Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a snow accretion prevention and removal device that performs snow accretion prevention and snow accretion removal on a lower part of a railway vehicle in winter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When running a train in winter in a snowfall area, removing snow from the entire vehicle, including the roof, has been a problem since ancient times. It is serious because it is accompanied by a decrease in safety and a deterioration in ride comfort due to the influence of snow, and a great deal of human resources have been invested in snow prevention and snow removal. The specific issues are:
1) In the lower peripheral equipment to be visually inspected, there are parts that cannot be confirmed due to snow accumulation. 2) Snow accumulation during traveling is stacked, cooled by the traveling wind and frozen, separated by vibration, and the falling ice blocks rebound. 3) If the ice blocks fall unfortunately into the gap between the tong rails due to the vibrations caused by passing through the turnout, a point failure due to inability to switch is caused. 4) The surface portion or height of the air spring of the bogie 5) There is a problem that snow accumulates on the adjusting valve etc. and impairs the spring performance of the air spring. 5) Snow accumulates around the brake mechanism and consolidates, impairing the braking action. It has been reported.
[0003]
In order to address these issues, for trains that are operating, thrust snow at a stop station with a stick, inject high-pressure hot water with a hose, and for detained vehicles, tens of The current situation is to install a wind heater to melt snow accumulation over a long period of time. As a result, not only is a huge labor and fuel cost necessary, but also there are cases where the lower part of the vehicle is accidentally damaged.
[0004]
The lower peripheral devices of the vehicle are various depending on the type of the vehicle such as a locomotive, a train, a railcar, and the like. As a typical example, a plan view of a bogie is shown in FIG. 19 and a side view is shown in FIG.
There are various types of bogies with or without power, brake types, bogie structures, etc. This figure shows a beam type bolsterless bogie that is often adopted in recent vehicles, and the pillow spring is a direct mount A non-powered bogie equipped with an air spring and a disc brake, 9 is a bogie, 91 is a bogie frame, 92 is wheels, 93 is an axle box, 94 is a pillow spring, 95 is a brake system, C is a car body on the bogie, R Is a rail. Of these, the places where it is desired to prevent snow accretion are around the bearing box 93 (including the upper shaft spring), around the pillow spring, and around the
[0005]
As a measure to prevent snow accumulation, it is conceivable to paint the underside of the vehicle with a water-repellent paint, but the underside of the vehicle should not be painted with brake shoes, brake discs, wheel treads, motor vents, etc. There are parts that must not be used, and a lot of equipment, piping, and wiring are involved, and painting work by hand is troublesome, and if the coating film is not completely dry, it will be easy to accumulate snow. Only when entering the factory can the construction be performed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves such a conventional problem, prevents daily snow accretion by performing a simple treatment in a short time, and can easily remove the snow even if a little snow accumulates on the stake. It is an object of the present invention to realize a method for preventing snow removal at the lower part of a railway vehicle and a device therefor.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The method for preventing snow accumulation on a lower part of a railway vehicle according to the present invention prevents snow accumulation by injecting a snow accumulation inhibitor from both outer sides of a stopped or low-speed traveling railway vehicle toward a lower part and an inner part of the lower part of the vehicle. The method for removing snow accumulation on the lower part of a railway vehicle according to the present invention is characterized in that compressed air flows from both outer sides of a stopped or low-speed running railway vehicle toward the lower part and the lower part inside of the vehicle. In addition, the method for preventing snow removal at the lower part of the railway vehicle of the present invention is characterized by removing snow accumulation by injecting the vehicle from both outer sides of the stopped or low-speed running railway vehicle. The present invention is characterized in that snow accretion is sprayed toward the lower portion and inward of the lower portion to prevent snow accretion, and that compressed snow is removed by injecting compressed air.
[0008]
Alternatively, in addition to the above-described method for preventing snow accumulation, a method for removing snow accumulation at the lower part of a railway vehicle is characterized in that an electric planar heater is attached to a flat portion on the upper surface of the lower part of the railway vehicle to remove snow accumulation.
The snow accretion prevention and removal device at the lower part of the railway vehicle of the present invention detects a frame having a traveling device that can move on both outer sides in parallel with a stopped or low-speed traveling railway vehicle, and detects the approach to the railway vehicle. Approach detecting means, an internal spray means attached to the frame via a telescopic arm extendable inward toward the lower part of the railway vehicle, and the frame via a fixed arm toward the lower part of the railway vehicle. Surface spraying means, and a chemical air supply means for injecting a snow accretion inhibitor or compressed air from the internal spraying means and the surface spraying means, preferably the internal spraying means is provided around a horizontal axis. The snow accretion prevention and removal device at the lower part of the railway vehicle, wherein the device has a rotating nozzle that rotates in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal axis and that can change the injection direction. Alternatively, the internal spray means is a snow accretion prevention and removal device at the lower part of the railway vehicle having a horizontal air nozzle directed inward toward the lower part of the railway vehicle, and the internal spray means is provided at the rotary nozzle. The snow accretion prevention and removal device at the lower part of the railway vehicle having a cover plate capable of closing the air nozzle in conjunction therewith.
[0009]
Alternatively, there is provided the above snow-removal prevention and removal device at the lower part of a railway vehicle, wherein an electric planar heater is detachably attached to a flat part of the upper surface of the lower part of the railway vehicle.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, at a stand-by place of a train other than the main line such as a side line of the starting station, a chemical solution (hereinafter, referred to as a “chemical solution” or “chemical solution”) having a snow-prevention effect from both outer sides of the vehicle toward the lower part and the lower inner part of the vehicle in advance. In addition to preventing snow and dust from adhering to the train after running, it can be re-entered into the above-mentioned stand-by area, etc., from the outside of the vehicle to the lower part of the vehicle and the lower part inside. Since the compressed air is jetted toward the head, the snow accumulation can be easily removed in combination with the effect of the snow accumulation preventing agent.
[0011]
Further, by applying a snow-preventing agent to the lower part of the vehicle in advance, or by attaching an electric planar heater to a flat part of the upper part of the lower part of the vehicle and injecting compressed air in a heated state, it is easier to snow-cover. Can be removed.
The snow accretion preventing agent to be used is a quick-drying, non-adhesive agent having a strong adhesion to metals and a water-repellent effect. For example, a fluorine-based paint or a fluorine-based coating agent is preferable.
