【発明の効果】以上の説明から明かなように、本発明に
よれば、一方の格子部材は予め交差状に形成されてお
り、現場において経緯方向に交差形成する手間が不要に
なるので工期を短縮することができるとともに、一方の
格子部材は交差部分に突起縁に面して開口し表側に閉口
するねじ穴が形成され、他方の格子部材は交差部分に突
起縁に背面して開口する溝部が形成されており、該溝部
内に形成された貫通孔からねじ穴に向けて螺入したねじ
は、先端側が一方の格子部材内に隠され、頭側は緯方向
の格子材の溝部内に嵌合した経方向の格子材により閉鎖
された格子部材内に隠されて、それぞれ外部に露出する
ことがないので、ねじが邪魔にならずに美観を向上させ
ることができる。また、ガラスブリックの外周縁には弾
力性のある緩衝材が設けられており、この緩衝材により
ガラスブロックと組立取付具との間が密接して一体化す
るので、防音、防水、耐風圧等の効果に優れるばかりで
なく、外部からの衝撃を受けてもガラスブロックの破損

Claims (2)
ガラスブリックを突起縁を両面側から挟持し格子枠内に
外周縁を嵌合させて経緯方向に複数個組立てる表裏一対
の格子部材からなるガラスブリックの組立取付具であっ
て、上記一方の格子部材はガラスブリックの外周縁に嵌
合する格子枠が経緯方向に複数個形成されるとともに、
突起縁に面して開口し表側に閉口するねじ穴が形成され
る一方、他方の格子部材は交差させることにより上記一
方の格子枠に対応する格子枠を形成する着脱自在な経方
向及び緯方向の格子材から形成され、緯方向の格子材に
は交差部分に突起縁に背面して開口する溝部及び溝部に
位置して上記一方の格子部材のねじ穴と貫通する貫通孔
が形成されるとともに、経方向の格子材は緯方向の格子
材の溝部に嵌合して交差可能に形成されたことを特徴と
するガラスブリックの組立取付具。1.
