
Tissue paper according to the present invention, the measured basis weight is 10~13g / m 2, based on a single JIS P 8124 of those with two-ply one set, preferably at 11.9~12.7g / m 2 is there. If the rice tsubo is less than 10 g / m 2 , papermaking becomes difficult. If it exceeds 13 g / m 2 , the softness will be reduced, and the feeling of use and the drawability from the storage box will be reduced.
[0023]
On the other hand, the tissue paper having a pair in two-ply of the present invention, the thickness of the case at the steel sheet with a tissue paper single circular plane of compression the
[0024]
The thickness displacement difference (TM-TO) was determined by using a “handy compression tester KES-G5” manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd., laying tissue paper on a horizontal pedestal made of steel plate, and compressing the area approximately at the center. A steel plate having a circular plane of 2 cm 2 is brought into contact, and the state of the contact is taken as a zero point. From the zero point, the steel plate having the circular plane is placed vertically downward at a compression load of 0.5 gf / cm 2 and a speed of 10 mm / min. After compressing and measuring the thickness in a state where the indentation is stable, the compression load is further compressed at 50 gf / cm 2 and a speed of 10 mm / min to measure the thickness in a state where the indentation is stable. Calculate the thickness difference from the measured value of The greater the displacement difference, the greater the depth of indentation when pushed up to 50 gf / cm 2 , which indicates that the paper is soft and does not make the user feel the thinness of the paper.
[0025]
Further, the paper thickness of one set of two sheets is 90 to 120 μm, preferably 94 to 112 μm. When the paper thickness is thin, the paper thin feeling felt by the user becomes remarkable, and the water absorption is poor, and the function as a tissue paper is reduced. Furthermore, manufacturing is difficult from a cost and technical point of view. If the paper is excessively thick, the drawability when a predetermined number of sheets are stored in a storage box to form a product becomes poor.
[0026]
The paper thickness is measured using a paper thickness measuring machine “CI-10B” manufactured by Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. under the conditions of JIS P 8111 in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8118. Specifically, make sure that there is no dust, dirt, etc. between the plunger and the measuring table, lower the plunger on the measuring table, move the gauge memory to zero, and then Raise the sample, place the sample (tissue paper) on the test bench, lower the plunger and read the gauge at that time. The measurement is an average value of 10 measurements.
[0027]
In addition, the tissue paper according to the present invention preferably has a range of tensile strength, water absorption, and whiteness specified in JIS S 3104.
[0028]
The tissue paper can be obtained by selecting various manufacturing conditions. By the way, for example, the compression characteristics include the mixing ratio of LBKP and NBKP as raw materials, the type of pulp (fiber roughness, or the type and age of tree as raw material), beating degree, papermaking moisture, calender gap, pressure, material, surface activity It can be adjusted by the addition of the agent and the amount thereof. The pulp desirably does not contain waste paper pulp.
[0029]
The softness / bending properties can be adjusted by tensile strength, aspect ratio, crepe shape (crepe ratio, crepe height difference, etc.), moisture content, density, addition of paper strength agent, addition of surfactant and its amount, etc. It is possible.
[0030]
The surface properties can be adjusted by pulp blending, calendering conditions, papermaking moisture, doctor blade angle, blade angle, balance of adhesion / peeling strength, crepe ratio, addition and amount of surfactant, and the like.
[0031]
(Articles containing tissue paper)
Next, an article containing the tissue paper according to the present invention will be described.
The tissue paper according to the present invention is particularly suitable for use in a storage box in which the outer dimension of the height of the storage box is 55.5 to 64.5 mm. In this case, it is preferable that the so-called two-ply tissue paper is folded and stored in a pop-up manner in accordance with a general storage method.
[0032]
It is desirable that the bulk density of the two sheets be less than 0.13 g / cm 3 (more preferably, 0.11 to 0.13 g / cm 3 ). The bulk density is defined as (measutsubo × tissue paper area × number of sets × 2) / volume in the storage box.
[0033]
Further, the ratio of (web bulk) / (JIS paper thickness × number of sets × 2) is 1.5 or less (more preferably 1.3 to 1.5), and (JIS paper thickness × number of sets × 2) / The ratio of (storage box height) is preferably 0.70 or less (more preferably, 0.55 to 0.70).
[0034]
In the present invention, the ratio of the slit length of the take-out opening to the sheet length in the long side direction of the upper surface of the storage box is 75 to 85%, and the ratio of the sheet width in the short side direction of the upper surface of the storage box to the sheet length. Is desirably 75 to 90%.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the article containing the tissue paper according to the present embodiment is a so-called pop-up system in which a pair of tissue papers described in the above (Tissue Paper) section is paired. The number of sheets to be folded and stored in a predetermined storage box in one box specified in JIS S 3104, for example, 360 sets of 180 sets, or 386 sets of 188 sets in some cases (hereinafter referred to as Tissue paper products). Although 200 sets of 400 sheets can be adopted, they are inferior in takeout properties and are not so preferable.
[0036]
The pop-up folding is a well-known technique and will not be described in detail.
[0037]
On the other hand, in such tissue paper products, the outer dimension of the height of the storage box is set to 55.5 to 64.5 mm, which is lower than 65 mm, which was once lacking in portability and storage properties, and is currently in the mainstream take-out property. And higher than 50 mm where the paper thinness is reduced. By setting the height in such a range, it is possible to improve the feeling of thinness of the paper and the ease of taking out the paper without sacrificing the portability and the storability.
[0038]
Here, in the tissue paper product according to the present embodiment, when the outer dimension of the height of the storage box is set as described above, the shape of the takeout opening is devised so that the tissue paper can be taken out properly. . That is, the

[0041]
The slit is usually formed in the form shown in FIG. 1A, and the slit length is desirably 175 mm to 185 mm. As described above, the length L of the
[0042]
On the other hand, in the tissue paper product according to the present embodiment, the value of the density in the height direction expressed by (outside dimension of height of storage box) / (total area of tissue paper) is 2.90 to 5.60 mm / it is m 2, and preferably a 3.40~4.00mm / m 2. As described above, by setting the value of the density in the height direction to the above value, the take-out property becomes excellent.
[0043]
Here, the size of the tissue paper referred to in the present invention is synonymous with the size of one piece of tissue paper (the area represented by (length) × (width) of the tissue paper) according to JIS S 3104. The numerical value is not limited to the range specified in JIS S 3104. Of course, it may be within the range of the size of one sheet of paper specified in JIS S 3104, and it is preferable that the range be within this range. A particularly suitable size is 450 cm 2 , about 197 mm in length and about 229 mm in width.
[0044]
In the present invention, since the size of the tissue paper is arbitrary, the size other than the height of the storage box, that is, the length and the width are also arbitrary, but the general commercial form, storage, and portability can be improved. With consideration, the preferred length of the storage box is 240 ± 25 mm and the width is 115 ± 25 mm.
[0045]
Here, the drawability of the tissue paper will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 2, when taking out the tissue paper 3 from the
[0046]
(Method of manufacturing tissue paper and articles containing tissue paper)
The tissue paper and the tissue paper product according to the present embodiment can be manufactured by known equipment and ordinary methods. That is, the raw material pulp can be manufactured by papermaking with a paper machine, creping, calendering, folding in a pop-up manner with an inter holder, cutting into a predetermined size, and storing in a storage box.
[0047]
The details of each treatment are as follows. In the papermaking step, the raw pulp and the papermaking conditions are adjusted so as to fall within the range of the rice tsubo of the present invention. At this time, the beating width of the raw pulp is reduced to increase the density. When the density is defined by defining the rice tsubo as described above, the paper strength is increased, but the paper thickness and the softness are reduced.
[0048]
Therefore, in the creping step, the creping rate is set to a high value so that the displacement difference in thickness, which is an index of the softness and the sense of thickness, falls within the range of the present invention. The crepe rate can be increased by adjusting the edge angle of the crepe.
[0049]
(Equation 1)
[0050]
In the calendering step, the calendering is performed by adjusting the pressure in each of the calendering processes of the online machine calendar and the ply machine calendar so that the paper thickness is excessively reduced and does not fall out of the range of the paper thickness of the present invention. By ply machine calendering, the papermaking base papers are piled into one set.
[0051]
In this way, tissue paper base paper is manufactured. Then, this tissue paper base paper is alternately folded by an inter holder so as to be a pop-up system later. At this time, the pull conveyor pressure of the inter holder is adjusted in consideration of the size, particularly the height of the storage box and the size of the tissue paper after cutting. Thereafter, the tissue paper product is cut into a predetermined size and stored in a storage box to manufacture the tissue paper product of the present invention.
[0052]
The raw pulp is preferably made of 100% wood pulp. In this case, the ratio of NBKP: LBKP is 10:90 to 70:30, preferably 50:50 to 93: 7, and particularly preferably 65:35 to 69:31. The higher the proportion of NBKP, the more flexibility can be obtained, which is preferable.
[0053]

Less than 4.0 is represented by ○, 2.0 to less than 3.0 is represented by Δ, and 1.0 to less than 2.0 ×.
[0056]
<Discussion>
The product according to the example of the present invention is distinguished from the commercial product and the old product, since the sufficient evaluation has been performed in any of the sensory evaluation items in comparison with the old product. Is clear. Then, it shows excellent characteristics as compared with a commercially available product and an old product. In particular, it was expected that a remarkable sensory evaluation was obtained in a soft feeling of thickness (“fluffy” feeling), and that the evaluation in the market would be high.
