Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for coating a wooden plate with a desired color as a topcoat material on the wooden plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, many wooden plate-like bodies used for buildings and the like are cut into a predetermined shape at a factory, polished to smooth the tip, and then coated on a front surface or a back surface with a desired color paint (including a top coat). ) Is applied to make the product. Then, the product is shipped to a building site or the like and installed at a predetermined location of the building. Here, cutting and painting are usually performed in a factory based on an order from a building site or the like, and a system that can quickly ship according to the order is strongly desired on the factory side.
[0003]
However, in the case of plate-shaped bodies used for building doors, etc., it is necessary to paint not only on the front and back surfaces, but also on the edges of the doors. For this reason, conventionally, a repetitive coating operation has been performed in which a paint is applied to a wooden tip and dried, and then the same paint is further applied for the absorbed amount. In addition, when the coating operation is repeatedly performed, the uneven surface of the paint is generated on the opening edge. Therefore, at the time of shipping, the opening edge is polished again.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional method of applying the tip of a plate-shaped body, it is necessary to repeatedly apply the tip of the tip and to perform further polishing at the shipping stage, so that the number of man-hours increases by that much, and the There was a problem that it was not possible to set up a system that could ship quickly in response.
[0005]
Incidentally, a technique has been conventionally implemented in which a thermal transfer sheet having a desired color and pattern on the surface by printing or the like is adhered to the front and back surfaces of the plate-like body and the kiguchi, thereby making it unnecessary to repeatedly apply the kiguchi. However, the so-called pasted product manufactured in this way is clearly inferior in appearance to the product coated with paint, so it is a fact that it is necessary to avoid using the product for buildings or other objects that emphasize appearance. is there.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a method of coating a wooden edge of a plate-like body, which can eliminate the need for a repeated application step of a paint and can reduce the number of work steps. It is in.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a coating method of a wooden plate-like body for applying a paint of a desired color as a topcoat material to the wooden opening of a wooden plate-like body, wherein the paint is applied to the wooden opening of the plate-like body. A non-penetrating and highly adherent thermal transfer sheet is applied thereto, and the paint is applied to the surface thereof.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the method for coating a wooden edge of the plate-like body according to the first aspect, the thermal transfer sheet has a surface made of an acrylic resin.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the method for coating the opening of a plate-like body according to the first or second aspect, the thermal transfer sheet comprises a long sheet having a hot melt layer formed on a back surface thereof. The heat transfer sheet is stuck to the tip of the wood by rolling while pressing on the wood edge with a heating roller via a sheet.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
The method of coating the tip of the plate according to the present embodiment includes coating the front and back surfaces and the tip of a wooden plate made of MDF (rectangular plate having a length of 3 × 7 in plan view) used for a building or the like. Is applied. In addition, the plate-shaped body to which the present invention is applied is not limited to a plate used for a building, as long as it is made of wood, and can be various. Hereinafter, a manufacturing process of a plate-shaped body to be a product will be described based on a flowchart of FIG.
[0011]
First, when a plate-like body as a product is ordered from a construction site or the like, the plate material is cut by a cutting device such as a router based on the order (S1). During or before or after such cutting, resin processing or film sticking is performed on the front and back surfaces of the plate material to obtain an MDF having a desired shape in plan view. Since the cut end of the plate-shaped body usually has a minute uneven shape, the cut end is polished by a polishing apparatus or sanding by an operator in order to eliminate the shape and smooth the cut end. That is, the shape processing (S2) of the kiguchi is performed. In addition, even if there is no order from the construction site, it may be manufactured as stock on the factory side.
[0012]
After that, the thermal transfer sheet is attached only to the kiguchi smoothed by polishing (S3). As such a thermal transfer sheet, for example, it is preferable to use a transfer foil (product name: Folkstone Gray gray foil product number: Y86944SR) manufactured by Kurz Japan Co., Ltd. This thermal transfer sheet has the property of being impervious to paint and having high adhesiveness. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the width t of the back surface on which the hot melt layer 3a is formed And a layer 3b made of acrylic resin on the front side.
[0013]
The width t of the thermal transfer sheet is substantially the same as the width of the lip (that is, the thickness of the plate-shaped body), and is configured to be adhered to the lip by a sticking device 1 as shown in FIG. I have. The sticking device 1 shown in FIG. 1 is for sticking the thermal transfer sheet 3 to the cut surface Wa of the plate-like body W, and has a heating roller 2 and a winding unit 4. Preferably, a tension roller (not shown) for applying tension to the thermal transfer sheet from the winding unit 4 to the heating roller 2 is provided.
[0014]
The heating roller 2 is made of a cylindrical metal member capable of raising at least the outer peripheral surface (rolling surface) thereof, and is rolled by pressing the cutting edge Wa via the thermal transfer sheet 3 with the heating roller 2. Then, the hot melt layer 3a (see FIG. 3) on the back surface of the thermal transfer sheet 3 is melted and adhered to the edge Wa. That is, the heat transfer sheet 3 can be stuck to the cut edge Wa only by rolling the heating roller 2 along the cut edge Wa, and the workability can be further improved.
[0015]
However, after the thermal transfer sheet 3 is pasted only on the cut surface Wa, the portion connected from the winding section 4 is cut, and the thermal transfer sheet pasting step S3 is completed. In this way, the thermal transfer sheet 3 made of a long sheet is wound up by the winding unit 4 and pulled out by a desired size when heated by the heating roller 2, so that the thermal transfer sheet 3 does not become entangled during operation. , Work efficiency can be further improved. The winding section 4 is not essential in the present invention, and the heat transfer sheet cut in advance to a predetermined size may be stuck by the heating roller 2 while being gripped by the operator.
[0016]
Thereafter, a paint of a desired color as an overcoat material is applied to the front and back surfaces of the plate-like body and the wood opening (S4). The coating step S4 can be performed by, for example, a flow coater. As shown in FIG. 4, a coating method using such a flow coater involves dropping paint in a curtain form from a slit 6 of a head 5 and passing the plate-like body W thereunder at a constant speed on conveyors C1 and C2. It is a method of painting with. In the drawing, the portion where the paint is dropped in a curtain shape is referred to as "paint curtain 7" for convenience.
[0017]
The conveyors C1 and C2 are disposed so as to be separated from each other immediately below the slit 6, and a storage tank 8 that can receive the dropped paint is disposed at the separated portion. The storage tank 8 is connected by a pipe extending to the head 5, and a pump P for pumping the paint in the storage tank 8 to the head 5 is connected in the middle of the pipe.
[0018]
As a result, the paint that has flowed down can be circulated and used, so that there is no paint loss and if the driving speed of the conveyors C1 and C2 is increased, painting can be performed at high speed. In addition, since the paint mist can be prevented from scattering around, the working environment can be kept hygienic.
[0019]
In order to apply the paint to the plate-shaped body W, as shown in FIG. 5, the plate-shaped body W is set so that the front edge of the plate-shaped body W has a 45 ° angle with respect to the paint curtain 7. The conveyors C1 and C2 are driven while being placed on the conveyor C1. Then, the plate-shaped body W passes through the paint curtain 7 while maintaining the above-described placement state, and the surface and the front edge of the front edge are painted.
[0020]
Then, before the coated paint is dried, as shown in FIG. 6, the front and back surfaces of the plate-shaped body W are reversed (that is, the back surface faces upward), and the conveyors C1 and C2 are reversed. The paint curtain 7 is again passed through, and the back surface of the plate-like body W and the back end of the plate-like body W are painted. Thus, the painting of the front and back surfaces and the four corners of the plate-shaped body W is completed. In this way, by coating the rear edge of the painted surface before the painted material is dried, it is possible to suppress the formation of the uneven surface generated in the overcoated portion, as compared with the case where the paint is once dried. It can be painted uniformly as if it had been painted on.
[0021]
Here, in the present embodiment, since the thermal transfer sheet 3 is previously adhered to the cut surface Wa, the applied paint does not penetrate into the inside of the plate-shaped body W and adheres well. Therefore, even after the next drying step S5 is performed, the state of the paint applied to the wooden surface Wa is maintained in a well-attached state, so that the step of applying the paint again can be unnecessary. .
[0022]
According to the above-mentioned method for coating the mouth of the plate-like body, the thermal transfer sheet is applied in advance prior to the painting of the mouth, so that the paint as an overcoat material can be applied well in the painting process, and after drying, it can be renewed. Painting can be avoided, and workability can be improved. In addition, since a paint as an overcoat material is applied on the applied thermal transfer sheet, a thermal transfer sheet on which a desired color and pattern are printed is simply pasted and compared with a product obtained by applying the same (a so-called pasted product). , The appearance can be improved.
[0023]
Although the present embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and other thermal transfer sheets can be used as long as they do not penetrate the paint and have high adhesion. Further, a top coat may be formed after applying a coating material on the thermal transfer sheet. Even in this case, if the thermal transfer sheet is non-penetrable and highly adhesive, the workability is improved. Can be improved.
[0024]
Further, the application of the paint in the coating step may be a spray gun for spraying and applying the paint, or a manual application using a brush or the like, in addition to the flow coater as in the above embodiment. Needless to say, in this case, the front and back surfaces of the plate-shaped body and the wood surface may be painted in separate steps. Furthermore, an ultraviolet curing paint may be applied to the plate-like body including the wood end surface in or after the coating step and the drying step to add a UV cut function.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, after applying a heat transfer sheet that is not penetrable to paint and has high adhesion to the tip of the wooden plate, the paint is applied to the surface. The paint can be satisfactorily attached while avoiding the absorption of the paint. Therefore, the step of repeatedly applying the paint can be omitted, and the number of work steps can be reduced.
[0026]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the surface of the thermal transfer sheet is made of an acrylic resin, it is possible to effectively prevent the paint from being absorbed into the opening, and to improve the adhesion of the paint.
[0027]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the long sheet having the hot melt layer formed on the back surface is rolled while being pressed by the heating roller, and the heat transfer sheet is stuck to the opening, thereby further improving workability. As a result, it is possible to further shorten the delivery time of the plate-like body as a product.
