Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-97877 JP 2001-173616 A JP 2003-201776 A

The connector of Patent Document 1 is formed by bending each end of a T-shaped metal plate at a right angle to the back side, and after fitting vertical lines of adjacent nets between opposing bent pieces, Bend the bent pieces in a direction approaching each other to enclose the vertical line, fold the remaining bent pieces of the metal plate at a right angle so as to overlap a part of the back of the bent pieces bent in a direction approaching each other, and from the front of the connector The penetrating screw is screwed into a bent piece bent at a right angle to the back surface, and the connecting tool and the vertical lines of both nets are fastened. This connecting tool has an advantage that the mesh body can be easily connected by bending a single part and screwing one screw. However, since the two mesh bodies are connected only at the vertical line, for example, a child When climbing on the net, there is a problem that the net cannot be prevented from shifting in the vertical direction with respect to other nets or rotating around the vertical line.

The connecting tools of Patent Documents 2 and 3 connect a net that is joined to a vertical line with two horizontal lines close to each other, and both are first fittings that are mounted from the front side of the net. And a second fitting mounted from the back side of the mesh body, and a screw that passes through a screw through hole provided in the center of the first fitting and is screwed into a screw hole provided in the center of the second fitting. It is common in the point which is constituted.

The connector of Patent Document 2 is formed in a U-shaped cross section so that the first metal fitting can fit the vertical lines of the left and right mesh bodies inside the left and right ends, and the second metal fitting is formed at the upper and lower ends. It has a groove recessed in the front side so that two horizontal lines can be fitted respectively.

In the connector disclosed in Patent Document 3, the first metal fitting and the second metal fitting are formed symmetrically, and a horizontal line fitting groove portion recessed in the back direction or the front direction is provided in each of the upper and lower end portions, and the left and right end portions of each groove portion are provided. A claw piece protruding in the back direction or the front direction is formed like a staghorn horn, and a claw piece bent in the back direction or the front direction is formed on the side of the intermediate position in the height direction of each bracket. A vertical line is fitted between the upper and lower claw pieces of both metal fittings, and a screw penetrating the screw through hole of the first metal fitting is fitted to the upper and lower groove portions with the horizontal line fitted. It is screwed into a screw hole to connect two mesh bodies.

The connecting tools of Patent Documents 2 and 3 have the advantage of preventing rotation of the mesh body around the vertical line. However, in the continuous mesh body connected by using the connecting tool of Patent Document 2, the first metal fitting is used. And the second metal fitting covers a relatively wide area including four intersecting points of two adjacent vertical lines and two adjacent horizontal lines, and the first metal fitting has a thickness protruding to the front side in almost the entire area. Furthermore, there is a screw at the center of these four intersections, that is, at a position away from the extension line of any of the vertical and horizontal metal lines. Therefore, since the first metal fitting and the second metal fitting have a large area, the manufacturing cost is increased, and the presence of the coupler is conspicuous, and the central screw blocks the continuity of the vertical and horizontal metal wires, so that the completed continuous network body is obtained. There is a problem that the beauty of aesthetics is impaired.

In addition, the connector of Patent Document 3 has the same problem as that of Patent Document 2 described above, and a portion that forms a groove for fitting a horizontal line protrudes from the front side and the back side and has a complicated appearance. There is a problem that the aesthetics of a simple continuous network will be lost. In addition, because the screw exists at the center of the four intersections, if the screw is tightened too much, the upper and lower front and back claw pieces will open away from each other, reducing the clamping force against the horizontal and horizontal lines, and wearing state There is a problem that cannot be prevented from becoming unstable.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the problem is that by using a connector that is as simple as possible in shape, strong, and can be manufactured at low cost and easily attached, The object is to provide a continuous network that does not impair the beauty.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a continuous mesh body formed by joining meshes formed by joining metal wires vertically and horizontally in a grid pattern, in a horizontal direction or a longitudinal direction using a coupler, (A) Connects adjacent nets at a T-shaped connecting portion of vertical and horizontal lines at the end thereof, and (b) is bent from the both ends of the front plate and the front plate to the back side. A first metal fitting having a concave groove formed on the back side between the front plate and the bent piece, and a screw through hole provided in the center of the front plate; A bent piece bent in the front direction from the center of both ends of the back plate, and a concave groove recessed in the front side is formed in the back plate in the middle of the bent piece, and a screw is formed at the bottom center of the groove. A second metal fitting provided with a hole and a screw through hole of the first metal fitting, and the second metal And (c) the adjacent vertical line (or horizontal line) of two adjacent mesh bodies is fitted into the concave groove of the first metal fitting, The ends of adjacent horizontal lines (or vertical lines) of the two nets installed adjacent to each other are fitted in the concave grooves of the two metal fittings, and the screws penetrating through the screw through holes of the first metal fitting are inserted into the first metal fittings. Screwed into the screw holes of the two metal fittings, the bent piece of the second metal fitting interposed between the vertical lines (or horizontal lines) fitted in the concave grooves of the first metal fitting, and the groove of the second metal fitting And the first metal fitting and the second metal fitting are fastened together with the horizontal line (or vertical line) sandwiched between the bent pieces of the first metal fitting.

In the above configuration, one vertical line (or horizontal line) can be passed through each of the nets installed adjacent to the end of the groove of the first metal fitting. The end of the horizontal line of the mesh body installed adjacent to the recessed groove of the second metal fitting can be fitted. A bent piece of the second metal fitting is interposed between the vertical lines (or horizontal lines) of the concave grooves of the first metal fitting, and one screw penetrating the screw through hole of the first metal fitting is screwed into the screw hole of the second metal fitting. When the metal fittings are fastened together, the vertical lines and the horizontal lines of both nets are connected to each other, the metal fittings are fixed, and the screw exists on the extension of the horizontal line (or vertical line) adjacent in the longitudinal direction.

According to the invention of claim 1, since both the first metal fitting and the second metal fitting have a simple shape, it is possible to manufacture a tough one at low cost. In addition, each of the metal fittings has an area that only covers the connecting portion of the vertical line and one horizontal line, and the first metal fitting arranged on the front side is flat and does not protrude to the front of the continuous net body. Existence is inconspicuous, and since the screw is on the extended line of the horizontal line, the visual continuity of the horizontal line of the continuous network is enhanced, so the design appearance of the originally simple continuous network may be impaired. Absent.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a continuous mesh body according to the present invention, in which (a) is a plan view and (b) is a front view. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the connecting device of the continuous mesh body, FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing a portion where the mesh body is connected by the connecting device, (a) is a front view, (b) is a plan view, (C) is a right side view, and (d) is a rear view.

As shown in FIG. 2, the connector A, which is the main part of the present invention, is composed of three parts: a first metal fitting 1, a second metal fitting 2, and a screw 3. The first metal fitting 1 is attached to the front side of a portion where two mesh bodies are connected, and is bent in the back direction from the flat front plate 11 and the opposite ends of the front plate 11. A concave groove 13 is formed between the front plate 11 and the bent piece 12 and is opened in the back direction and in a direction parallel to the bent piece. A screw through hole 14 is formed in the center of the front plate 11 so as to penetrate from the front to the back.

The second metal fitting 2 is attached to the back side of the part where the two nets are connected, and has a back plate 21 of substantially the same size corresponding to the front plate 11 of the first metal fitting 1 and its back plate. And a bent piece 22 bent in the front direction from the center of the opposite ends of each other, and is recessed in the front direction in a portion between both bent pieces of the back plate 21 and continuous in the width direction. 23 is formed, and a screw hole 24 corresponding to the screw through hole 14 of the first metal fitting 1 is formed in the center of the bottom of the concave groove.

The distance between the bent pieces 22 of the second metal fitting 2 is set slightly larger than the height dimension of the front plate 11 of the first metal fitting 1.

The screw 3 can pass through the screw through hole 14 from the front side of the first metal fitting 1 and can be screwed into the screw hole 23 of the second metal fitting.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 4 denotes a net formed by arranging a plurality of vertical lines 41 and horizontal lines 42, which are metal wires, and welding them to form a lattice. Each of them is fixed to the column 5 by a known fixture near one end. ing. And the adjacent edge part of the nets 4 and 4 is later mentioned based on FIG.2 and FIG.3 by the coupling tool A mentioned above in the T-shaped connection part of the vertical line 41 and the horizontal line 42 of at least one place. It is connected in this way.

That is, in the T-shaped connecting portion of the vertical line 41 and the horizontal line 42 of the two nets 4 each of which is fixed to the support column 5 at one end, the first metal fitting 1 is viewed from the front side and the second metal fitting 2 is viewed from the rear side. Adjust the orientation of the first metal fitting 1 and the second metal fitting 2 so that the longitudinal direction of the bent piece 12 of the first metal fitting 1 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the groove 23 of the second metal fitting 2. Then, the screw 3 passes through the screw through hole 14 from the front side of the first metal fitting 1 and is screwed into the screw hole 23 of the second metal fitting.

At this time, the vertical line 41 of each mesh body is fitted into the concave groove 13 of the first metal fitting at both ends in the width direction, and the horizontal line 42 of each net body is fitted into the concave groove 23 of the second metal fitting. The first metal fitting and the second metal fitting are brought close to each other, and in the final screwing stage of the screw 3, the bent piece 22 of the second metal fitting is interposed between the two vertical lines 41, and each vertical line 41 is connected to the first metal line. It fixes between the bending pieces 12 of a metal fitting. Further, the horizontal line 42 fitted in the groove 23 of the second metal fitting is sandwiched between the bottom of the groove 23 and the bent piece 12 of the first metal fitting. And the screw 3 exists on the extended line of the horizontal line which exists along the horizontal line which the both mesh bodies 4 share in the center in any side of the front surface of a coupling tool, and a back surface.

As apparent from the drawings, the first metal fitting 1 and the second metal fitting 2 have a very simple shape structure, so that a tough product can be manufactured at low cost. Moreover, since the connection part of the vertical line and horizontal line | wire of a mesh body is clamped by those strong 1st metal fittings and 2nd metal fittings, two mesh bodies can be connected very firmly. And since it connects only by fastening two metal fittings with one screw, a connection operation is easy.

Furthermore, since the front surface of the first metal fitting is flat and there are no protrusions, the smoothness of the front surface of the net body is maintained. The screw is present on the extension of the horizontal line of the adjacent mesh at the center of the front and back of the connector. Therefore, especially in a continuous net body such as a fence where aesthetics are regarded as important, the aesthetics are not impaired by the connecting tool.

In the above, an example in which the screw hole 24 is provided in the center of the bottom of the groove 23 of the second metal fitting 2 and the screw 3 is screwed into the screw hole has been described. It goes without saying that the same effect can be obtained by tightening a nut at the tip of the screw. Therefore, the one using a nut instead of the screw hole is also within the technical scope of the present invention.

The case where the nets are connected in the horizontal direction has been described above, but the connector of the present invention can also be applied to the case where the illustrated nets are connected vertically and the nets are connected in the vertical direction. In that case, the adjacent horizontal line (41) is fitted into the concave groove 13 of the first metal fitting, and the vertical line (42) adjacent to the upper and lower sides is fitted into the concave groove 23 of the second metal fitting. .

It is a figure which shows the continuous net body connected using the connector, (a) is a top view, (b) is a front view. The disassembled perspective view of a coupling tool. It is an enlarged view which shows the part which has connected the net | network body with the connection tool, (a) is a front view, (b) is a top view, (c) is a right view, (d) is a rear view.
