Abstract
Description
【0001】

Among these oxides, titanium oxide, tin oxide, and indium oxide are preferable because of their excellent photoelectric effect.
These oxides may be used alone, or a mixture of two or more kinds, for example, a mixture of titanium oxide fine particles, zinc oxide fine particles, niobium oxide fine particles, or tin oxide fine particles. May be used.

The thickness of the porous
In the case of a dye-sensitized solar cell having a normal configuration, the thickness is about 5 to 15 μm, and in the present embodiment, even if the thickness is about 5 to 15 μm, the energy conversion efficiency is improved by several tens% compared to the conventional one. However, in the present embodiment, in particular, by setting the thickness as described above, it is possible to improve not only the visible light but also the efficiency of using light on the longer wavelength side than the visible light. Significantly higher energy conversion efficiency can be obtained as compared to sensitized solar cells.

【The invention's effect】
According to the dye-sensitized solar cell of the present invention, at least a portion of the oxide semiconductor layer formed on the electrolyte side of the transparent electrode except for a portion that contacts the transparent electrode is electrically connected to the transparent electrode. Since the conductive layer is formed, energy conversion efficiency can be improved, and open-circuit voltage can be increased.
Further, by forming the conductive layer, the thickness of the oxide semiconductor layer can be increased, and not only visible light but also light having a longer wavelength side than visible light can be used.
Further, since the amount of the scattering material can be reduced, the surface area of the particles included in the oxide semiconductor layer can be increased, the amount of the dye adsorbed can be increased, and the energy conversion efficiency can be improved.
