Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a metal float that is floated on the water surface through a fishnet rope or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The float used for fish nets and the like has a structure in which a hollow body is provided through a tube through which a rope passes, and both ends of the tube are fixed to the body so that water does not enter inside. ing. In such a float, there is a problem in that the rope rubs against the corner at the end of the tubular body and the rope breaks. In the float disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-69873, the end of the tube has a smooth enlarged diameter in order to protect the rope. It extends stepwise outward from, and there are corners in the middle and at the edge of the end, so even if the waves are quiet it is good, but even if the sea is rough the rope rubs even at those corners There was a risk that the rope would be cut gradually. Further, generally, a resin-made hollow float is easily broken and has a short life, and furthermore, a special molding device is required.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and has as its object to provide a low-cost, robust metal float that does not have the possibility of cutting a rope.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a metal float of the present invention includes a metal hollow main body having a pair of holes at opposing positions, and a metal tube penetrating the main body through the pair of holes. The tubular body has a curved surface which is enlarged in diameter at both ends, the edge of which is welded in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the hole periphery of the main body, and which continuously curves from the inside of the main body to the edge. It is characterized by having.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 4 show one embodiment of the metal float of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the float is formed by making holes 2 at two locations facing the hollow main body 1 having a substantially spherical shape and penetrating the tubular body 2, and connecting both ends of the tubular body 2 to the main body 1. It is what was welded to. FIG. 1 is an enlarged view of a welded portion between the main body 1 and the pipe body 2. The diameter of both ends of the pipe body 2 is enlarged to form an edge 4 of the pipe 2 in a substantially planar shape. 4 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface 13 of the hole periphery of the main body, and the entire periphery of the end edge 4 is welded to the main body 1. Reference numeral 11 in the drawing indicates a welded portion. The tube 2 has a curved surface 6 that continuously curves from the inside of the main body to the edge 4. With such a configuration, since the rope 7 inserted into the pipe body hits the curved surface 6, there is no risk of damaging the rope 7.
[0006]
The pipe 2 is originally a simple pipe made of aluminum having a constant diameter over its entire length, and as shown in FIG. By inserting and pressing 8, both ends of the tube 2 are enlarged in diameter to form the curved surface 6 and the edge 4, and at the same time, the edge 4 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface 13 of the hole peripheral edge of the main body. Things.
[0007]
The main body 1 includes two arm-shaped divided bodies 9a and 9b. As shown in FIG. 2, the opening edge of one of the divided bodies 9a has a fitting portion 10 into which the opening edge of the other divided body 9b fits. The outer surface of the other divided body 9b is welded all around the circumference to be integrated. Reference numeral 12 in the drawing indicates a welded portion. The divided bodies 9a and 9b are formed by pressing a 2 mm-thick aluminum alloy plate. Since the main body 1 is composed of the two divided bodies 9a and 9b in this manner, the manufacture of the main body 1 is facilitated, and the manufacturing process is simplified in combination with performing the diameter expansion of both ends of the tubular body by the method described above. And cost reduction is achieved. Furthermore, the fitting portion 10 is provided at the opening edge of one of the divided bodies 9a, and the opening edge of the other divided body 9b is fitted into the fitting portion 10 and welded, so that the joint between the divided bodies is external. Since the float hardly protrudes, even when the float is dragged on the ground, the resistance is small, and damage due to wear can be prevented.
[0008]
The metal float of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. The main body is not limited to a spherical shape, but may be another shape such as a cylindrical shape, and may not necessarily be configured by a split body. The material is preferably an aluminum alloy in consideration of easiness of processing, light weight, corrosion resistance, and the like, but other metals such as iron, stainless steel, and titanium alloy can also be used.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
In the metal float according to the present invention, both ends of the pipe body are enlarged in diameter, and the edges are welded by abutting against the outer peripheral surface of the hole peripheral part of the main body. With the curved surface that curves continuously over the part, the rope inserted into the tube always hits the curved surface of the tube and does not rub against the corner, so it is possible to reliably prevent the rope from breaking. . In addition, since the edge of the tube does not protrude from the main body, resistance when floating on water or dragging on the ground can be reduced, and it also leads to prevention of breakage. Furthermore, since the float of the present invention is made of metal, it is more durable and has a longer service life than those made of synthetic resin, and equipment for molding is cheaper than in the case of synthetic resin, so that it can be provided at low cost. It is easy to handle size and shape changes.
