本発明は内視鏡用の洗浄アダプタにかかり,特に洗浄アダプタの連結板に具備された接続部の構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に,生体腔内の観察,検査,診断等に使用される内視鏡は,内部に送気/送水管路,および吸引管路等の複数の管路が組み込まれている。このため衛生上の検知から使用後の内視鏡を洗浄消毒する際には,その外表面部のみならず,上記各種管路内も内視鏡管路洗浄器を用いて充分に洗浄,消毒する必要がある。

そのために,洗浄系として使用される内視鏡管路洗浄器に設けられた洗浄アダプタを,内視鏡操作部に並設された送気/送水用シリンダ,吸引用シリンダの入口部となる各シリンダ口にそれぞれ接続し,洗浄系から洗浄液(消毒液等も含む。)を供給することにより前記管路を同時に洗浄,消毒する。

洗浄アダプタ10は,主に開口部12aから閉口部12bに向かい略U字型のスリットを設けたシリンダ口把持部12が具備された摺動部14と,かかる摺動部14に対して水平方向に摺動可能に設けられた連結板16とから構成される。かかる連結板16には,送気/送水用シリンダ洗浄接続部18と吸引用シリンダ洗浄接続部20が,連結板16に対して垂直方向可動に具備されている。

送気/送水用シリンダ洗浄接続部18には,消毒液等が導通する管路を具備する第1の軸部22に,ばね係数αの第1のばね24が巻着され,かかる第1のばね24は,連結板16と,第1のばね24の一端を固定する軸部22に設けられた第1の固定部材26との間に備えられている。また第1の固定部材26の下部には,洗浄アダプタ10を操作部へ装着時に,送気/送水用管路と接続された送気/送水用シリンダの入口部となる送気/送水用シリンダ口(図示せず)との気密性を維持するために,例えば,材質がシリコン系のゴムからなるゴムパッキン等の第1の弾性部材28が具備されている。

かかる洗浄アダプタ10は,洗浄等に使用する時には,まず送気/送水用シリンダ洗浄接続部端部18a,吸引用シリンダ洗浄接続部端部20aを洗浄系と接続する。次に内視鏡操作部に並設された送気/送水用管路,および吸引用管路と接続された各シリンダの入口部となる各シリンダ口に設けられたフランジ部(図示せず)に,シリンダ口把持部12を挟着させて,連結板16に対して摺動部14を送気/送水用シリンダ洗浄接続部18から吸引用シリンダ洗浄接続部20の方向に摺動して,フランジ部をシリンダ口把持部12と固定部材26,34に挟持させることにより,洗浄アダプタ10が操作部に装着される。かかる洗浄アダプタ10を使用すれば,送気/送水用シリンダ洗浄接続部18と吸引用シリンダ洗浄接続部20を送気/送水用シリンダ口,および吸引用シリンダ口に一度の作業で接続できるので,作業の効率化が図れる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら,従来の洗浄アダプタ10では,送気/送水用シリンダ洗浄接続部18に巻着された第1のばね24のばね係数αと,吸引用シリンダ洗浄接続部20に巻着された第2のばね32のばね係数βが同じ大きさである。

本発明は,従来の内視鏡用の洗浄アダプタが有する上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり,本発明の目的は,操作部へ容易に着脱の可能な,新規かつ改良された内視鏡用の洗浄アダプタを提供することである。

さらに,本発明の別の目的は,洗浄時に洗浄液の液圧を高めても軸部に具備されたゴムパッキン等の弾性部材の凸部が送気/送水用シリンダ口および吸引用シリンダ口から外れることのない,新規かつ改良された内視鏡用の洗浄アダプタを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため,本発明の第1の観点によれば,内視鏡内に形成される管路の複数のシリンダ口と管路内に洗浄液を供給可能な洗浄系とを接続するための内視鏡用洗浄アダプタであって,一方端が洗浄系に接続可能であり,他方端がシリンダ口に接続可能な複数の接続部が列状に配された連結板と,複数のシリンダ口を把持可能なシリンダ口把持部を備え,連結板に設けられた接続部の配列方向に沿って摺動可能な摺動部とを備え,各接続部は,軸部にばねが巻着されたシリンダ形状を有しており,摺動部のシリンダ口把持動作時に,ばねの復元力に抗して連結板に対して軸部の軸方向に移動可能であり,少なくとも一つの接続部のばねのばね係数は,他の接続部のばねのばね係数よりも小さいことを特徴とする,内視鏡用洗浄アダプタが提供される。
