Description

The present invention relates to a holding device for holding a predetermined member.

A hook device for hanging luggage is attached to the rear luggage compartment or the back of the seat of the vehicle. The vehicle hanger disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a storage case embedded in the inner wall surface of the passenger compartment, and a hook that is rotatably supported by a shaft hole in the side wall of the storage case. The vehicle hanger projects from the front opening of the storage case when in use, and is stored in the storage case by rotating the hook when not in use.

The retractable accessory rack disclosed in Patent Document 2 includes a case having a storage chamber and a hook that is rotatably supported by the case. The case has a front opening of the storage chamber, a flange formed at the opening edge, and a pair of bearing holes formed in opposite side walls. 実開昭61−190730号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-190730 特開2003−325267号公報JP 2003-325267 A

In the technique disclosed in Patent Document 2, since the pair of shaft portions are provided on both side edges of the hook larger than the width of the front opening of the case, when the hook is inserted into the front opening of the case, the front opening is formed with respect to the shaft portion. The flange becomes the insertion resistance. If the protrusion of the shaft portion is shortened to reduce the insertion resistance, the load resistance is reduced.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a subject, The objective is to provide the holding | maintenance apparatus which improved the load resistance of the holding | maintenance part.

Drawing 1 is a figure for explaining holding device 10 concerning an embodiment. FIG. 1A is a perspective view of the holding device 10 in a state where the hooking portion 22 is accommodated, and FIG. 1B is a perspective view of the holding device 10 in a state where the hooking portion 22 is extended. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the holding device 10 as seen from the back side. Here, the same or equivalent components and members shown in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repeated description thereof is omitted as appropriate.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the holding device 10 has a hook-shaped holding member 14, and holds the load by hooking a grip or handle of the load on the hook portion 22 of the holding member 14. The holding device 10 is attached to a member to be attached such as a side wall of a rear cargo compartment of a passenger compartment, an inner wall of a door, or a seat back.

FIG. 1A shows the holding device 10 in the accommodated state where the hooking portion 22 does not come out, and FIG. 1B shows the holding device 10 in the used state where the hooking portion 22 comes out. In the holding device 10 in the accommodated state, the hook portion 22 does not protrude into the vehicle interior, and the interior space can be used effectively. The holding member 14 is not limited to a hook shape, and may have another shape as long as it can hold a load.

The holding device 10 includes a case member 12 fixed to the vehicle body side, a holding member 14 rotatably supported by the case member 12, and a pin member 16 for fixing the case member 12 to the vehicle body side.

An opening 41 is defined by the flange-shaped frame portion 40 of the case member 12. A pair of side wall portions 46 are erected from the back surface of the frame portion 40 on the back side of the opening 41, and a shaft hole portion 44 that rotatably supports the holding member 14 is formed in each side wall portion 46. The pair of side wall portions 46 are connected by a connecting wall portion 54. The connection wall portion 54 is formed with an attachment portion 56 for fixing to the attachment hole of the vehicle body panel. An arc-shaped first slit 48 is formed in each side wall portion 46 so as to surround the shaft hole portion 44. The side wall portion 46 defines an accommodation space for the holding member 14.

The holding member 14 is exposed to the front from the opening 41 of the case member 12. The holding member 14 includes a prismatic base portion 20, a pair of protruding shaft portions 24 inserted into the shaft hole portion 44, a hook portion 22 for hanging a load, an operation portion 34 operated by a user, And a pair of protruding engaging portions 26 inserted into the first slit 48. Since the shaft portion 24 is formed on the holding member 14, the cost can be reduced as compared with an aspect in which the shaft portion 24 is a separate body.

When the pin member 16 is pushed into the mounting portion 56, the pair of locking portions 56a of the mounting portion 56 are brought close to each other, and the locking portion 56a is unlocked from the edge of the mounting hole of the vehicle body panel. Since it can be attached by pushing the attachment portion 56 and can be released by pushing the pin member 16, the attaching operation and the removing operation of the holding device 10 are facilitated.

In the embodiment, when the holding member 14 is assembled to the case member 12, the holding member 14 is inserted into the housing space of the case member 12 from the insertion opening 42 of the case member 12 shown in FIG. 2. When the holding member 14 is assembled, the frame portion 40 can be inserted from the back insertion port 42 without being bent, so that the rigidity of the frame portion 40 can be sufficiently secured and the design surface which is the surface of the frame portion 40 is kept good. it can. Moreover, since the 1st slit 48 is formed in the side wall part 46, when the axial part 24 passes between the side wall parts 46 at the time of insertion, the side wall part 46 bends and insertion resistance can be suppressed. Therefore, the load resistance can be improved by lengthening the shaft portion 24. Each member of the holding device 10 will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 3 is a view for explaining the holding member 14. FIG. 3A is a side view of the holding member 14, and FIG. 3B is a front view of the holding member 14. The holding member 14 is used for hanging and holding a load.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the first design surface 30 is located on the back side of the second design surface 32 and is inclined with respect to the second design surface 32. The operation portion 34 is formed so as to protrude from the first design surface 30 of the base portion 20, and the hook portion 22 is formed in a hook shape so as to protrude from the second design surface 32 on the front side of the base portion 20. Is done. A rotation restricting portion 28 is formed in a protruding shape from one end of the base portion 20 between the first design surface 30 and the second design surface 32.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the pair of shaft portions 24 protrudes coaxially outward in the width direction from both sides of the base portion 20, and the pair of engaging portions 26 also protrudes coaxially from both sides of the base portion 20. The shaft portion 24 is formed with a tapered portion 24a for facilitating the assembly to the case member 12, and the engaging portion 26 is also formed with a tapered portion 26a. By forming the shaft portion 24 integrally with the holding member 14, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the mounting operation can be facilitated as compared with the case where a separate shaft is used.

4A is a perspective view of the case member 12 as viewed from the back side, and FIG. 4B is a side view of the case member 12. FIG. 5A is a rear view of the case member 12, and FIG. 5B is a plan view of the case member 12. The case member 12 rotatably supports the holding member 14 and is fixed to the vehicle body side.

The frame portion 40 forms a rectangular opening 41 and functions as a flange that is caught by the edge of the receiving hole of the interior panel. The pair of opposing side wall portions 46 are erected from inner edges on both sides of the frame portion 40, and the bottom wall portion 66 is erected from the lower side of the frame portion 40 to connect the pair of side wall portions 46.

The connecting wall portion 54 is formed in a wall shape facing the opening 41 and is connected to the pair of side wall portions 46 and the bottom wall portion 66. A housing space for the holding member 14 is formed by the pair of side wall portions 46, the bottom wall portion 66 and the connecting wall portion 54.

The attachment portion 56 is provided to attach the case member 12 to the attachment hole of the vehicle body panel, and protrudes from the connecting wall portion 54 in a columnar shape. As shown in FIGS. 4A and 5B, a pair of locking portions 56 a are formed on the side surfaces of the attachment portion 56 as elastic claws. The pair of locking portions 56a can be bent and locks to the edge of the mounting hole of the vehicle body panel.

By hooking the frame portion 40 on the edge of the receiving hole of the interior panel and fixing the mounting portion 56 to the mounting hole of the vehicle body panel, the housing space for the holding member 14 can be disposed in the space between the interior panel and the vehicle body panel. Space can be secured.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the first rib 58 a and the second rib 58 b protrude from the connecting wall portion 54 above and below the attachment portion 56 with the attachment portion 56 interposed therebetween. The first rib 58a and the second rib 58b are in contact with the vehicle body panel.

The pair of rounded portions 62 are curved from the side wall portion 46 on the upper end side of the side wall portion 46 and are erected from the frame portion 40. The rotation stopper 60 is formed in a rib shape at the upper end edge of the frame 40, and serves as a rotation stopper for the holding member 14 in use, and receives torque from the holding member 14. The rigidity of the rotation stopper 60 and the frame 40 can be secured from the rounded portion 62, and the load resistance can be enhanced.

The insertion port 42 is formed between the upper ends of the pair of side wall portions 46 and is inclined with respect to the direction perpendicular to the surface of the opening 41. The inclined side 64 is a side edge of the insertion port 42 and is located at the upper end of the side wall portion 46. By tilting the insertion port 42, the opening area can be increased as compared with the case where the insertion port 42 is parallel to the connecting wall portion 54 or the bottom wall portion 66. Further, the interval from the inclined side 64 to the shaft hole 44 can be shortened. The inclined side 64 extends from the front to the rear, that is, from the frame portion 40 side to the connecting wall portion 54 side in a direction approaching the lower bottom wall portion 66.

The holding member 14 can be inserted from the back side of the case member 12 through the insertion port 42. By providing the insertion opening 42 on the back side of the opening 41 separately from the opening 41, it is necessary to press the shaft portion 24 of the holding member 14 against the frame portion 40 as compared with the case where the holding member 14 is inserted from the opening 41. In addition, the rigidity of the frame portion 40 can be sufficiently secured, and the load resistance can be improved.

The shaft hole portion 44 is formed at a position near the frame portion 40 of each side wall portion 46 and rotatably supports the pair of shaft portions 24 of the holding member 14. The first slit 48 is formed in an arc shape so as to penetrate each side wall portion 46 so as to surround the shaft hole portion 44.

The second slit 50 and the third slit 52 are formed on the radially outer side of the first slit 48 so as to penetrate along the first slit 48 in an arc shape. The first strip 48, the second slit 50, and the third slit 52 form a first strip 51a and a second strip 51b. The first strip 51a and the second strip 51b are easily bent by the slits.

第1凸部48aおよび第2凸部48b(これらを区別しない場合は「凸部」という)は、第1帯状部51aおよび第2帯状部51b(これらを区別しない場合は「帯状部」という)に形成され、保持部材14の係合部26を収納位置および使用位置で支持する。 The first convex part 48a and the second convex part 48b (referred to as "convex part" when they are not distinguished from each other) are the first belt-like part 51a and the second belt-like part 51b (when these are not distinguished from each other, they are referred to as "strip-like parts"). The engaging portion 26 of the holding member 14 is supported at the storage position and the use position. The protrusions are formed to protrude toward the shaft hole 44 in the first slit 48 at the edges on both ends of the first slit 48. When the engaging portion 26 and the convex portion are engaged, the belt-like portion is bent.

The first slit 48 is located between the insertion opening 42 and the shaft hole 44, and the second slit 50 is located between the first slit 48 and the insertion opening 42. Thereby, the side wall part 46 from the inclined side 64 to the axial hole part 44 can be bent easily.

FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining an assembly process of the case member 12 and the holding member 14. The holding member 14 is inserted from the insertion port 42 of the case member 12. The pair of shaft portions 24 of the holding member 14 project in the width direction as shown in FIG. 3B, and the distance between the ends of the pair of shaft portions 24 is larger than the facing distance between the pair of side wall portions 46.

The holding member 14 is inserted into the insertion port 42 from the hooking portion 22 side, and in the shaft portion 24, the tapered portion 24 a comes into contact with the inclined side 64 of the side wall portion 46. The holding member 14 is inserted between the pair of side wall portions 46 by expanding the pair of side wall portions 46 with the taper portion 24 a of the shaft portion 24. In FIG. 6, the movement locus | trajectory 68 of the axial part 24 at the time of an assembly | attachment is shown. An insertion port 42, a second slit 50, a first slit 48, and a shaft hole 44 are provided in this order on the movement locus 68 of the shaft 24.

Since the first slit 48 is positioned between the insertion port 42 and the shaft hole portion 44, the side wall portion 46 between the insertion port 42 and the shaft hole portion 44 is easily bent, and the shaft portion 24 is between the side wall portions 46. Insertion resistance when passing is reduced. Further, the second slit 50 is positioned between the insertion opening 42 and the first slit 48. Thereby, these slits are provided twice between the side edge of the insertion port 42 and the shaft hole portion 44. Thereby, the side wall part 46 can be more easily bent. Further, by making the side wall portion 46 on the insertion port 42 side bend easily, the shaft portion 24 is lengthened and the allowance for the shaft hole portion 44 of the shaft portion 24 is lengthened, thereby improving load resistance. .

FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining the holding device 10 in the accommodated state. FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the holding device 10 in use. FIG. 7A is a side view of the holding device 10, and FIG. 7B is a cross-sectional view of the holding device 10 and the attached member. Moreover, Fig.8 (a) is a side view of the holding | maintenance apparatus 10, FIG.8 (b) is sectional drawing of the holding | maintenance apparatus 10 and a to-be-attached member.

FIGS. 7B and 8B show the interior panel 18 and the vehicle body panel 19, and the frame portion 40 of the holding device 10 is brought into contact with the front edge of the receiving hole 18 a of the interior panel 18 to attach the mounting portion 56. Shows a state in which is inserted into the mounting hole 19 a of the vehicle body panel 19.

An attaching operation and a removing operation of the holding device 10 on the vehicle body side will be described. The pin member 16 shown in FIG. 7B is in a state before being pushed in, and the pin member 16 shown in FIG. 8B is in a pushed state. When the operator inserts the holding device 10 into the receiving hole 18 a of the interior panel 18 and inserts the attachment portion 56 into the attachment hole 19 a of the vehicle body panel 19, the locking portion 56 a of the attachment portion 56 is attached to the attachment hole 19 a of the vehicle body panel 19. And the fixing of the holding device 10 to the vehicle body side is completed. On the other hand, the operator rotates the holding member 14 to level the first design surface 30 of the holding member 14, provides a gap for inserting a finger or tool in the opening 41, and inserts a finger or tool from the opening 41. When the pin member 16 is pushed in, the pair of locking portions 56a of the mounting portion 56 are brought close to each other by the pin member 16, and the locking portion 56a can be unlocked from the edge of the mounting hole 19a of the vehicle body panel 19.

Since the holding device 10 can be fixed by pushing in the attachment portion 56 and the locking can be released by pushing in the pin member 16, attachment work and removal work can be facilitated. Moreover, fixing to the metal vehicle body panel 19 makes it possible to stabilize the holding device 10 more stably than fixing to the resin interior panel 18.

As shown in FIG. 7A, the engaging portion 26 is supported by being sandwiched between the second convex portion 48 b and the second end portion 72 b of the first slit 48 in the first slit 48. Thereby, the holding member 14 is maintained in the accommodated state. The engaging portion 26 moves in the first slit 48 according to the rotation of the holding member 14. When the user presses the raised operating portion 34 with respect to the holding member 14 in the housed state shown in FIG. 7B, the holding member 14 rotates and the hooking portion 22 comes out and shifts to the use state.

As shown in FIG. 8A, the engaging portion 26 is supported by being sandwiched between the first convex portion 48 a and the first end portion 72 a of the first slit 48. Thereby, rotation of the holding member 14 in a use state is suppressed. As shown in FIG. 8B, the rotation restricting portion 28 comes into contact with the rotation stopping portion 60 on the upper end side of the frame portion 40. Thereby, the load applied to the hooking portion 22 of the holding member 14 can be received by the rotation stopping portion 60 and the first end portion 72a. Since the holding member 14 can be assembled without passing the shaft portion 24 of the holding member 14 between the frame portions 40, the rigidity of the frame portion 40 can be sufficiently secured and the load resistance can be improved. Further, since the shaft portion 24 passes through the side wall portion 46 that is easily bent by the slit, it can be extended in the axial direction of the shaft portion 24 and sufficiently hung on the shaft hole portion 44 to enhance load resistance.

As shown in FIG. 7A, the width of the first slit 48 is larger than the widths of the second slit 50 and the third slit 52. Thereby, the engaging part 26 inserted in the 1st slit 48 can be enlarged, and the load resistance of the engaging part 26 at the time of use can be improved.

As illustrated in FIG. 7B, the height H <b> 1 of the connecting wall portion 54 is greater than the height H <b> 2 from the bottom wall portion 66 to the shaft portion 24. Thereby, the space | interval of the 1st rib 58a and the 2nd rib 58b is fully ensured, and the fixation to the vehicle body panel 19 can be stabilized.

As shown in FIG. 7A, the first slit 48 extends from the second end 72 b serving as the engaging position of the engaging portion 26 to a position closer to the frame portion 40 side, and extends along the first slit 48. The third slit 52 also extends to a position closer to the frame portion 40 than the engagement position of the engagement portion 26. Thereby, the 2nd convex part 48b can be bent easily, and the deterioration by use over time can be suppressed. Further, on the first end portion 72 a side shown in FIG. 8A as well, the first slit 48 and the second slit 50 are arranged on the frame portion 40 from the engagement position of the engagement portion 26, similarly to the second end portion 72 b side. Extends closer to the side.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications such as design changes can be added to the embodiments based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. Embodiments described may also be included within the scope of the present invention.

Moreover, in the Example, although the aspect which provides a convex part in a strip | belt-shaped part as an engaged part engaged with the engaging part 26 was shown, it is not restricted to this aspect. For example, a concave portion may be formed in the belt-like portion instead of the convex portion as the engaged portion, and the concave portion may be engaged with the engaging portion 26 of the holding member 14.

In the embodiment, the second slit 50 and the third slit 52 are provided outside the first slit 48 in the radial direction. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an arc-shaped second slit and a third slit are formed between the first slit 48 and the shaft hole portion 44, a belt-like portion is provided on the radially inner side of the first slit 48, and the shaft hole portion 44 is provided in the belt-like portion. A convex portion protruding in a direction away from the projection may be formed.

In the embodiment, the insertion port 42 is formed from the upper surface side of the case member 12 to the connection wall portion 54. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the insertion opening may be formed from the lower surface side of the case member 12 to the connecting wall portion 54. In the modification in which the insertion port is provided on the lower side, an upper wall surface is formed on the case member 12 and the connecting wall portion 54 is continuous with the upper wall surface. Even in this case, since the third slit 52 and the first slit 48 are formed between the insertion opening and the shaft hole portion 44, the side wall portion 46 can be easily bent.
