【従来の技術】
固形状油性化粧料は、皮膚に対する親和性等より、主として口紅、アイシャドウ、アイライナー及び油性ファンデーション等のメークアップ用製品に多用されていおり、常温で液状の油分を常温で固形状の油分で固形化し、さらに必要に応じ顔料等を配合したものである。

常温で液状の油分としては、炭化水素油,シリコーン油などが多用されているが、近年低粘度のエステル油類が幅広く使用されてきている。エステル油は、固形状油性化粧料に滑らかな使用感を付与し、外観のつやを向上させるという特徴を有している。しかしながら、エステル油と常温で固形状の油分を併用すると、表面に水滴状の液体が滲み出る、いわゆる発汗と呼ばれる現象を生じることがあり、化粧料としての商品価値を著しく損ねることがあった。

本発明においては、上記のような問題点を解決し、常温で固形状の油分及び常温で液状の油分を含有するにも係わらず、発汗を生じない固形状油性化粧料を提供することを目的とした。

上記の課題を解決するにあたり、種々検討を行ったところ、固形状油性化粧料において、デキストリン脂肪酸エステルを配合することにより、発汗が生じなくなることを見いだし、本発明を完成するに至った。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

本発明において用いるデキストリン脂肪酸エステルとしては、デキストリンと炭素数6〜22の高級脂肪酸とのエステルが用いられる。具体的には、カプリン酸デキストリル,2−エチルヘキサン酸デキストリル,カプリル酸デキストリル,ウンデカン酸デキストリル,ラウリン酸デキストリル,ミリスチン酸デキストリル,パルミチン酸デキストリル,ステアリン酸デキストリル,イソステアリン酸デキストリル,アラキン酸デキストリル,ベヘン酸デキストリル,ヤシ油脂肪酸デキストリル等が挙げられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を選択して用いる。また化粧品原料として市販されているデキストリン脂肪酸エステルであるレオパールKE,レオパールKL,レオパールTT,レオパールTL,レオパールMKL(いずれも千葉製粉社製)を用いてもよい。これらのデキストリン脂肪酸エステルの中では、パルミチン酸デキストリル,2−エチルヘキサン酸デキストリルが、安定性,使用性の面より最も好ましい。

本発明におけるデキストリン脂肪酸エステルの配合量は、油性化粧料全量に対して、0.01〜20重量%が好ましく、更に好ましくは0.5〜15重量%が、本発明の効果の点から特に好ましい。

本発明において、常温で液状の油性成分は、特に限定されるものではなく、化粧品、医薬部外品又は医薬品等に用いられるものであれば何ら問題なく使用できる。例えば、流動パラフィン、スクワラン等の炭化水素類、トリカプリル・カプリン酸グリセリン,ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル,ミリスチン酸イソプロピル,ヒドロキシステアリン酸2−エチルヘキシル,2−エチルヘキサン酸セチル,トリ−2−エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル,ジ−2−エチルヘキサン酸ネオペンチルグリコール,パルミチン酸イソプロピル,パルミチン酸イソステアリル,パルミチン酸−2−エチルヘキシル,イソステアリン酸−2−エチルヘキシルデシル等のエステル油、オリーブ油,マカデミアナッツ油,ゴマ油,サフラワー油,ホホバ油,大豆油,ツバキ油,グレープシード油,パーム果実油等の植物油、オクチルドデカノール,オレイルアルコール,イソステアリルアルコール等の液状高級アルコール、イソステアリン酸,リノール酸等の液状高級脂肪酸、ジメチルポリシロキサン,メチルフェニルポリシロキサン等のシリコーン油等が例示される。本発明においては、かかる常温で液状の油分から選択される1種を単独で、若しくは2種以上を併用して用いることができる。これらの中でシリコーン油,炭化水素油はエステル油と併用する場合相溶性等の面より好ましくない場合があり、配合しない方が好ましい。

本発明において、常温で固形状の油性成分は、特に限定されるものではなく、化粧品、医薬部外品又は医薬品等に用いられるものであれば何ら問題なく使用できる。例えば、カルナウバロウ,キャンデリラロウ,ミツロウ等のロウ類、パラフィンワックス,セレシン,マイクロクリスタリンワックス等の炭化水素ワックス、ラウリン酸,ミリスチン酸,パルミチン酸,ステアリン酸などの高級脂肪酸類、セチルアルコール,ステアリルアルコール等の高級アルコール等が挙げられる。本発明においては、かかる常温で固形状の油分から選択される1種を単独で、若しくは2種以上を併用して用いることができる。

また本発明においては、ワセリン,ラノリンなど常温でペースト状の油分を配合することもできる。

なお本発明に係る油性化粧料には、本発明の特徴を損なわない範囲で、紫外線吸収剤、抗酸化剤、防菌防黴財、顔料、色素類、香料等を含有させることができる。

本発明に係る固形状油性化粧料の具体的な用途としては、アイクリーム,口紅,リップクリーム,リップグロス,ファンデーション,頬紅,アイシャドウ等が挙げられる。

表1に示した処方で、本発明の固形状油性化粧料にかかるスティック状口紅を調製した。スティック状口紅は、全成分を加熱しながらディスパーで均一に混合し、金型に流し込み冷却した後容器に装填し、フレーミングを行うことにより調製した。

表1に示した実施例1,実施例3及び比較例1を用いて、40℃にて12時間保存した場合の発汗の有無を調査した。発汗が認められないものを○、発汗が認められるものを×として評価し、表1に結果を示した。その結果、デキストリン脂肪酸エステルを含有していない比較例1においては、明確な発汗が認められていたが、本発明の実施例においては、発汗は全く認められなかった。
