Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a motor control device for a washing machine having a plurality of sensor circuits for detecting a rotor position of a DC brushless motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a sensor circuit for detecting the rotor position of a DC brushless motor mounted on a washing machine uses, for example, three sensors when the DC brushless motor has three phases and eight poles, as shown in FIG. An output as shown in FIG. 13 is obtained according to the rotation of the motor by the three sensor circuits of the sensor circuit 1, the second sensor circuit 2, and the third sensor circuit 3. Normally, the sensor obtains a high or low output by adding an electronic circuit thereto, as shown in FIG. Therefore, the sensor and its electronic circuit are referred to as a sensor circuit.
[0003]
The drive coil of the DC brushless motor is determined based on the timing and level of the level change of the sensor circuit output. It is assumed that the sensor circuit includes a Hall IC or the like that outputs the high and low signals. The IC output has a configuration in which the collector of the transistor is open (hereinafter, referred to as an open collector). Therefore, an output is obtained from the sensor circuit output terminal as a configuration in which the

Therefore, the second printed circuit board is arranged in a place where there is no vibration so as not to be adversely affected by the vibration. Only a minimally necessary and lightweight sensor circuit is mounted on the first printed circuit board near the rotor and directly mounted on the motor.

In a washing machine, a water supply valve, a rinse water supply valve, a drain valve, a clutch for mechanically switching the number of rotations of a motor by a gear ratio, a water suction pump motor, a detergent injection motor, a water level sensor, a switch for detecting vibration For example, there are many objects driven mechanically using electric power, so there are many wirings inside the equipment, so there are a lot of leads for printed circuit boards and driving parts, and the reduction of leads is due to the internal configuration It is an important issue for simplification of wiring, reduction of miswiring, easiness of assembly, improvement of reliability, and the like.
[0010]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and transmits rotor position information obtained to a plurality of sensor circuit output terminals using a sensor circuit power supply line to reduce signal lines from the sensor circuit output terminals. By reducing and rationalizing the connection between the sensor circuit output and the circuit receiving the signal, that is, reducing the lead wire connector and restoring the original sensor circuit signal immediately before the arithmetic control means receiving the signal, it is possible to realize rational signal processing. The purpose is to realize motor control.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a resistor is connected between a power supply terminal of a plurality of sensor circuits for detecting a rotor position of a DC brushless motor and a power supply for the sensor circuit, and a resistor is connected between an output terminal of the sensor circuit and a power supply terminal. A different resistance value is connected to the sensor circuit, and the parallel resistance value of the different resistance value generated by the combination of the high and low voltages generated by the output of the sensor circuit and the value of the other different resistance values are different values, and the sensor A restoration circuit is connected to a power supply terminal of the circuit to restore a plurality of sensor circuit output signals, an operation control means is connected to an output of the restoration circuit to output a motor control signal, and a plurality of sensor circuits and an output terminal of the sensor circuit A resistor connected between the power supply terminal and the power supply terminal is mounted on the first printed circuit board, and a power supply for the sensor circuit, the resistance, the restoration circuit, and the arithmetic and control means are mounted on the second printed circuit board. The substrate and the second printed circuit board connected by a lead wire so that the electrical connection is obtained to obtain a motor control signal in the second printed circuit board.
[0012]
Thus, a circuit for transmitting rotor position information obtained to a plurality of sensor circuit output terminals using a sensor circuit power supply line, reducing the number of signal lines from the sensor circuit output terminals, and receiving the sensor circuit output and this signal. Connection, that is, the lead wire connector can be reduced and rationalized, and by restoring the original sensor circuit signal immediately before the arithmetic and control means for receiving the signal, it is possible to realize a reasonable signal processing and a motor control. it can.

The signal is transmitted to the printed circuit board by the power supply line, and is restored to the original sensor circuit output signal by the restoration circuit, and the arithmetic control means generates a signal for controlling the motor to the motor drive circuit, thereby transmitting the sensor circuit signal. In the path, it can be transmitted by a single line.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 2 includes a plurality of sensor circuits for detecting a rotor position of the DC brushless motor, a power supply for the sensor circuit, a resistor connected to the power supply for the sensor circuit, the other end of the resistor, and the sensor circuit. And a different resistance connected between the output terminals of the high and low voltages generated by the combination of the high and low voltages generated by the sensor circuit output. A resistor having a different value, a restoration circuit connected to the other end of the resistor for restoring a plurality of sensor circuit output signals, an arithmetic control means connected to an output of the restoration circuit and outputting a motor control signal, and the sensor circuit A first printed circuit board mounted with a resistor connected to the sensor circuit power supply and a resistor connected to the sensor circuit output terminal; the sensor circuit power supply, a restoration circuit, and arithmetic control means. Thus, the original sensor circuit signal can be restored by the restoration circuit, and can be used as a control signal for directly controlling the motor drive circuit by the arithmetic control means. Thus, signal transmission between the printed circuit boards can be performed by one lead wire.
[0015]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the arithmetic control means is built in the microcomputer and outputs a drive signal from a microcomputer output terminal. The control means can be realized only by the software design of the microcomputer, and it is not necessary to provide the arithmetic control means.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first or the second aspect of the present invention, the restoration circuit and the operation control means are built in the microcomputer, and the output signal of the sensor circuit is obtained only by the software design of the microcomputer. [0017]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, the power supply voltage for the sensor circuit is a voltage higher than that of the arithmetic control means or the microcomputer, and the restoration circuit has an input voltage lower than the power supply voltage for the sensor circuit. In addition, the power supply terminal voltage of the sensor circuit can be set in a range from 0 to the power supply voltage for the sensor circuit, and the voltage width between discrete values can be widened, so that transmission from the sensor circuit to the AD conversion circuit or the microcomputer can be performed. This is advantageous for noise coming from the line, and the noise resistance performance can be improved.
[0019]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the first to sixth aspects, a constant current circuit is provided instead of a resistor connected between an output terminal and a power supply terminal of the sensor circuit, and the constant current circuit is A current value having a different value, and a current value of the sum of the different current values generated by a combination of the high and low voltages generated by the sensor circuit output is different from the other current values. The voltage of a composite signal that takes a discrete value that includes rotor position information that appears at the power terminal of the circuit can be calculated as the sum of constant current values, and the design of the sensor circuit power terminal voltage that takes a discrete value is easy, Therefore, the discrete values can be easily equalized, and the maximum power supply voltage width of the restoration circuit or the microcomputer that receives the sensor circuit signal can be used, and the voltage between the discrete values can be increased. Rukoto can, because you can enlarge the detection level difference at the AD converter, it is stable level detection can no stable level detected erroneously detected against such noise superimposed on the signal.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of sensor circuits for detecting a rotor position of a DC brushless motor, a power supply for a sensor circuit, a power supply terminal of the plurality of sensor circuits, and the sensor A resistor connected between a circuit power supply and a resistor having a different value connected between the output terminal and the power supply terminal of the sensor circuit, and is generated by a combination of high and low voltages at which the output of the sensor circuit is generated. A resistance in which the parallel resistance value of the different resistance value and the value of the other different resistance value are different; a restoration circuit connected to a power supply terminal of the sensor circuit to restore a plurality of sensor circuit output signals; and an output of the restoration circuit. Arithmetic control means for outputting a motor control signal connected to a first printed circuit board mounted with a resistor connected between the plurality of sensor circuits and an output terminal and a power supply terminal of the sensor circuit; A second printed circuit board on which the power supply for the sensor circuit, the resistor, the restoration circuit, and arithmetic and control means are mounted; and a lead connecting the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board so as to make the above-mentioned electrical connection. And a motor control signal is obtained on the second printed circuit board, so that a plurality of rotor position detection signals which are conventionally required as independent signal lines are shared with a power supply line. Therefore, in the printed circuit board design, the design can be simplified by reducing the number of patterns, and the price can be reduced by reducing the area of the printed circuit board. Conventionally, the number of input terminals of an AD conversion circuit or a microcomputer such as a microcomputer which receives a rotor position detection signal is conventionally required to be plural. However, since the number of input terminals is reduced to a single, the number of input terminals can be reduced. The number can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced. In the case where a circuit receiving a signal is a microcomputer or the like, central control is performed by the microcomputer, so that the number of required terminals may increase due to a recent increase in functions, resulting in a shortage of terminals. In such a case, an additional circuit had to be added or another microcomputer had to be added. However, according to the present invention, the additional circuit can be deleted or another microcomputer can be abolished. Can be reduced.
[0060]
Then, no other circuit is mounted on the first printed circuit board on which the sensor circuit arranged near the rotor of the motor is mounted in terms of vibration and the like, and the rotor position information signal obtained from the sensor circuit is the second vibration-free signal. In most cases, a control signal for motor control is generated based on a rotor position detection signal on a second printed circuit board, which is transmitted by a lead wire to a printed circuit board. By eliminating the signal line and sharing it with the power supply line, it is possible to reduce the number of leads and connectors connecting the lead and the printed circuit board, and it is possible to reduce the number of parts or the printed circuit board area, The price can be reduced. In addition, since the connection by the connector is based on mechanical contact between the terminals, the reliability of the electronic circuit is improved as the number of terminals is reduced from the viewpoint of poor contact. Therefore, the present invention can improve the reliability of the electronic circuit. .
[0061]
According to the invention described in claim 2, a plurality of sensor circuits for detecting the rotor position of the DC brushless motor, a power supply for the sensor circuit, a resistor connected to the power supply for the sensor circuit, and the other end of the resistor And a different resistance connected between the output terminal of the sensor circuit and a parallel resistance of the different resistance generated by a combination of high and low voltages generated by the sensor circuit output. A resistor having a different value, a restoration circuit connected to the other end of the resistor to restore a plurality of sensor circuit output signals, and an arithmetic control unit connected to an output of the restoration circuit and outputting a motor control signal. A first printed circuit board mounted with the sensor circuit, a resistor connected to the power supply for the sensor circuit, and a resistor connected to the output terminal of the sensor circuit; and a power supply for the sensor circuit and a restoration circuit. A second printed circuit board on which control means is mounted; and a lead wire connecting the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board so as to make the above-mentioned electrical connection, and a motor control on the second printed circuit board. Since the signal was obtained, the rotor position detection signal used to be a single signal synthesized from the signal that was conventionally required as a plurality of independent signal lines, so the design by reducing the number of patterns in the printed circuit board design And the cost can be reduced by reducing the area of the printed circuit board. For example, when a circuit receiving a signal is a microcomputer, the number of necessary terminals is increased due to a recent increase in functions due to centralized control by the microcomputer. In such a case, an additional circuit had to be added or another microcomputer had to be added. However, according to the present invention, the additional circuit can be deleted or another microcomputer can be abolished. Can be reduced.
[0062]
In addition, other circuits are not mounted on the first printed circuit board on which the sensor circuit arranged near the rotor of the motor is mounted in terms of vibration and the like, and the rotor position information signal obtained from the sensor circuit is the second vibration-free signal. In most cases, a control signal for motor control is generated on the second printed circuit board based on a rotor position detection signal by transmitting a lead wire to the printed circuit board. According to the above, by using a single signal line from the sensor circuit output, it is possible to reduce the number of leads and connectors for connecting the lead wire and the printed circuit board, thereby reducing the number of components or the printed circuit board area. And reduce the price. In addition, since the connection by the connector is based on mechanical contact between the terminals, the reliability of the electronic circuit is improved as the number of terminals is reduced from the viewpoint of poor contact. Therefore, the present invention can improve the reliability of the electronic circuit. .
[0063]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the arithmetic and control means is built in the microcomputer and outputs a drive signal from the microcomputer output terminal, so that a signal for controlling the motor is obtained from the rotor position information signal. Since the processing is performed by software, there is no need to separately provide an arithmetic control unit, so that the number of components can be reduced, the printed circuit board can be saved in space, and the price can be reduced.
[0064]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the restoration circuit and the arithmetic control means are built in the microcomputer, a signal for controlling the motor is processed by software from a single rotor position information signal. There is no need to separately provide an arithmetic control unit, so that the number of components can be reduced, the space of the printed circuit board can be reduced, and the price can be reduced.
[0065]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the power supply voltage for the sensor circuit is set to a voltage higher than that of the arithmetic control means or the microcomputer, the restoration circuit operates with an input lower than the power supply voltage for the sensor circuit, and the output voltage is Since the restoration circuit is within the power supply voltage range of the control means or the microcomputer, the circuit can be made resistant to noise, and the selection range of the resistance value can be expanded, and the easiness of design can be secured. be able to.
[0066]
According to the present invention, since the voltage conversion circuit is provided between the power supply terminal of the sensor circuit and the restoration circuit or the microcomputer, the signal of the sensor circuit can be detected without being conscious of the restoration circuit or the power supply voltage of the microcomputer. Can be determined, whereby the setting range of the sensor circuit signal voltage can be widened, and the degree of freedom of design and the ease of design can be ensured. Further, a circuit resistant to noise can be provided.
[0067]
According to the invention of
[0068]
According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the number of sensors is set to 3, and the constant current value of each sensor circuit is set to 1: 2: 4. In other words, by employing a constant current circuit having a current value of 1: 2: 4 in a three-phase drive often used in a washing machine, the intervals of discrete values of the sensor circuit signal voltage can be equalized, In a washing machine or the like in which a lead wire is extended from a circuit, a stable level can be detected in a restoration circuit, and a stable level can be detected which is particularly strong against noise superimposed on a signal.
[0069]
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the number of sensors is set to three, and a parallel resistor generating circuit is provided for supplying an additional current when two sensor circuit output terminal currents flow, so that a resistor is connected to the sensor circuit. In such a method, it is difficult to equalize the voltage difference between discrete values appearing in a single signal, so that the voltage difference between discrete values varies. Accordingly, it has been confirmed by actual constant design that the voltage difference between three and four discrete values among the five discrete value voltage differences generated by the six discrete value voltages due to the selection of the resistance value is increased. It is possible to increase the voltage difference between the discrete values by adding a resistor to the voltage having the smaller discrete value voltage for the remaining one or two where the voltage difference between the discrete values is small, thereby changing the voltage value between the discrete values. it can. Thus, in a washing machine or the like in which the lead wire is extended from the sensor circuit, stable level detection can be performed in the restoration circuit, and particularly, stable level detection that is strong against noise superimposed on a signal can be performed.
