Description

The present invention relates to an injection gun for liquid honing, and more particularly, to an injection gun for liquid honing that is easy to replace and hardly causes misalignment during nozzle replacement.

Liquid honing, in which a slurry, which is a suspension of fine abrasives dispersed in water, is sprayed toward the surface of a workpiece, is often used for surface treatment of metal parts and various resin processed products.

In the liquid honing process, the abrasive contained in the slurry is extremely wearable, so it is inevitable that the nozzle that injects the slurry toward the workpiece will be worn out. It is performed to replace the nozzle that has progressed. FIG. 1 shows an example of a conventional injection gun. Reference numeral 1 denotes a gun body, 2 denotes a nozzle, and the nozzle 2 is fixed by a set bolt 3 which is tightened in a direction perpendicular to the axis a. The main body 1 is fastened and fixed.

However, in this conventional fixing method, since the joint between the gun body 1 and the nozzle 2 is rough, when the nozzle 2 is replaced, the axis of the slurry outlet 4 of the gun body 1 and the axis a of the nozzle 2 are It was easy to shift, and it was often impossible to achieve the desired injection performance due to the core shift. In addition, the abrasive is easily clogged in the joint, making it difficult to replace the nozzle 2.

As a result of research conducted to solve the above-mentioned problems related to the spray gun used for liquid honing, the present inventor is less likely to cause misalignment during nozzle replacement, and there is no clogging of the abrasive to the joint, and replacement work The present inventors have succeeded in developing a spray gun for liquid honing that is easy to use, and propose it as the present invention.

略円筒状をなし、軸芯方向一方の端面中央にスラリー排出口が形成されているスラリーチャンバー内に、先端にエアノズルを有する高圧エア導入管が、その先端のエアノズルが前記スラリー排出口近傍に位置する様に、スラリーチャンバーの軸芯と同軸状に挿入されていると共に、スラリーチャンバーの軸芯に対して斜めに偏位して設置されたスラリー供給管路の末端がスラリーチャンバーの周壁面に開口しており、更に、スラリー排出口と同心円状に、それを囲む様に、外周面にオメジが刻まれている円筒状のノズル取付部が一体的に形成されているガン本体と;
軸芯に沿って、一方の端面から他方の端面に達するスラリー用管路が貫通しており、外周面には一対のスナップリング係止溝が形成されている円筒状をなしたノズル本体を、有底円筒形をなし、内周面にはメネジが、底面中央にはノズル本体挿入孔がそれぞれ形成されたスクリューキャップ状のナット部材の前記ノズル本体挿通孔に挿通せしめ、ノズル本体外周面の一対のスナップリング係止溝にそれぞれスナップリングを嵌め込むことにより、ノズル本体にナット部材を取り付けたノズル構成体;
A high-pressure air introduction tube having an air nozzle at the tip is located in the slurry chamber in which the slurry discharge port is formed at the center of one end surface in the axial direction, and the air nozzle at the tip is positioned in the vicinity of the slurry discharge port. As shown, the end of the slurry supply pipe, which is inserted coaxially with the axis of the slurry chamber and is obliquely displaced with respect to the axis of the slurry chamber, opens to the peripheral wall of the slurry chamber. And a gun body integrally formed with a cylindrical nozzle mounting portion having an outer surface engraved so as to concentrically surround the slurry discharge port;
A cylindrical nozzle body in which a slurry pipe line extending from one end face to the other end face passes through the axis and a pair of snap ring locking grooves are formed on the outer peripheral face. It has a bottomed cylindrical shape, and is inserted into the nozzle body insertion hole of a screw cap-shaped nut member in which a female screw is formed on the inner peripheral surface and a nozzle main body insertion hole is formed in the center of the bottom surface. A nozzle structure in which a nut member is attached to the nozzle body by fitting a snap ring into each of the snap ring locking grooves;
The nozzle assembly is removably attached to the gun body by forming a liquid honing spray gun from the above and screwing the female screw of the nut member of the nozzle structure to the male screw of the nozzle mounting portion of the gun body. Solved the above problem.

Position the nozzle body so that the axis of the slurry conduit is aligned with the axis of the slurry chamber, screw the female screw of the nut member into the male screw of the nozzle mounting portion, and place the nut member into the nozzle mounting portion. When screwed, the nozzle body is attached to the gun body in an accurately centered state by being pressed against the outer shell of the gun body from the axial direction. At this time, the axes of the slurry conduit, the slurry discharge port, and the high-pressure air introduction tube of the nozzle body are completely aligned, and the slurry fed into the slurry chamber through the slurry supply conduit is high-pressure. Accelerated by the high-pressure air fed by the air introduction pipe, sprayed through the slurry pipe of the nozzle body, and used for honing.

On the other hand, when it is desired to replace the nozzle body, the nozzle body can be easily detached from the nozzle mounting portion of the gun body by rotating the nut member in the loosening direction and releasing the screwed relationship between the male screw and the female screw. Then, if a nut member is attached to the new nozzle body with a pair of snap rings, and this is firmly screwed into the nozzle attachment portion, the attachment of the new nozzle body is completed with the axial center aligned.

As described above, in the liquid honing spray gun according to the present invention, the nozzle body is fixed in pressure contact with the gun body from the axial direction by screwing the nut member. In addition, there is no risk of clogging with abrasives at the joints, and the nozzle body can be attached and detached quickly and easily. Compared to conventional spray guns for liquid honing, as well as operability, durability and reliability. It is also extremely superior in terms of sex.

The front view of the conventional spray gun for liquid honing. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of Embodiment 1 of a liquid honing spray gun according to the present invention. Similarly, the expanded longitudinal cross-sectional view of the principal part. Similarly, the expansion perspective view of the nozzle attachment part which is the principal part. Similarly, the expanded longitudinal cross-sectional view of the nozzle main body which is the principal part. Similarly, the enlarged perspective view seen from the lower direction of the nut member which is the principal part. Similarly, the enlarged perspective view seen from the upper direction of the nut member which is the principal part.

The greatest feature is that the nozzle body is fixed by being brought into pressure contact with the slurry discharge port of the gun body from the axial direction so that the respective shaft centers coincide with each other by screwing a screw cap-shaped nut member.

In the figure, reference numeral 5 denotes a gun body which is a main component of the liquid honing spray gun according to the present invention, and a slurry chamber 6 having a substantially cylindrical shape is formed inside the outer shell 27 thereof. A slurry discharge port 7 is formed at the center of one end surface of the slurry chamber 6 in the axis a direction. A high-pressure air introduction pipe 8 is inserted along the axis a from the center of the other end surface of the slurry chamber 6 in the axis a direction, and an air nozzle 28 provided at the tip of the high-pressure air introduction pipe 8 is In the vicinity of the slurry discharge port 7. A slurry supply line 9 is formed in the outer shell 27 obliquely with respect to the axis a of the slurry chamber 6, and the end of the slurry supply line 9 is connected to the slurry chamber 6. Open to the inner wall. These configurations are basically the same as those of a conventional spray gun used for liquid honing.

Further, a cylindrical nozzle mounting portion 10 is integrally projected on the outside of the outer shell 27 so as to be concentric with and surround the slurry discharge port 7. A male screw 11 is engraved on the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle mounting portion 10.

On the other hand, reference numeral 12 in the figure denotes a nozzle structure including a nozzle body 13 and a nut member 14 attached to the nozzle body 13. The nozzle body 13 is a cylindrical member made of a material with excellent wear resistance, and the slurry conduit 15 extending from one end face to the other end face passes through the axial core, The starting end side of the slurry conduit 15 is tapered to form a funnel-shaped portion 16. In addition, a pair of snap ring locking grooves 17 and 18 are provided on the outer peripheral surface on the start end side where the funnel-shaped portion 16 is formed with a slight gap.

On the other hand, the nut member 14 has a bottomed cylindrical shape, and is a screw cap-like member having a female screw 24 formed on the inner peripheral surface, and a nozzle body insertion hole 19 is formed concentrically at the center of the bottom surface. The outer peripheral surface is knurled.
The nozzle body 13 is inserted into the nozzle body insertion hole 19 of the nut member 14 and is fixed to the nut member 14 by fitting the snap rings 20 and 21 into the snap ring locking grooves 17 and 18. 13 and the nut member 14 form a nozzle structure 12, and an O-ring fitting groove 22 into which an O-ring 25 is fitted near the base of the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle mounting portion 10. An O-ring fitting groove 23 into which the O-ring 26 is fitted is formed inside the opening end face.

Then, the nozzle body 13 is positioned such that the axis of the slurry conduit 15 coincides with the axis a of the slurry chamber 6 and the funnel-shaped portion 16 is directly below the slurry discharge port 7, and the nut member When the female screw 24 of 14 is screwed into the male screw 11 of the nozzle mounting portion 10 and the nut member 14 is screwed into the nozzle mounting portion 10, the nozzle body 13 is pressed against the outer shell 27 of the gun body 5 from the axial direction. Then, it is attached to the gun body 5 in a state of being accurately centered.

In this state, the axes of the slurry conduit 15, the slurry discharge port 7, and the high-pressure air introduction tube 8 of the nozzle body 13 are completely coincident with each other and pass through the slurry supply conduit 9 into the slurry chamber 6. The fed slurry is accelerated by the high-pressure air fed by the high-pressure air introduction pipe 8, is sprayed through the slurry conduit 15 of the nozzle body 13, and is used for honing.

On the other hand, when the nozzle body 13 is to be replaced, the nozzle body 13 can be easily removed from the nozzle mounting portion 10 of the gun body 5 by rotating the nut member 14 in the loosening direction and releasing the screwed relationship between the male screw 11 and the female screw 24. Can be removed.

If the nut member 14 is attached to the new nozzle body 13 with the snap rings 20 and 21 and is screwed into the nozzle attachment portion 10, the attachment of the new nozzle body 13 is completed in a state where the axes are aligned. In addition, since the contact part of the nozzle main body 13 and the nozzle attachment part 10 and the contact part of the nut member 14 and the nozzle attachment part 10 are each reliably sealed by O-rings 25 and 26, the abrasives contained in the slurry are The joint portion is not clogged, and the nozzle body 13 can be attached and detached smoothly at any time.

In the liquid honing gun according to the present invention, the nozzle body is fixed by being pressed against the gun body from the axial direction by screwing the nut member, so that the centering is accurate and the misalignment is difficult to occur. In addition, there is no risk of clogging with abrasives in the joints, and the nozzle body can be attached and detached quickly and easily. In addition to jetting performance, conventional jet guns for liquid honing, as well as operability, durability, and reliability. Are better.

It is of great utility in the surface treatment and surface processing of various metal parts and synthetic resin processed products that are subjected to liquid honing.
