Abstract

PURPOSE:To paint plane parts and end parts without any painting difference in the stage of painting the entire surface of a flat plate material by cutting a decorative plate painted with a flow coater, adhering the same to the ends of the flat plate material then painting the plane parts of the flat plate material with a flow coater. CONSTITUTION:Painting of polyester black or the like is applied on the surface of a decorative plate 30 with a flow coater F. After drying, the plate is cut to required shapes and sizes to form painted end decorative plates 31. A flat plate material 1 adhered with a decorative sheet on the top surface is prevented, and the plates 31 are adhered to the end parts 16 thereof and the projections thereof are cut and are chamfered, whereby the flat plate material 11 painted only at the end parts 11b is made. The material 11 is again passed through the coater F to paint the top surface 11a. After drying, the plane part 11a and the end parts 11b are ground and are then finally polished, whereby the high grade painted flat plate material to be used as a flat plate material for pianos is produced in a short time.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a method for painting flat plate materials such as furniture and pianos that require flat surface and end coating, and in particular, by using a flow coater, high-quality flat plate coated materials can be obtained in a short time. At the same time, the purpose is to eliminate the difference in coating between the flat surface and the wood end of the flat painted material. As shown in Figure 1, for example, most piano case parts are made of flat sheet material 1, and large Planar area 1a and its end 1
b is required to be painted with exactly the same glossy finish.

Conventionally, a decorative board 21 and a sword were adhered to the flat part 1a and the end part 1b of this flat plate material 1, respectively (if the flat plate material 1 was decorative plywood, adhesion of the decorative board 21 to the flat part 16 was not necessary). The flat part 1a to which the decorative board 21 is adhered is painted with a flow coater, and the end part 1b to which the decorative board 22 is adhered is painted by overlapping a plurality of flat boards 1 and spray painting, as shown in FIG. This is what I used to do.

As described above, conventionally, the painting of the wood end part 1b was done manually by overlapping a plurality of flat plates 1 and spraying them, which stopped the flow of the mounting line (-the through-line flow). Improvements were being considered as the situation was considered to be impossible.

Therefore, many attempts were made, including methods of gluing an acrylic plate to the end portion 1b and methods of adhering tap-finished end material.
The difference in polishing finish quality between the end portion 1h and the flat surface portion 1a is large and gives a sense of discomfort, and furthermore, the boundary surface between the flat surface portion 1a and the end portion 1b is not continuous, that is, the flat surface portion 1a
A linear border appears between the end portion 1b and the end portion 1b.
Until now, spray painting has been an unavoidable task.

This invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and involves painting a decorative board of a required size using a flow coater, cutting the painted decorative board to the required width and length, and cutting the decorative board to the required width and length. This is a coating method for flat boards in which a decorative board is glued to the end of the flat board, and the flat part of the flat board is coated with a flow coater. According to this method, both the flat part and the end of the flat board are coated. Painting can be done with a flow coater, which greatly shortens the process. Also, since both the flat surface and the end of the flat plate are coated with the same flow coater, the same paint can be used, so the aR boundary between the flat surface and the end of the wood can be will not become discontinuous, and there will be no discomfort at all.

As described above, according to the present invention, the end decorative board previously coated with a flow coater is adhered to the end portion of the flat board, and the flat part of the flat board is coated with the same flow coater. The spraying that was used to paint the wood end has been eliminated, and both the flat surface and wood end are now painted using a 70-coater, eliminating waste of paint, and creating a streamlined process that improves work efficiency. Moreover, it has a remarkable effect on uniform diameters, which also improves the coating quality.
