Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an aldehyde removing member having a function of indicating a life of adsorbing lower aldehydes such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde. The aldehydes removing member according to the present invention can be used, for example, to adsorb aldehydes released from house building materials and furniture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART In recent years, formaldehyde released from house building materials, furniture, and the like pollutes indoor air quality, and thus poses an environmental problem. In particular, in newly built houses, formaldehyde is frequently generated indoors, which is an environmental problem. Formaldehyde is one of the malodorous substances. Even if it remains in the air at a very low concentration of 0.05 ppm, the odor is felt. Strong irritation is given, resulting in sneezing, coughing, etc., and increased irritation to the human body.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, in the literature 1 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-227824), a curing floor sheet supporting an ammonium salt having a formaldehyde scavenging function is laid on a construction floor surface during house construction, and during the construction period, A method for removing formaldehyde for trapping and removing formaldehyde is disclosed.

[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has an improved life so that the discoloration state of the pH indicator can be satisfactorily grasped and the life of the main adsorption member that adsorbs aldehydes can be accurately grasped. An object of the present invention is to provide an aldehydes removing member with a display.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The aldehydes removal member with a life indicator according to the present invention is a main adsorption member that is exposed to the atmosphere and adsorbs aldehydes contained in the atmosphere,
It consists of an indicator that absorbs aldehydes and changes color with the adsorption of aldehydes.
The main adsorption member includes a first adsorption substance that adsorbs aldehydes,
The indicator carries a second adsorbing substance that adsorbs aldehydes and a pH indicator that changes color with a pH value that changes with the adsorption of aldehydes.
[0012]
According to the present invention, the first adsorbing substance in the main adsorbing member is selected so that the function of adsorbing and removing aldehydes can be favorably exhibited. Therefore, it is not necessary to consider the discoloration state of the pH indicator when selecting the first adsorbing substance in the main adsorbing member. That is, the first adsorbing substance in the main adsorbing member can be selected independently of the discoloration state of the pH indicator.
[0013]
The indicator carries a second adsorbent that adsorbs aldehydes, and a pH indicator that changes its pH value and changes color with the adsorption of aldehydes. The indicator changes color as the pH indicator of the indicator changes color to inform the user of the life of the main adsorption member. Therefore, the second adsorbing substance carried on the indicator is selected in consideration of the discoloration state of the pH indicator. That is, when the pH indicator carried on the indicator changes color, the second adsorbent carried on the indicator is selected such that the presence of the second adsorbent does not impair the discoloration of the pH indicator as much as possible.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, at least one of the following embodiments can be adopted.
[0015]
The main adsorbing member may be any one capable of adsorbing aldehydes such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, and may be in the form of a sheet, a plate, a honeycomb, a granule, or a powder. The indicator is expected to have a function of discoloring, but the function of removing aldehydes is not required as much as the main adsorption member. For this reason, the exposed area of the indicator can be made smaller than the exposed area of the main suction member. The indicator is exposed to the atmosphere together with the main suction member in any of a form integrally joined to the main suction member, a form that can be joined, and a form that is separated. Examples of the base material of the main adsorption member and the base material of the indicator include, but are not limited to, paper, cloth, nonwoven fabric, and the like. The paper may be Western paper or Japanese paper.
[0016]
According to the present invention, the main adsorbing member is expected to have a function of adsorbing and removing aldehydes, and the indicator is expected to have an indicator function for indicating the life of the main adsorbing member. As described above, since the main adsorbing member and the indicator have different expected functions, the first adsorbing material carried on the main adsorbing member and the second adsorbing material carried on the indicator are separated from each other. Different materials can be used so that the function can be sufficiently exhibited. In some cases, similar materials can be used as long as the functions of both the main adsorption member and the indicator are not significantly impaired.
[0017]
The embodiment in which the first adsorbing substance of the main adsorbing member is formed of a porous particulate carrier and first amino acids can be adopted. The first amino acids may be neutral amino acids, acidic amino acids, or basic amino acids. Further, any of an aliphatic amino acid and an aromatic amino acid may be used. Specifically, glycine, alanine, lysine (L-lysine), tyrosine, cysteine, phenylalanine, serine, hydroxylysine, aminobenzoic acid and / or salts thereof are exemplified. Two or more kinds may be mixed. As the aromatic amino acid, any of o-aromatic amino acid, m-aromatic amino acid, p-aromatic amino acid, P-aminosalicylic acid, and m-aminosalicylic acid can be used. In some cases, a guanidino group-containing compound containing a guanidino group can be used as the first adsorbing substance carried on the main adsorbing member. The guanidino group-containing compound can be at least one of arginine and salts thereof. For example, one of arginine and arginine-glutamate may be used, or both may be used. Furthermore, the salts of arginine include carbonates, hydrochlorides, nitrates, phosphates, sulfates, sodium salts, potassium salts and the like.
[0018]
As the porous particulate carrier, an embodiment in which a clay mineral is used can be employed. Examples of the porous clay mineral include hydrous silicate clay minerals such as hydrous magnesium silicate clay mineral. As the hydrated silicate clay mineral, specifically, at least one of sepiolite, attapulgite, zeolite, lafrinite, falconite, and palygorskite can be used as a main component, and these are fine fine pores. Having. The hydrous magnesium silicate clay mineral includes a form in which part of magnesium or silicon is replaced by aluminum, iron, nickel, sodium, or the like.
[0019]
Although the above-mentioned clay mineral itself has the ability to adsorb aldehydes, the ability to adsorb and remove aldehydes is further improved by supporting the amino acid-based substance on the clay mineral body itself. It is presumed to be due to the reaction between the clay mineral, the amino acid-based substance, and the aldehyde. Since the clay mineral itself has a binder function, it is supported on the main adsorption member without using another binder. However, if necessary, another binder can be blended. As the porous particulate carrier, at least one kind of porous particulate carrier of activated carbon, diatomaceous earth, activated clay, alumina, silica gel and the like can be used. Carriers such as clay minerals are granular, and those having an average particle diameter of, for example, 30 μm or less, 20 μm or less, 10 μm or less, 5 μm or less, 1 μm or less can be employed. Accordingly, carriers such as clay minerals can be generally used in the form of powder particles, particularly fine powder particles. The carrier such as clay mineral can be pulverized by wet pulverization or dry pulverization using a known pulverization means such as a mixer, a ball mill, a vibration mill, and a hammer mill.
[0020]
If the amount of the porous carrier such as a clay mineral in the main adsorption member becomes relatively excessive, the frequency of the drop of the porous carrier such as the clay mineral carrying the first amino acid from the main adsorption member is increased. There is a possibility that porous carriers such as clay minerals may be wasted. Also, if the amount of the porous carrier such as a clay mineral becomes relatively small, the amount of the porous carrier such as a clay mineral capable of supporting the first amino acids decreases, and thus the amount of the first amino acids supported. The amount decreases, and the removability of aldehydes decreases. In consideration of the above, according to the main adsorption member according to the present invention, when a porous carrier such as a clay mineral is supported, per unit area of the main adsorption member, the porous carrier such as a clay mineral is supported. The amount is 10 g / m by weight 2 ~ 100g / m 2 , Especially 40 g / m 2 ~ 80g / m 2 , Especially 50g / m 2 ~ 70g / m 2 It can be. However, it is not limited to the above range.
[0021]
If the amount of the first amino acid carried is too small, the removability of the aldehydes decreases. If the amount of the first amino acid carried is excessive, the cost increases. Therefore, with respect to the unit area of the main adsorption member, the amount of the first amino acid to be carried is 0.6 g / m2 by weight in consideration of the removability of aldehydes. 2 ~ 24g / m 2 , Especially 2.4 g / m 2 ~ 18g / m 2 , Especially 6g / m 2 ~ 12g / m 2 It can be. However, it is not limited to the above range.
[0022]
According to the present invention, it is possible to adopt an embodiment in which the second adsorbent carried on the indicator is a second amino acid different from the first amino acid. As the second amino acids, a guanidino group-containing compound containing a guanidino group can be employed. The guanidino group-containing compound can be at least one of arginine and salts thereof. For example, one of arginine and arginine-glutamate may be used, or both may be used. Incidentally, according to the literature (Chemical Dictionary Tokyo Kagaku Dojinsha), arginine is 2-amino-5-guanidinovaleric acid. Furthermore, the salts of arginine include carbonates, hydrochlorides, nitrates, phosphates, sulfates, sodium salts, potassium salts and the like. The guanidino group-containing compound is also used as a food or drink, and is safe even when an infant or the like accidentally licks it. In addition, the ammonium salt used in the
[0023]
According to the present invention, preferably, the second adsorbent of the indicator is basic, and the pH indicator changes color when the pH value changes from the basic range to the neutral or acidic range. Can be adopted.
[0024]
According to the present invention, the pH indicator contained in the indicator indicates the pH value of the second amino acid carried on the indicator before the start of use, the pH value change when the aldehyde is carried on the indicator, and the like. It is selected in consideration of. For example, the pH indicators contained in the indicator are phenol red, aurin, neutral red, nile blue, nitrophenol sulfone phthalein, o-cresol benzein, dibromo vanidene cyclohexanone, o-cresol red, α-naphthol phthalein , Indoxine, alizarin blue, bromthymol blue, m-cresol purple, p-xylenol blue. Phenol red is an acid-base pH indicator, also called phenolsulfonephthalein, and its discoloration range is pH 8.4 (red) to pH 6.8 (yellow). The color change time of the pH indicator is preferably linked to the life of the main adsorption member having the ability to adsorb aldehydes. That is, it is preferable that the pH indicator contained in the indicator is discolored when the life of the main adsorption member comes, or slightly before or after the life. The life of the main adsorption member means a saturated adsorption state of aldehydes adsorbed by the main adsorption member or a state close to the saturated adsorption state.
[0025]
According to the present invention, preferably, the pH indicator of the indicator is carried on the indicator in a shape having at least one of letters, graphics, and numbers that mean the life of the main adsorption member, and with the discoloration, An embodiment may be adopted in which at least one of characters, graphics, and numbers indicating information relating to the life of the main suction member is displayed. In this case, the user can surely and specifically recognize the information on the life of the main suction member by using a character, a graphic, or a number meaning the information on the life of the main suction member.
[0026]
According to the present invention, the pH value of the substrate of the indicator may affect the discoloration of the pH indicator. When the indicator is based on paper, the pH value of the paper may be, for example, from 6 to 10, especially from 6.5 to 8.0, depending on the pH indicator.

In the above-described embodiment, phenol red is used as the pH indicator, but the pH indicator is not limited to this, and another pH indicator can be used according to the pH value of the indicator before use. In some cases, bromothymol blue (BTB) showing blue in a basic range, green in a neutral range, and yellow in an acidic range, cresol red having a discoloration range of 8.8 to 7.2, or phenolphthalein may be used. good. A plurality of pH indicators may be used in combination. In addition, the present invention is not limited to only the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented with appropriate modifications without departing from the scope of the present invention. Even if the phrases described in the embodiments and examples of the invention are only a part, they can be described in the claims.
[0062]
The following technical idea can be understood from the above description.
(Appendix 1) In each claim, the second adsorbent carried on the indicator has basicity, and the pH indicator carried on the indicator has a pH value ranging from a basic range to a neutral range or an acidic range. An aldehydes removing member with a life indicator, which changes color when changing toward the surface.
(Additional Item 2) An adsorbing member that is exposed to the atmosphere and adsorbs aldehydes contained in the atmosphere, wherein at least a part of the adsorbing member carries a discolorable indicator such as a pH indicator and the life of the adsorbing member. There is an indicator that indicates
A discolorable indicator such as a pH indicator of the indicator is carried on the indicator in a shape having at least one of characters, graphics, and numerals that mean information on the life of the adsorbing member. An aldehydes-removing member with a life indicator, wherein at least one of a character, a graphic, and a number meaning information relating to the life of the member is displayed. Since the information regarding the life of the suction member is displayed in characters, figures or numbers, it is possible to reliably prevent the user from erroneously recognizing the information.
(Supplementary Note 3) A substance which is exposed to the atmosphere and adsorbs aldehydes contained in the atmosphere, and carries an amino acid which adsorbs and removes the aldehyde, and the amino acid is a compound containing a guanidino group. An aldehyde adsorbing member, characterized in that: In this case, aldehydes in the atmosphere can be adsorbed and safety is high. The aldehyde adsorbing member can be in the form of a sheet.
(Additional Item 4) The aldehyde removing member according to Additional Item 3, wherein the guanidino group-containing compound is at least one of arginine and salts thereof. In this case, aldehydes in the atmosphere can be adsorbed and removed, and safety is high.
(Supplementary note 5) The aldehydes adsorbing member according to any one of the claims, wherein the main adsorbing member does not carry a pH indicator, and the indicator carries a pH indicator. Since the main adsorption member does not carry the pH indicator, the function of adsorbing and removing aldehydes is exhibited and the amount of the pH indicator used is reduced.
(Supplementary Note 6) In each claim, the main adsorbing member supports a particulate carrier such as a clay mineral, and the indicator does not support a particulate carrier such as a clay mineral. Suction member. The clay mineral is porous and can increase the ability of the main adsorbing member to carry the first adsorbing substance. Since the clay mineral has a unique color tone, there is a possibility that the sharpness of the discoloration of the pH indicator is reduced. Since such a clay mineral is not included in the indicator, it is possible to prevent the indicator function of the indicator from being impaired.
(Supplementary Note 7) In each claim, the discoloration range of the pH indicator carried on the indicator is set in accordance with a change in pH value due to the saturated state of adsorption of aldehydes in the main adsorption member. Aldehyde adsorbing member.
(Supplementary Item 8) An indicator for adsorbing aldehydes contained in the atmosphere by being exposed to the atmosphere, wherein the indicator comprises an amino acid that adsorbs the aldehyde and a pH value that changes with the adsorption of the aldehyde. An aldehyde-removing member with a life indicator, which carries a pH indicator that changes color. Examples of amino acids include compounds containing a guanidino group.
[0063]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the discolored pH indicator is carried on the indicator, but is not carried on the main adsorption member whose main function is to adsorb and remove aldehydes. For this reason, the first adsorbing substance carried on the main adsorbing member can be selected so that the function of adsorbing and removing aldehydes in the main adsorbing member can be favorably exhibited. Therefore, it is not necessary to consider the discoloration of the pH indicator when selecting the first adsorption substance carried on the main adsorption member. That is, regardless of the discoloration state of the pH indicator, the first adsorbent carried on the main adsorbing member can be selected independently of the discoloration of the pH indicator, and the function of adsorbing and removing aldehydes is improved. It is advantageous for
[0064]
According to the present invention, the pH indicator is carried on the indicator, but is not carried on the main adsorbing member whose main function is to adsorb and remove aldehydes. It is advantageous to reduce the amount of the pH indicator used while securing, and it can contribute to cost reduction.
