Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0099】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a peritoneal dialysis apparatus that can be performed by a patient at home (at home) or the like, and a control method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The peritoneal dialysis method (hereinafter also referred to as “CAPD”) is easy to return to society because patients can exchange dialysate containers (bags) at home or at work. ing.
[0003]
In this CAPD, a catheter tube (peritoneal catheter) is placed in the abdominal cavity of a patient, a transfer tube is connected to the outer end of the catheter tube, and a bag tube of a dialysate bag (injection bag) containing dialysate therein. The dialysate in the bag is injected into the abdominal cavity through each tube, and after dialyzing for a predetermined time, the dialysate drainage in the abdominal cavity is collected in the drainage bag through each tube. is there. The tubes are connected aseptically by fitting male and female connectors respectively attached to the ends of both tubes.
[0004]
By the way, in this CAPD, the dialysate is injected into the peritoneum by placing the dialysate bag at a position about 1 m higher than the abdomen of the patient, and the gravity drop causes the dialysate to enter the abdomen in the peritoneum. It is transported. Moreover, the recovery of the dialysate drainage from the peritoneum is performed by placing the drainage bag at a position about 1 m below the patient's abdomen and transferring the dialysate from the peritoneum to the drainage bag.
[0005]
However, in such a dialysate injection and drainage method, for example, when the patient performs peritoneal dialysis while sleeping, the patient is put to bed at a high position of about 70 to 100 cm from the floor, and The dialysate bag needs to be set at a position about 1 m higher than the patient. For this reason, the height of the entire apparatus is as large as about 2 m, and it is difficult to handle and transport, and the apparatus may fall over when a sleeping patient turns over. Furthermore, there is a drawback that the sleeping position (height) of the patient cannot be freely selected in order to ensure a head required for drainage.
[0006]
In order to compensate for these drawbacks, a peritoneal dialysis apparatus has been proposed that automates injection and drainage and is not subject to the height restriction of the place where the dialysate and drainage bag are installed. For example, Japanese Patent No. 313887 proposes a peritoneal dialysis device in which a valve actuator is opened and closed so that the flow path of the disposable cassette is switched when selected. JP-A-11-347115 proposes a disposable cassette in which a pump part (diaphragm) for feeding peritoneal dialysate and a heating part are integrally formed. This cassette is heated from both sides, and is configured such that the heated peritoneal dialysis fluid is sent into the abdominal cavity of the patient by two pump parts (diaphragms).
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in order to perform peritoneal dialysis at home using such a peritoneal dialysis device, the patient himself / herself memorizes all procedures alone after receiving sufficient training for the use of the peritoneal dialysis device. However, it is a burden on the patient because it must be operated without a doubt.
[0008]
Further, for example, there is a problem that even if a slight trouble occurs in the operation procedure, it cannot be dealt with promptly. In addition, there is an inconvenience that the temporary storage must be temporarily stopped and the dialysate must be drained from the abdominal cavity due to going out for about 1 to 2 hours in the course of treatment and housework for several tens of minutes.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is that the dialysis treatment by the patient himself can be automated, and the operability is very clear and easy to understand. To provide a peritoneal dialysis apparatus capable of performing dialysis treatment under optimal conditions, and the control method thereof, which do not need to be stopped and drained once and can go out during storage for about 1 to 2 hours. It is.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the present invention provides a dialysate circuit including at least one dialysate container filled with dialysate and at least one drainage container for collecting dialysate. The dialysate container is the starting point, or the drainage container is the end point. The liquid feeding means for feeding the dialysate, the input means for inputting the dialysis conditions, and the display means for displaying the inputted dialysis conditions are provided. This is a peritoneal dialysis device that performs dialysis by supplying dialysate to the patient side by liquid delivery means and collecting the drainage, and selects the temporary detachment mode in the middle of treatment and instructs to pause The remaining storage time is displayed based on the input. Further, the remaining storage time display can be displayed on a portable terminal.
[0011]
The present invention also provides a dialysate circuit including at least one dialysate container filled with dialysate and at least one drainage container for collecting dialysate, and a dialysate container as a starting point. It has a liquid feeding means for feeding dialysate with the container as an end point, an input means for inputting dialysis conditions, and a display means for informing conditions for displaying conditions relating to the inputted dialysis conditions. A method for controlling a peritoneal dialysis apparatus that performs dialysis by supplying dialysate to the side and collecting the drainage, and selecting a temporary separation mode during treatment and inputting a pause instruction And a step of displaying the remaining storage time based on the instruction input.
[0012]
The present invention also provides a dialysate circuit including at least one dialysate container filled with dialysate and at least one drainage container for collecting dialysate, and a dialysate container as a starting point. It has a liquid feeding means for feeding dialysate with the container as an end point, an input means for inputting dialysis conditions, and a display means for informing conditions for displaying conditions relating to the inputted dialysis conditions. This is a storage medium that stores the program code for the control method of the peritoneal dialysis machine that dialyzes by supplying the dialysate to the side and collecting the drainage, and selects the temporary disconnection mode during the treatment. The program code of the step for inputting the instruction for pause and the program code of the step for displaying the remaining storage time on the display means based on the instruction input.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to automate dialysis treatment by the patient himself / herself, the operability is extremely clear and easy to understand, the temporary storage is stopped, and aseptically easy from the temporary peritoneal dialysis circuit. Since it is possible to detach it temporarily, it is not necessary to drain the liquid once, and it is possible to go out during the storage for about 1 to 2 hours, so that the treatment can be performed under the optimum condition, and trouble occurs. It is possible to provide a peritoneal dialysis apparatus that can perform dialysis treatment under optimal conditions that can be easily handled.
