Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a truss framing member and a truss framing structure using the same, more specifically, a gymnasium, a large exhibition hall, a three-dimensional truss for constructing a building such as a truss dome having a large space such as a public facility, The present invention relates to a truss frame member excellent in design and a truss frame structure using the same, which is used for lattice beams and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a truss frame member, there is one in which both ends of a steel pipe are crushed to form connection bolt holes. The truss framing members are formed by overlapping a plurality of ends and passing bolts through connection bolt holes.
[0003]
In the case of the truss frame member of this steel pipe, since the steel pipe is exposed, not only the appearance is not beautiful, but it is not possible to feel warmth, but rather to feel cold.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional steel pipe truss framing member has a problem in that the steel pipe is exposed, so that the appearance and the warmth cannot be felt. Therefore, the present invention does not have such a problem. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a truss framing member which has an external appearance and which allows people to feel warmth when watching it, and a truss framing structure using the same.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A truss framing member according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems includes a steel pipe having both ends crushed and provided with connection bolt holes sandwiched between a pair of wooden shaft covers formed with semicircular grooves corresponding to the steel pipe. A wooden shaft cover holding the steel pipe is fastened and fixed with a band. Preferably, a gap is held between the wooden shaft covers in the sandwiched state.
[0006]
A truss framing structure according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is characterized in that a steel pipe having both ends crushed and provided with connection bolt holes is sandwiched between a pair of wooden shaft covers having a semicircular groove corresponding to the steel pipe. When connecting a plurality of truss frame members formed by tightening and fixing a wooden shaft cover holding the steel pipe with a band, the bolts are inserted through the wooden connecting portion cover when the bolts are connected to the connection bolt holes from below. Features.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 and 2 show a configuration example of a truss framing member according to the present invention. The truss frame member includes a steel pipe 1 having both ends flattened, a pair of wooden shaft covers 2 and 3 sandwiching the steel pipe 1, and a wooden pipe. And a band 4 for tightening and fixing the shaft covers 2 and 3.
[0008]
The steel pipe 1 is the same as that conventionally used, and has bolt holes 6 in the flat portions 5 at both ends. The wooden shaft covers 2 and 3 are formed with a semicircular groove 7 into which the steel pipe 1 is fitted in the longitudinal direction thereof. The depth of the semicircular groove 7 is slightly smaller than the radius of the steel pipe 1. Therefore, when the wooden shaft covers 2 and 3 are put so as to sandwich the steel pipe 1, a gap 8 is formed between the wooden shaft covers 2 and 3. This gap 8 is for accommodating expansion and contraction of the wooden shaft covers 2 and 3 at the time of completion of assembly and thereafter.
[0009]
Although the illustrated wooden shaft covers 2 and 3 have a rectangular cross section, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the wooden shaft covers 2 and 3 may have a circular cross section. Further, the wooden shaft covers 2 and 3 may be thinned wood or laminated wood. As the band 4, a tough band such as a steel band is used.
[0010]
The truss frame member having such a configuration is used basically in the same manner as in the case of a conventional steel pipe. That is, the end flat portions 5 of the plurality of truss frame members to be connected are overlapped and connected through the bolt holes 9 (FIG. 3). In that case, the joint member 10 is used as needed.
[0011]
Since this connecting portion is unsightly because the plurality of flat portions 5 are intricate, it is preferable that a circular, square or other appropriately shaped wooden connecting portion cover 11 be applied from below and fixed with bolts 9. Thus, the connecting portion where the metal member is exposed is hidden by the wooden member, and the appearance is improved (FIGS. 4 to 6). FIG. 6 is a top view of the truss structure using the truss frame member according to the present invention.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is as described above. Since most of the steel pipes are covered with wood, when assembled, the appearance and warmth are exhibited, and a gymnasium and a large exhibition hall where many people gather. There is an effect suitable as a truss frame member for constructing a building such as a truss dome having a large space such as a public facility.
[0013]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the connecting portion is also concealed by the wooden cover, the above effect is further promoted.
