【0001】
【0049】

[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of folding agricultural working machine, a rotary working machine that performs tilling, leveling, or scraping work is known. In this rotary working machine, the working machine main body at the center of the working width is connected to the rear of the tractor via a vertically movable connecting device, and an extended working body for extending the working width is folded on both left and right sides of the working machine main body. Deployed as possible. Here, the rotary working part of the working machine body is driven to rotate by the power from the tractor, and the extended rotary working part of the extended working body connects the rotary shaft end of the rotary working part to the rotary shaft end of the extended rotary working part. To be driven to rotate. Therefore, with this folding rotary working machine, it is possible to perform narrow work using the working machine body alone in a state where the left and right extended working bodies are folded with respect to the center of the working machine body. Further, it is also possible to work in a state where one or both of the left and right extension working bodies are expanded horizontally and the working width is extended.
[0003]
In such a rotary working machine, a ground leveling member for leveling mud crushed by the rotary working unit is pivotally supported at the lower rear portion of the body on each of the main body and the extended working body. In the state where the extension work body is folded with respect to the work machine main body, it is necessary to separate each leveling member, and in a state where the extension work body is horizontally deployed with respect to the work machine body, It is necessary to connect the respective leveling members so that the respective leveling members move up and down integrally.
[0004]
As described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-342001, as means for connecting the leveling members in such a folding agricultural work machine, one of the opposing side portions of each of the leveling members on the work machine body side or the extended work machine body side is used. When the fitting convex portion is provided, and the fitting concave portion is provided on the other side opposite to the working machine body, when the extended working machine body is expanded horizontally with respect to the working machine main body, the fitting convex portion of one of the leveling members becomes the other. Is known that is fitted into a fitting concave portion of the ground preparation member and connects both the ground preparation members.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the connecting means of the leveling member in such a folding agricultural working machine, the fitting recess is provided on one of the side portions of the working machine main body or the extension working machine body, so that the fitting which is exposed when working in the folded state. There is a problem that soil or the like enters the concave portion and closes the concave portion, so that connection of the leveling member cannot be performed smoothly.
[0006]
In addition, when the leveling member on the side of the working machine and the leveling member on the side of the extended working body are connected by uneven fitting, a gap is created between the sides of both leveling members unless the mechanical assembly accuracy is significantly increased. There is a problem that the mud crushed in the rotary working section flows out from this gap, and the required leveling function cannot be achieved. Further, when a high assembling accuracy is required, there has been a problem that the structure is complicated, the cost is increased, and high productivity cannot be obtained.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to address such a problem. More specifically, when connecting a leveling member in a folding agricultural machine, reliable connection is possible, and furthermore, a simple structure The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the mud from flowing out between the connected leveling members.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the invention according to each claim of the present invention has the following features.
[0009]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a working machine main body including a rotary working unit which is connected to a rear portion of a tractor so as to be able to move up and down and is driven by power from the tractor, and extends a working width with respect to the working machine body. And a state in which the extension work body is horizontally deployed with respect to the work machine body and a state in which the extension work body is folded with respect to the work machine body. In the folded agricultural work machine, the work machine main body and the extension work machine are provided with a leveling member pivotally supported at a lower rear portion of the body so as to be able to move up and down, and each of the leveling members includes both the leveling members in the unfolded state. A connecting means for connecting the first cooperating body that cooperates with the grounding member along with the rise of the grounding member on the side of the work machine body and the lowering of the grounding member on the side of the work machine body. Accompanying Characterized by comprising the second cooperating elements which cooperate with member.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 2 is based on the above-mentioned folding agricultural work machine, wherein the first cooperating body and the second cooperating body are each composed of a pair of projecting members projecting from opposing side portions of both the leveling members. In one cooperative body, the projecting member on the working machine body side is overlapped below the projecting member on the extended working machine body side, and in the second cooperating body, the projecting member on the working machine body side is placed above the projecting member on the extended working machine body side. It is characterized by being superimposed on.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 3 is based on the above-mentioned folding agricultural work machine, and one of the pair of projecting members is a member held so as to be able to protrude and retract toward the other opposing member, and the other is provided on the member. It is characterized by having an abutting surface for abutting.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, on the premise of the above-described folding agricultural working machine, the tip of the one protruding member abuts on the guide plate on the side surface of the other protruding member in the expanded state, and the grounding members are ground resistance. When receiving the same height, the one protruding member once retracted by the guide plate protrudes above the contact surface of the other protruding member.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that the first or second cooperating body is formed of a plate-shaped protruding member formed along a side portion of the leveling member, on the premise of the folding agricultural work machine described above.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 6 is based on the above-mentioned folding agricultural work machine, wherein the leveling member is a first leveling member pivotally supported by the body and a second leveling member pivotally supported below the first leveling member. Wherein the connecting means is provided on each of the first leveling member and the second leveling member.
[0015]
According to the inventions according to the respective claims, the following operations are performed.
[0016]
That is, the folding agricultural working machine is connected to the rear of the tractor so as to be able to move up and down, and has a working machine main body including a rotary working portion driven by power from the tractor, and extends a working width with respect to the working machine main body. Since the extension work body is deployed horizontally, the state where the extension work body is expanded horizontally with respect to the work machine body and the state where the extension work body is folded with respect to the work machine body are selectable, In the state where the left and right extension work bodies are folded with respect to the center work machine body, it is possible to use the work machine body alone to perform narrow work, and It is also possible to install one or both of them in the extended state and work in a state where the working width is extended.
[0017]
The work machine body and the extension work body are provided with a leveling member pivotally supported at the rear lower part of the body so that the work machine body and the extension work body are unfolded. Is provided, so that when the deployment is performed, the two leveling members can be connected and moved up and down integrally, and uniform leveling can be performed within the extended working width, When the extension work body is folded with respect to the main body, each leveling member can be separated.
[0018]
The connecting means for connecting the grounding members pivotally supported on the body of the working machine body and the extended working body is a first cooperating body for cooperating the grounding members with the rise of the grounding member on the working machine body side. And the second cooperating body that cooperates with the leveling member as the leveling member on the work machine body descends, so that it is not necessary to provide a fitting recess in each of the leveling members. Since the soil is not clogged, the two leveling members can be reliably connected.
[0019]
Further, according to the folding agricultural working machine of the present invention, the first cooperating body and the second cooperating body in the above-mentioned connecting means each comprise a pair of protruding members protruding from opposing side portions of both the leveling members, and in the first cooperating body, The projecting member on the working machine body side is superimposed below the projecting member on the extended working machine body side, and in the second cooperator, the projecting member on the working machine body side is superimposed on the projecting member on the extended working machine body side.
[0020]
Therefore, when the leveling member on the side of the work implement rises in a state where the extended work body is horizontally deployed with respect to the main body of the work implement, the protruding member protruding from the side of the leveling member on the side of the ground work member on the extended work body side When the leveling member on the working machine body side is lowered, the protruding member protruding from the side of the leveling member on the working machine body side is moved toward the side of the leveling member on the extended working machine body side. The protruding member protruding from the portion is pushed down. Thereby, at the time of unfolding, the leveling member pivotally supported by the work machine body and the leveling member pivotally supported by the extension work body can be moved up and down integrally.
[0021]
Further, since the projecting member projecting from the grounding member on the working machine body side and the projecting member projecting from the grounding member on the extended working machine body side are not connected at all, when the extended working machine body is folded with respect to the working machine body. In particular, both leveling members can be separated without performing a releasing operation. This allows for simplification of the device.
[0022]
Further, according to the folding agricultural working machine of the present invention, one of the pair of projecting members described above is a member that is held so as to be able to protrude and retract toward the other opposing member, and the other has a contact surface that contacts this member. Have. According to this, even when the extension work body is deployed horizontally with respect to the work machine body, the resilient projecting member can be retracted against the elasticity when necessary for maintenance or the like. In addition, the leveling member on the working machine body side and the leveling member on the extension working machine side can be made independent.
[0023]
Further, when the tip of one protruding member abuts on the guide plate on the side of the other protruding member in a state where the working machine main body and the extension working machine body are deployed, and both leveling members receive the ground resistance and become the same height. In addition, by making the one protruding member once retracted by the guide plate protrude above the contact surface of the other protruding member, the two leveling members can be connected without particularly operating the leveling member. .
[0024]
Further, according to the folding agricultural working machine of the present invention, the first or second cooperating body can be a plate-shaped projecting member formed along the side of the leveling member. According to this, at the time of deployment, the plate-shaped projecting member formed along the side of the leveling member overlaps between the leveling member on the working machine main body side and the leveling member on the extended working machine body side. The side gap between the members can be closed by the plate-shaped projecting member, and with a simple structure, muddy soil can be prevented from flowing out of the gap between the two leveling members.
[0025]
Such a connecting means between the grading members includes a first grading member (apron) pivotally supported by the body as a grading member and a second grading member (flat plate) pivotally supported below the first grading member. In each case, the respective leveling members can be provided mutually.
[0026]

Power is transmitted to the extended rotary shaft 13A via the rotary shaft 10A. Further, in a state where the rotary shaft 10A and the extended rotary shaft 13A are detached from each other and the extended work bodies 5L and 5R are folded with respect to the work machine main body 4, the rotary shaft 10A is driven alone.
[0036]
Hereinafter, the leveling member connecting means 19 and the leveling plate connecting means 20 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a connection portion between the leveling members 16, 16a and the leveling plates 17, 17a. FIG. 5 is a partial sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a side view taken along line BB in FIG. In addition, the same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those in the above-described drawings, and the description is partially omitted.
[0037]
The leveling member connecting means 19 includes a first cooperating body and a second cooperating body. The protruding member 191 protrudes from above the side of the leveling member 16 on the working machine body side, and the side of the grounding member 16a on the extended working machine side. A first cooperating body is formed by a protruding pin 192 protruding from above the part, and a plate-shaped protruding member 193 serving as a protruding member protruding from below the side of the leveling member 16 on the working machine body side, and a leveling member 16a on the extended working machine body side A second cooperating body is formed by a plate-shaped protruding member 194 serving as a protruding member that protrudes from the lower side of the side.
[0038]
The leveling plate connecting means 20 also includes a first cooperating body and a second cooperating body, and a contact member 201A formed on an upper part of a protruding member 201 protruding from the side of the leveling plate 17 on the working machine body side. A first cooperating body is formed by a projecting pin 202 projecting from above the side of the leveling plate 17a on the side of the extended working machine body, and a contact formed below the projecting member 201 projecting from the leveling plate 17 on the working machine body side. A second cooperating body is formed by a member 201B and a plate-shaped protruding member 203 that protrudes from a lower side of the leveling plate 17a on the side of the extension working machine (see FIG. 6).
[0039]
The protruding pin 192 is supported by the side portion and the support portion 192A of the ground leveling member 16a on the extension working machine body side, and is urged by a spring 192B toward the main body working machine body to be able to protrude and retract. An auxiliary support pin 192C is formed on the protruding pin 192 so as to be divided into two, and is supported by a hole on the side of the leveling member 16a. On the other hand, the projecting pin 202 in the leveling plate 17a is supported by the support frame 202A, and is urged by a spring 202B toward the main body working machine to be able to protrude and retract.
[0040]
According to the grounding member connecting means 19 having such a structure, the state is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 in a state where the extended working machine bodies 5L and 5R are spread horizontally with respect to the working machine body 4, and the ground working member on the extended working machine body side is provided. The first cooperator functions by the projecting pin 192 projecting from the side of the grounding member 16a and overlapping with the projecting member 191 projecting from the side of the leveling member 16 on the work machine main body side and abutting on the side of the leveling member 16. State. Further, the plate-shaped protruding member 193 projecting below the side portion of the grounding member 16 on the working machine body side overlaps the plate-shaped protruding member 194 projecting below the side portion of the grounding member 16a on the extended working machine body side. Thus, the second cooperator functions.
[0041]
That is, in this state, when the leveling member 16 on the working machine body side is raised, the protruding member 191 comes into contact with the protruding pin 192 and is pushed up, so that the leveling member 16a on the extended working machine side is also raised. When the leveling member 16 on the working machine body side is lowered, the plate-shaped projecting member 193 on the working machine body side comes into contact with the plate-shaped projecting member 194 on the extended working machine body side and is pushed down. Thus, the ground leveling member 16a on the side of the extension working machine is moved down. Therefore, when the first and second cooperating bodies are functioning, the leveling members 16, 16a move up and down integrally.
[0042]
Similarly, according to the equalizing plate connecting means 20, the state shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 is obtained in a state where the extension working machine bodies 5L and 5R are developed horizontally with respect to the working machine main body 4, and the equalizing plate 17a side of the extension working machine body side The protruding pin 202 protrudes from the portion and overlaps with the contact member 201A of the protruding member 201 protruding from the side of the leveling plate 17 on the working machine main body side, and the first cooperating body functions. Further, the contact member 201B below the projecting member 201 projecting to the side of the leveling plate 17 on the working machine body side is located above the plate-like projecting member 203 projecting below the side of the leveling plate 17a on the extended working machine side. And the second cooperator functions.
[0043]
That is, in this state, when the leveling plate 17 on the working machine main body side is raised, the contact member 201A comes into contact with the protruding pin 202 and is pushed up, so that the leveling plate 17a on the extended working machine side is also raised. When the leveling plate 17 on the working machine body side is moved down, the contact member 201B on the working machine body side comes into contact with the plate-shaped protruding member 203 on the extended working machine body side and is pushed down. Thus, the ground leveling member 17a on the extension working machine body side is moved down together. Therefore, when the first and second cooperating bodies are functioning, the flat plates 17, 17a move up and down integrally.
[0044]
According to the rotary working machine 1 of such an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the working form in which the left and right extended working bodies 5L, 5R are horizontally developed with respect to the working machine body 4 to work with a wide working width, As shown in FIG. 2, the working form in which the left and right extension working bodies 5 </ b> L and 5 </ b> R are folded with respect to the working machine main body 4 to work only with the working machine body 4, and the left and right extending working bodies with respect to the working machine body 4. It is possible to select each usage mode of the usage mode in which the working width of only one of the left and right sides is increased while one of 5L and 5R is folded. Also, when traveling on the road or storing in a warehouse, the working machine body 4 is lifted up to the non-working position, and the left and right extension working machines 5L, 5R are folded with respect to the working machine body 4 in this state. You can also
[0045]
When the extension working machine bodies 5L, 5R are changed from the folded state to the working machine main body 4 in a developed state, the protruding pins 192 are in a protruding state, and the state of FIG. And the 2nd cooperator functions, and the leveling members 16 and 16a will be in the integrated state.
[0046]
On the other hand, the relationship between the leveling plates 17 and 17a is that the leveling plate 17a on the side of the extension working machine is suspended by its own weight and is in the lowest position. As a result, the leveling plate 17a on the extension working machine side is located below the leveling plate 17 on the working machine body side. In this state, when the leveling plates 17, 17a are brought into contact with the work surface of the field, the leveling plate 17a on the extension working machine side rises, and the protruding pin 202 abutting on the guide plate 201C on the side surface of the protruding member 201 becomes a guide plate. The contact member 201B of the protruding member 201 comes into contact with the plate-shaped protruding member 203 when the leveling plates 17 and 17a are at the same height due to the grounding resistance, and are retreated by the action of 201C. The protruding pin 202 protrudes. This allows the first and second cooperators to function without particularly operating the leveling plate 17, and allows the leveling plates 17, 17a to be connected. Even in such a deployed state, since the protruding pins 192 and 202 can be protruded and retracted, they are retracted to the extension work body side against the elasticity, so that the leveling members 16, 16a and the leveling plate 17 are retracted. , 17a can be independent of one another.
[0047]
Further, when the extension working machine bodies 5L and 5R are folded on the upper part of the working machine body 4, the tip of the protruding pin 192 is opened, so that the protruding pin 192 is slid by the action of the spring 192B and the auxiliary support pin 192C is not shown. The leveling member 16a can be fixed by being supported by the supporting portion of the fixed cover member 15a on the side of the extended working machine body.
[0048]
According to such an embodiment, the leveling member connecting means 19 or the leveling plate connecting means 20 is provided with the leveling member 16, 16a or the leveling plate 17, 17a as the leveling member 16 or the leveling plate 17 on the work machine body rises. And a second cooperating body that cooperates the leveling members 16, 16a or the leveling plates 17, 17a with the lowering of the leveling member 16 or the leveling plate 17 on the working machine body side. Therefore, there is no need to provide a fitting recess in each of the leveling members 16, 16a or the leveling plates 17, 17a. Since soil is not clogged in the fitting concave portion during the work, it is possible to reliably connect the two leveling members 16, 16a or the leveling plates 17, 17a.
[0049]
In addition, the leveling member 16 on the working machine body side, the protruding member 191 projecting from the leveling plate 17, the plate-shaped protruding member 193, the protruding member 201 and the leveling member 16a on the extended working machine side, the protruding pin 192 protruding from the leveling plate 17a. Since the plate-shaped protruding member 194, the protruding pin 202, and the plate-shaped protruding member 203 are not connected at all, when the extension working machine bodies 5L and 5R are folded with respect to the working machine body 4, the releasing operation is not particularly performed. The two leveling members 16, 16a or the leveling plates 17, 17a can be separated. This allows for simplification of the device.
[0050]
Further, at the time of deployment, plate-like projecting members 193 and 194 formed along the side portions of the leveling members 16 and 16a are overlapped between the leveling member 16 on the working machine body side and the leveling member 16a on the extended working body side. Therefore, the gap at the side between the leveling members 16 and 16a is closed by the plate-shaped projecting members 193 and 194, so that the mud is prevented from flowing out from the gap between the leveling members 16 and 16a. it can.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured in this manner, it is possible to reliably connect the ground leveling members in the folding agricultural work machine, and furthermore, it is possible to prevent the mud from flowing out between the ground leveling members connected with a simple structure. can do.
