Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an anti-slip tape for fingers which is particularly worn on the thumb and forefinger to facilitate turning pages of slips and pages of books.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 9-8655 filed by the present applicant, that is, a foaming layer of vinyl chloride is laminated on the surface of a polyester film layer, and a fine uneven surface can be formed thereon. Laminate a vinyl chloride paint layer, heat-foam at the same time or immediately after the lamination, laminate an adhesive layer on the back of the polyester film layer, further form a release layer thereunder, and place this sheet on a finger. 2. Description of the Related Art A finger non-slip tape cut into a shape to be wound (hereinafter, referred to as prior art) is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The invention according to the prior art is to heat and foam a polyester film having heat resistance and flexibility, a foamed paint layer of vinyl chloride, and a paint layer of vinyl chloride simultaneously or immediately after the application, and to integrate them. The paint layer has a fine uneven wrinkle pattern on the surface of the vinyl chloride paint layer due to the effect of the foam layer, and the fine uneven wrinkle pattern reduces the adhesiveness of the vinyl chloride, and is soft and slippery. It is based on exhibiting the effect.
[0004]
The device according to the prior art described above has excellent flexibility and can also obtain an effect in a non-slip effect. However, depending on the paper quality of the slips and pages of the books, a more sufficient anti-slip effect may be required.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has an excellent non-slip function, regardless of the paper quality of pages of slips and books, and reliably turns only one desired page from a plurality of pages. It is an object of the present invention to provide an excellent finger non-slip tape capable of performing the following.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A finger non-slip tape comprising a flexible band-shaped winding member having a flexibility and a non-slip member having a non-slip function, wherein the winding member is a winding part piece serving as a means for winding a finger. Are formed at both ends, and an adhesive layer is provided only on the inner surface of one of the winding pieces that is to be in contact with the finger, and the non-slip member is a finger tip on the outer surface of the winding member. A non-slip tape for a finger, which is provided on the contact portion or the entire outer surface, is a means for solving the problem.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, by providing a strip-shaped winding member having flexibility, a non-slip member having a non-slip function is provided on the entire outer surface of a finger tip contact portion or the entire outer surface of the winding member. When turning the page by pressing the thumb and forefinger against the paper, the paper is strongly pressed with the thumb and forefinger, and the slippage member having high frictional resistance comes into contact with the page, so that the target paper is reliably turned. be able to.
[0008]
Further, with this configuration, the size of the finger non-slip tape to be attached to each of the thumb and forefinger can be made common, so that production costs can be reduced and production efficiency can be improved.
[0009]
And the said winding member (1) forms the winding part pieces (16) (16) used as the winding means with respect to a finger at both ends, and the one of the winding part pieces (16) with the said finger | toe. By providing the adhesive layer (11) only on the inner surface serving as the contact surface, the amount of the adhesive necessary for forming the adhesive layer can be reduced, so that the cost can be extremely reduced and the cost can be reduced easily and reliably. The finger slip tape can be wound.
[0010]
On the other hand, by providing an antibacterial function on the contact surface of the wound member (1) with the finger except for the adhesive layer (11), the antibacterial effect of the wound member (1) can be obtained, and the Even in long-term use, a hygienic condition can be ensured.
[0011]
In addition, when an adhesive layer is provided on the entire inner surface, the unintended falling off of the finger slip tape can be more reliably prevented, and since there are many adhesive portions, the adhesive force can be reduced even with repeated use. Can be secured.
[0012]
In any case, in the mounted state, since the flexible resin layer (18) such as urethane is polymerized on the adhesive layer (11), the loss due to the attachment and detachment of the adhesive layer (11) is reduced. It can be used by repeatedly attaching and detaching the finger slip tape repeatedly.
[0013]
Further, when the thickness of the non-slip member is less than 3 mm, the sense of a fingertip can be maintained when performing page turning or the like, and page turning can be performed efficiently.
[0014]
Embodiments and Examples of the Invention
1 is a perspective view of a finger slip tape according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of the finger slip tape according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 3 is a finger slip tape according to the first embodiment. FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the finger non-slip tape according to the first embodiment, FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing a mounted state of the finger non-slip tape according to the first embodiment, and FIG. FIG. 7 is a reference view showing a use state of the finger tape according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a rear view of the finger slip tape according to the second embodiment.
[0015]
The finger non-slip tape according to the first embodiment of the present invention is mainly used by being wound around a thumb (4a) and an index finger (4b), as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. A belt-shaped winding member (1) made of a flexible material, and a non-slip member fixed to an outer surface (12) of the winding member (1) and having a non-slip function; The winding member (1) is mainly made of a non-woven fabric having a thickness of about 0.5 mm, and its contour is a waveform in which a central portion (15) has a wide width, and the central portion (15) has a finger (4). ), Which are in contact with the tips of the fingertips except for the nails (40) of the present invention, so as to form wrapping pieces (16) and (16) which gradually narrow to the left and right of the central portion (15). It is what becomes.
[0016]
Here, as shown in FIG. 4, the flexible material constituting the wound member (1) is based on a nonwoven fabric (10), and its outer surface is coated with urethane as a flexible resin layer (18). Then, a binder resin layer (19) containing carbon as an antibacterial material is provided on the inner surface side of the nonwoven fabric (10).
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive layer (11) of the winding member (1) is applied only to the inner surface (17) of one of the winding pieces (16) of the winding member (1). In a usual form, a release paper (13) is provided on the adhesive layer (11). In use, the release paper (13) is peeled off and wound on a finger (4). And paste it.
[0018]
The winding member (1) is provided with a binder resin mixed with carbon powder, and exhibits an antibacterial property by utilizing the action of far infrared rays caused by the mixed carbon powder. Note that, in the present invention, the antibacterial material exhibiting antibacterial properties is not limited to carbon alone, and may use, for example, ceramics or the like, and use the action of far-infrared rays. Instead, a film having an antibacterial action can be formed without using far infrared rays.
[0019]
Further, near the boundary between the central portion (15) of the winding member (1) and the winding pieces (16) (16), one ventilation hole (14) ‥ (14) is formed on each of the right and left sides. In addition, the ventilation holes (14)) (14) ensure air permeability during use and prevent the attached portion from being sweaty.
[0020]
In the present invention, as a means for ensuring air permeability, the number of the ventilation holes (14) provided is not limited to that of the first embodiment, and may be a means other than providing the ventilation holes (14) and (14). Can utilize the breathability of the nonwoven fabric itself.
[0021]
The non-slip member (2) is made of a disc-shaped film of an olefin-based synthetic rubber material having a diameter of 13 mm and a thickness of 0.5 mm, and has a central portion on the outer surface (12) of the wound member (1). (15). In the present embodiment, the olefin-based synthetic rubber material is used as described above, and in the present invention, the non-slip member (2) needs to have a frictional resistance enough to slide on the paper surface. However, the material is not particularly limited as long as it is a material that effectively exerts rebound resilience on the paper surface. For example, silicon rubber or the like can be used in addition to the olefin-based synthetic rubber shown in the examples. That is, it is preferable that the pressing force acts on the paper surface and the non-slip member elastically deforms to increase the contact area on the paper surface.
[0022]
In the case where the finger slip tape according to the first embodiment of the present invention is used, as shown in FIG. 5, the finger slip tape is wound so as to cover the fingertip except for the nail (40), and the finger slip is applied. It is preferable to mount the tape so that the disc-shaped non-slip member (2) provided at the central portion (15) of the tape is positioned. That is, the wound pieces (16) and (16) are in a state of being overlapped on the back side of the finger (4), and the wound pieces (16) and (16) are fixed to each other by the adhesive layer (11). Become.
[0023]
With this mounting, as shown in FIG. 6, when the thumb (4a) and the index finger (4b) are pressed against the paper and the paper is slid and the page is turned, the paper is strongly pressed. Since a sufficient grip force can be obtained by the non-slip member having a large frictional resistance with respect to the page, the paper can be slid, so that the intended page can be reliably turned.
[0024]
Next, a finger slip tape according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described, and FIG. 7 shows a rear view. The antislipping tape for fingers according to the second embodiment does not use an antibacterial material in the basic configuration, and has an adhesive layer (11) on the entire inner surface (17) of the wound member (1). This is different from the first embodiment.
[0025]
In the present invention, when the thickness of the non-slip member exceeds about 3 mm, a subtle sensation of a fingertip becomes difficult to grasp, and a page interferes with a side surface of the non-slip member, and the page is turned. It is preferable that the thickness of the non-slip member be up to about 3 mm because the tendency to harden is large.
[0026]
Further, in each of the first and second embodiments of the present invention, as described above, the urethane resin layer, which is a flexible resin layer, is used as a means for fixing the non-slip member (2) and the winding member (1). However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, it can be attached with a double-sided tape or the like.
[0027]
Further, in the present invention, the layer having an antibacterial material is not only a state in which carbon is contained in the binder resin as in the example, but also a layer of an independent antibacterial material is in a laminated state with the binder resin layer. The purpose is to include layers.
