Description

【0001】

[0012]
Next, the operation of the luggage hook according to the present invention will be described.
When not in use, as shown in FIG. 2, the opening 5 of the case 1 is closed by the lid 6, and the leading end (the connecting member 10) of the hook 7 comes into close contact with the rising surfaces of the stoppers 17 and 17 a, Since the hook 7 does not rattle with respect to the case 1 and the contact members 16 and 16a are provided at the lower portions on both sides of the hook 7, the lid 6 does not rattle with respect to the hook 7, so Body 6 does not rattle.
[0013]
At the time of use, when one end of the lid 6 is pushed into the case 1, the lid 6 tries to rotate, but as a first step, the contact members below the both sides of the hook 7 fixed to the case 1. 16 and 16a are in sliding contact with both sides of the hook 7 and the hanging plates 13, 13a, 15 and 15a are deformed so that the spaces between them gradually widen, while the lid 6 is moved around the shaft members 11 and 11a. By rotating, the lower receiving members 14 and 14a are brought into contact with the lower portions on both sides of the hook 7 so that the hook 7 and the lid 6 can swing as shown in FIGS. .
Next, as a second stage, the vertically long plate portions 18, 18a are bent outwardly by the upward swing of the hooking member 7 so that the side portions of the hooking members 7 try to get over the projections 19, 19a of the stoppers 17, 17a. Both sides of the body 7 come off from the stoppers 17 and 17a, and the lid 6 can be completely freely rotated with respect to the hook 7 so that the hook 7 appears outside the case 1 and FIG. As shown in FIGS. 11 (b) and 11 (b), the appearing posture differs depending on the pulling direction of the rope hooked on the hooking body 7. Finally, as shown in FIG. Abuts the opening edge of the hook member 7 to secure the use posture of the hook 7.
[0014]
When the bracket 3 is made of the same plastic material as the case 1, the elastic function is remarkably changed depending on the temperature inside the vehicle, and becomes hard and brittle at low temperatures and easily fatigues with time. In addition, if the bracket 3 is made of metal, the strength is maintained substantially constant irrespective of the temperature inside the vehicle, and fatigue with time is unlikely.
If the lower member 3c of the bracket 3 is fixed to the lower surface of the case 1, the lower member 3c is fixed to the chassis side, so that the load acting on the bracket 3 is applied not to the case 1 but to the chassis side. It becomes possible.
Further, by forming the rising member 3 a and the upper member 3 b on the bracket 3, one end of the lid 6 that gradually enters the case 1 before the lid 6 comes into contact with the opening edge of the opening 5. The part does not contact the bracket 3.
[0015]
The space between the tip of the hook 7 and the lid 6 is desirably narrow due to the accommodation space, and desirably wide due to the ease of operation during use. The luggage hook of the present application is shown in FIG. As described above, the space between the tip of the hook 7 and the lid 6 is narrow in the housed state, but can be widened when the hook 7 is exposed to the outside.
[0016]
In the luggage hooks shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, since the pressing portion 22 of the pressing piece 21 is always in contact, the pressing portion 22 and the swing center shaft 8 (axis Due to the frictional resistance between the members 11, 11a), the lid 6 is kept open.
[0017]
When the luggage hook according to the present invention is installed on the rear surface of the seat, it can be used as a hook for preventing the child seat from falling forward as long as the strength of each part of the hook 7 and the case 1 is sufficient. In this case, an auxiliary wire having a base end connected to the upper part on both sides of the backrest of the child seat is folded back at the upper part of the seat, and the tip part is hooked on the luggage hook.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In short, according to the present invention, since the lid 6 is rotatably provided in the opening 5 of the case 1, the opening 5 of the case 1 is closed by the lid 6 when not in use. Intrusion of dust and dirt can be prevented, and if one end of the lid 6 is pressed, the lid 6 rotates about the rotation shafts 5 and 5a, so that the opening operation of the lid 6 is easily performed. I can do it.
In addition, since the base end of the hook 7 is rotatably attached to the lid 6, if the lid 6 is rotated and the case 1 is opened, the hook 7 is raised and lowered, that is, the hook 7 is externally mounted. The hook 7 can be exposed and housed. When the door is closed, the hook 7 is exposed inside by opening the lid 6 during use, and the hook 7 does not protrude when not in use. Since the unevenness of the surface of the luggage hook when not in use is reduced, it is possible to smoothly move the luggage when carrying in and out, and even if the luggage hook is provided on the table provided on the back of the seat, the load on the upper surface of the table can be removed. It does not get in the way.
Further, when the hook 7 is fixed to the lid 6, when the case 1 is thinned, the interval between the hooks 7 of the lid 6 becomes narrow, and it becomes extremely troublesome to hook or pass a rope. However, since the base end of the hook 7 is rotatably attached to the lid 6, even if the hook 7 is accommodated in the case 1 in a state where the angle with respect to the lid 6 is narrow, even if it is used, Since the distance between the lid 6 and the hook 7 can be increased, the case 1 can be made thinner and can be installed in a limited installation space.
[0019]
Since the swing center shaft 8 provided at the base end of the hook 7 is rotatably attached to the lid 6 and the case 1, the swing center shaft 8 which is the swing center of the hook 7 is connected to the cover 6. , The hook 7 can be smoothly opened and closed without hindering the rotation of the lid 6, and the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts. I can do it.
[0020]
Since the hanging plates 13 and 13a are provided on the back surface of the lid 6 and the lower receiving bodies 14 and 14a of the hook 7 are provided below the hanging plates 13 and 13a, the lid 6 is used when the hook 7 is used. If rotated, the hook 7 is automatically raised, so that such an operation can be simplified.
[0021]
Hanging plates 15, 15 a are provided on the back surface of the lid 6, and abutting members 16, 16 a are provided on the side surfaces of the hanging plates 15, 15 a so as to be in contact with the lower part of the hook 7 in the housed state. Since the stoppers 17 and 17a for the hook 7 in the accommodated state are provided, the lid 6 does not move with respect to the hook 7 and the hook 7 does not move with respect to the case 1 even during traveling, so It is possible to prevent rattling noise due to repeated contact and separation between the case 1 and the hook 7 or the lid 6 due to the middle vibration, and if both are provided, the hook 7 and the lid 6 for the case 1 can be prevented. Can be prevented from rattling.
[0022]
Since the pressing piece 21 of the swing center shaft 8 is provided on the case 1 side, the rotation of the swing center shaft 8 can be suppressed by the frictional resistance between the swing center shaft 8 and the pressing piece 21. The opening angle of the rope can be fixed as it is, and the practical effect such as simplification of the rope passing operation and hooking operation on the rope side hook can be achieved.
