【従来の技術】
オートクレーブ滅菌用ブリスター包装体は、通常、ポリプロピレンや、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレンなどの透明なプラスチックからなるブリスタートレー(以下、単にトレーという)と、このトレーをシールするシール部材から構成されており、トレーにシール部材をシールするシール幅は、通常、2〜5mm程度必要とされていた。そして、トレーを出来るだけコンパクトにするため、従来、トレーのシール面はトレーの外周縁を含むシール幅になっていた。このようなトレーのシール面がトレーの外周縁を含むシール幅になっているブリスター包装体では、シール部材がプラスチックフィルムの場合は、フィルムが破れ難いため問題はないが、シール部材が滅菌紙の場合は剥す途中で破れてしまい、使い勝手が悪く問題であった。
一方、トレーに収容、包装して滅菌する必要のあるプレフィルドシリンジ等の製品の場合、トレーをシールするシール部材は、滅菌紙であることが絶対に必要な条件であり、そのため、ピール性の改良が待たれていた。

そこで、剥す際の滅菌紙の破れを回避するために、シール強度を弱くして剥し易くする方法や、接着剤等を用いたピール層を設ける方法が検討されたが、前者は、シール面にピンホールの生じる危険性があるという欠点を有しており、また、後者は、121℃のオートクレーブ滅菌に耐えることの出来る接着剤が少なく、また、あったとしても高価であり問題だった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、如上の事情に鑑みてなされたもので、著しくピール性の改良された、使い勝手の良い、滅菌紙でシールされたオートクレーブ滅菌用ブリスター包装体を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者等は上記課題を解決するために、鋭意検討の結果、トレーに貼着される滅菌紙のシール面を、滅菌紙の外周縁から所定距離内側にずらすことにより、ピール性が著しく改良されることを見出し、本発明を完成した。すなわち本発明は、ブリスタートレーとこのブリスタートレーのシール面に貼着されてブリスタートレーをシールする滅菌紙を含んでなり、この滅菌紙のシール面の少なくともピール対象面を含む部分が、この滅菌紙の外周縁から0.5mm以上内側に設けられてなる、ピール性の改良されたオートクレーブ滅菌用ブリスター包装体に関する。本発明の好ましい実施態様としては、ブリスタートレーのシール面の長手方向の一端に軸対称に一対の開封突起が設けられ、この一対の開封突起に隣接する滅菌紙の三辺のシール面が、滅菌紙の外周縁から0.5mm以上内側に設けられてなる包装体、が挙げられる。ここで、本発明の包装体はプランジャ付きのプレフィルドシリンジを収容する包装体として好適である。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施例について、図面を用いて説明する。
図1は本発明の一実施例に係るオートクレーブ滅菌用ブリスター包装体の平面図であり、プレフィルドシリンジ用トレーに滅菌紙を貼着した状態を示す。また、図2は図1の側面図であり、図3は図1において滅菌紙を貼着する前のトレーを示す平面図、図4は図1に示す包装体の使用状態の説明図である。
図1、図2に示すように、本発明のブリスター包装体Bは、トレー1とこのトレー1のシール面17に貼着された滅菌紙2を含んでなり、この滅菌紙2のシール面21の少なくともピール対象面211を含む部分が、この滅菌紙2の外周縁22から0.5mm以上内側に設けられている。

トレー1は、通常、皿状の容器であり、製品を収容する部分の外側にシール面17が設けられている。プレフィルドシリンジ用トレーの場合、プレフィルドシリンジSを収容する部分は、例えば図2〜図4に示すように、先端がバレル3のチップ31付近を収容するチップ収容部11になっており、以下、バレル3の胴部の先端側(チップ31を除く)を収容する胴部先端側収容部12、バレル3の胴部の基端側(フランジ32を除く)を収容する胴部基端側収容部13、胴部基端側収容部13の基端側に設けられた小径部分131、バレル3のフランジ32を収容するフランジ収容部14、プランジャ4(フランジ41を除く)を収容するプランジャ収容部15となっており、基端がプランジャ4のフランジ41を収容するプランジャのフランジ収容部16になっている。胴部基端側収容部13は胴部先端側収容部12より径が大きくなっており、トレー1からプレフィルドシリンジSを取り出すときに指を入れることの出来る大きさになっている。また、フランジ収容部14は、トレー1内でのバレル3の移動を防止するための部分であり、そのため、これに隣接する収容部131、15はそれぞれフランジより径が小さくなっている。

トレー1のシール面17には滅菌紙2が貼着されており、そのプランジャのフランジ収容部16側の一端には、収容部16を挟んで軸対称に一対の開封突起18が設けられている。この開封突起18は一個でも構わないが、開封者の利き腕を考慮して左右一対設けるのが好ましい。滅菌紙2の開封突起18に対応する部分は開封口23になっており、滅菌紙2はこの開封口23を指で掴んで剥すことが出来る。
滅菌紙2のトレー1への貼着は、滅菌紙2のシール面21の少なくともピール対象面211を含む部分が、この滅菌紙2の外周縁22から0.5mm以上内側になるように行われる。尚、ピール対象面211は、ブリスター包装体BからプレフィルドシリンジSを取り出す際に、剥される滅菌紙2のシール面21部分を言い、滅菌紙2の基端の開封口23に隣接する部分から始まる。ピール対象面211の先端は、胴部基端側収容部13より先端側の位置であれば任意の位置を選択できるが、要は滅菌紙2を剥いだときに指を入れてプレフィルドシリンジSを取り出せる位置であれば、胴部基端側収容部13に対応する位置でも良い。

〔試験例〕 表1に示すようなシール面を有するブリスター包装体をそれぞれ50個ずつ用意し、ピール性試験を行ったところ、表2に示すような結果が得られた。表2から、本発明のブリスター包装体のピール性が著しく改良されていることが分かる。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたことから明らかなように、本発明を採用することにより、ピール性の著しく改良された、使い勝手の良い、滅菌紙でシールされたオートクレーブ滅菌用ブリスター包装体を提供することができる。

The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above problems, and as a result, by shifting the sealing surface of the sterilized paper affixed to the tray inward from the outer peripheral edge of the sterilized paper by a predetermined distance, the peelability has been significantly improved. That is, the present invention comprises a blister tray and a sterilizing paper stuck on the sealing surface of the blister tray to seal the blister tray, and at least a portion of the sealing surface of the sterilizing paper including the surface to be peeled is the sterilizing paper.
