[0004] In order to construct the glass brick wall 30, after the outer frame hardware 21 is installed in the opening,
First, the outer lattice member 22 is assembled and attached.
While crossing the grid members 22a and 22b in the meridional direction and the weft direction, the crossing portion is connected to the bolt 2 through the through holes 22c and 22d.
When the nut for intermediate tightening 25 is screwed into the nut 4 and fastened, an outer lattice frame 28 is formed. Next, after the outer frame hardware 21 is installed, the outer edge 5 is fitted into the outer lattice frame 28 from the lower stage to the upper stage, and the glass brick 1
By sequentially attaching the lattice members 23b in the weft direction of the inner lattice member 23 while laminating them, the protruding edge 6 of the glass brick 1 is sandwiched in the weft direction. Thereafter, the grid member 23a in the longitudinal direction of the inner grid member 23 intersects with the grid member 23b in the weft direction, and a through hole 23c is formed at the tip of the bolt 24.
By screwing and washering the washer 26 and the tip nut 27 via 23d, the protruding edge 6 of the glass brick 1 is clamped in the longitudinal direction, and the glass brick 1 is
The glass brick wall 30 is constructed to be placed in the interior 9.

According to the present invention, in order to construct a glass brick wall, a pair of front and back lattice members is provided at an appropriate opening which is a construction site. First, one lattice member is arranged at the opening. After that, sequentially in the weft direction, while fitting and laminating one outer peripheral edge of the thick part of the glass brick in the lattice frame of one lattice member, the lattice material of the other lattice member is intersected. A screw is inserted from the through hole formed in the groove that opens behind the projection edge and is screwed into the screw hole that opens to face the projection edge of one of the lattice members and closes to the front side and fastened. Then, by fitting the transverse lattice material into the grooves of the lattice material in the weft direction and crossing it, the outer peripheral edge of the glass brick is fitted in the lattice frame and the projection edge is sandwiched, and the longitudinal direction is sandwiched. A glass brick wall is built.

First, the opening frame 17 is positioned at an appropriate opening.
Is fixed, one of the grid members 9 of the pair of front and back grid members 9 and 10 is fixed around the mounting piece 9A via screws 9B. Next, while the glass blocks 1 are sequentially laminated from the lower side to the upper side in the lattice frame 9a of the lattice member 9, the lattice member 10a in the weft direction of the other lattice member 10 is made to face one lattice member 9. The umbrella screw 16 is inserted through the through hole 15 formed in the groove 14 of the lattice member 10 into one lattice member 9.
Is screwed up to the screw hole 11 formed. Thereafter, the glass material 1 is fitted into the groove portion 14 of the other grid member 10, so that the glass block 1 is connected to the grid frames 9a, 10a.
The outer peripheries 5a and 5b are fitted into each other, and the glass brick wall 8 is formed by assembling with the protruding edges 6 being sandwiched.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, one of the lattice members is formed in an intersecting shape in advance, so that the time required to intersect in the weft direction at the site becomes unnecessary, so that the construction period is shortened. One of the lattice members has a threaded hole that opens at the intersection and faces the protruding edge and is closed on the front side, and the other lattice member has a groove that opens at the intersection at the back of the protruding edge. Is formed, the screw screwed from the through hole formed in the groove toward the screw hole, the tip side is hidden in one lattice member, the head side is in the groove of the lattice material in the weft direction. Since the mesh members are hidden by the fitted lattice members in the longitudinal direction and are not exposed to the outside, the aesthetic appearance can be improved without the screws being in the way. An elastic cushioning material is provided on the outer periphery of the glass brick, and the cushioning material tightly integrates the glass block and the assembly fixture so that soundproofing, waterproofing, wind resistance, etc. Not only is excellent in effect, but also can prevent and protect the glass block from being damaged even when subjected to an external impact.

1. A pair of front and back grids which assemble a plurality of glass bricks each having a projection edge provided on an outer peripheral edge of a thick part, and holding the projection edge from both sides and fitting the outer peripheral edge into a lattice frame in a longitudinal direction. A glass brick assembling fixture comprising a member, wherein the one lattice member is formed with a plurality of lattice frames fitted in the outer peripheral edge of the glass brick in the longitudinal direction,
A screw hole is formed facing the protruding edge and closed on the front side, while the other lattice member is crossed to form a lattice frame corresponding to the one lattice frame. The lattice material in the weft direction is formed at the intersection with a groove portion which is open at the intersection with the back surface of the projection edge and a through hole which penetrates the screw hole of the one lattice member and is located at the groove portion. And an assembling fixture for a glass brick, characterized in that the lattice members in the longitudinal direction are fitted into the grooves of the lattice members in the weft direction so as to be able to cross each other.
