この発明は平動及び木口塗装を必要上する家具やピアノ
等の平板材の塗装法に関し、特にフローコーターを使用
することによって高品質の平板塗装材を短時間に得ると

くすことを目的とするものである・
第1図に示すように、例えばピアノのケース部品の多く
は平板材1であり、大面積の平面部1aとその木口部1
bとを全く同じつや出し仕上がりに塗装することが要求

おいて行われでいたスプレーによる儒装はなくなり、平
面部及び木口部ともに70−コーターによる塗装となっ
て塗料の無だを省き、−興した流れ作業となって作業効
率がアップし、かつ塗装品質も上がる等径めで顕著な効
