かかる不具合を解消するため、パンチングプレートを筒型に形成し、これをフィルターの内周面に内装し、フィルターを補強したものが見受けられるが、このフィルターにあっては、ろ過された塗料がフィルター内周面とパンチグプレート間の隙間に付着固化し、結局、フィルターのろ過性能の低下及び圧力損失を招来していた。
又、ソケットとプラグの結合状態で内部の塗料漏れを防止するOリングは、塗料に含まれる顔料や溶剤等による浸食や、ソケットとプラグの着脱による磨耗等により劣化が比較的早いため、フィルターの上記洗浄等の作業時には、Oリングの消耗状態を検査し、必要ならばOリングを交換せねばならない。
しかしながら、このOリングは、プラグを受け入れるソケット内周の奥方に装着されているため、その消耗状態を確認するのは困難であると共に、Oリングの交換にあっては、手掻き状の工具を用いてソケット内方のOリングを取り外す必要があり、かかる作業には熟練を要しており、かかるOリングの交換作業を伴う場合には、より一層の手間、時間を要していた。

そこで、本発明は、ソケットとプラグを急速に着脱でき、ろ過性能を低下させずにフィルターの強度を向上させ、Oリングの交換を容易にした塗料用ろ過機を提供することを目的としている。

又、ソケットに挿嵌するプラグの挿嵌部にOリングを外嵌することにより、ソケットからプラグを引き出せば、挿嵌部外周にOリングが露出するため、Oリングの消耗状態を迅速に把握できると共に、熟練を要しないOリングの交換を可能としている。
又、フィルターは、プラグ他端に突設する様に円筒形状に形成され、該フィルターの内周面に螺旋状の線材から成る補強材を内接配置することにより、フィルターでろ過した塗料が補強材に付着固化させない様にして、上記課題を解決する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
