【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、両面接着シートに
関し、更に詳しくは、リホームをしたフローリング上に
薄畳(バリヤフリー)を定置するため、薄畳(バリヤフ
リー)の裏面に一方の粘着面を粘着させて取り付け、他
方の吸着脱自在な吸着面をフローリング上に吸着させて
用いる両面接着シートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来における両面接着シートとしては、
図3及び図4に例示されているように、柔軟性、屈撓性
に富む和紙、クラフト紙、発泡体等のシート基材10の
表裏全面が粘着剤11を塗布された粘着面とされ、該粘
着面を覆ってシート基材10と等長の表裏剥離紙12が
添着され、かつ該表裏剥離紙12には、切込線13aを
入れた背割加工が施され、使用時において表裏の剥離紙
12を剥がす場合には、全体を適度に曲げて、切込線1
3aを介してやや剥離した剥離紙端縁部を摘んで剥離紙
12を剥がす構造のものが一般的であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、表裏の剥離紙
12を剥がすには、その都度、表、裏と切込線13aを
介してその両端縁部が剥がれるまで全体を曲げなければ
ならないために煩わしいばかりか、基材10の材質によ
っては容易に曲がらずに、両端縁部が剥がれない場合が
あって、背割加工が施されていても剥離紙を容易にし
て、かつ速やかに剥がすことができず、使用時における
作業性に劣るという問題点があった。
【0004】本発明は、このような問題点に鑑みなされ
たもので、その目的とするところは、吸着脱自在なシー
ト材の吸着脱面側の剥離紙と、シート基材の粘着剤面側
の剥離紙のそれぞれの摘み部が、その長さと形状におい
て異なるために、吸着脱面側と粘着剤面側との見分けが
容易で、かつこれら両面の剥離紙を容易にして、速やか
に剥がすことができる両面接着シートを提供することに
ある。 【0005】
この目的のため、本発明は、和紙、クラフ
ト紙等の柔軟性、屈撓性に富むシート基材10と、該シ
ート基材10の一方の全面に、粘着剤11を介して粘着
されたシート基材10と同じ大きさの吸着脱自在なシー
ト材15と、前記吸着脱自在なシート材15の吸着脱全
面上に添着された吸着脱自在なシート材15と同じ大き
さの吸着脱面側剥離紙12と、前記シート基材10の他
方の全面に塗布された 粘着剤11上に添着されたシート
基材10と同じ大きさの粘着剤面側剥離紙12とを含
み、前記吸着脱自在なシート材15は、ポリプロピレ
ン、ポリエチレン等の柔軟性、屈撓性に富むフィルム状
基材16の片面に、連続微細孔17を有する吸着盤構造
のウレタンフォーム吸着層18が形成されて成り、かつ
該着脱自在なシート材15と前記シート基材10の隅部
一個所は一体的に隅切りされて隅切り部13が形成さ
れ、該隅切り部13とされた前記吸着脱面側剥離紙12
の隅部が摘み部14とされるとともに、前記粘着剤面側
剥離紙12における隅部が、前記隅切り部13より出っ
張るように隅切りされて前記摘み部14よりも短い隅切
り摘み部19とされ、前記着脱自在なシート材15の吸
着脱面側と、前記シート基材10の粘着剤面側との見分
けが容易にして、かつ前記各剥離紙12の剥離が容易に
なし得るように構成されたことを特徴とするものであ
る。 【0006】
【発明の実施の形態】本発明の実施の形態について図面
を参照し、その作用と共に説明する。図1は、本発明に
係る両面接着シートの一例での一部省略の平面図、図2
は、図1の2−2線に沿った拡大断面図で、これら図に
おいて、本両面接着シートは、シート基材、吸着脱自在
なシート材、粘着剤面側及び着脱面側剥離紙を含んでい
る。 【0007】
シート基材10は、和紙、クラフト紙、発
泡体等の柔軟性、屈撓性に富む部材であって、その一方
の全面(フローリングとの接着面)には、粘着剤11を
介してシート基材10と同じ大きさの吸着脱自在なシー
ト材15が添着され、シート基材10の他方の全面(薄
畳裏面との接着面)には、粘着剤11が塗布されてい
る。 【0008】 吸着脱自在なシート材15は
、ポリプロピ
レン、ポリエチレン等の柔軟性、屈撓性に富むフィルム
状基材16の片面に、アンカーコーティング手段(プラ
イマー加工)又はコロナ放電処理手段を介して密着性を
高めるための粗面が形成され、次いで、ウレタン樹脂コ
ーティング手段を介して粗面に、粒子が非常に小さい液
状ウレタン樹脂が0.3〜2.0ミリメートル位の厚さ
に塗布展延され、次いで、連続気泡状発泡手段を介して
熱と空気を加えながら、連続気泡状の輪をもった発泡加
工が施されて連続微細孔17を有する吸着盤構造のウレ
タンフォーム吸着層18が形成され、次いで、風もしく
は熱風等を一切遮断した乾燥手段中(好ましくは、12
0℃の温度下中)を通して乾燥処理がなされて吸着脱自
在なシート材15とされる。 【0009】
そして、シート材15は、そのフィルム状
基材16側が粘着剤11を介してシート基材10に粘着
されて吸着脱自在な吸着面とされている。【0010】 シート基材10及びこれと一体的の吸着脱
自在なシート材15の隅部一個所は、略三角形に隅切り
されて隅切り部13が形成されている。 【0011】 そして、吸着脱自在なシート材15の吸着
脱面側には、吸着脱自在なシート材15(シート基材1
0)と同じ大きさの吸着脱面側剥離紙12が添着され
て、隅切り部13と対応する隅部が摘み部14とされ、
又、シート基材10の粘着剤11の全面には、シート基
材10と同じ大きさの粘着剤面側剥離紙12が添着され
て、隅切り部13とされた剥離紙隅部が、隅切り部13
より出っ張るように隅切りされて摘み部14よりも短い
隅切り摘み部19とされて、吸着脱面側剥離紙12と粘
着剤面側剥離紙12との見分けがつくように、摘み部1
4と隅切り摘み部19は、その長さと形状において区別
されている。 【0012】 このように構成された本両面接着シート
は、先ず、隅切り摘み部19を摘んで剥離紙12を剥ぎ
取り、露呈した粘着剤11の面を薄畳(バリヤフリー)
の裏面適所に粘着させて取り付ける。 【0013】
次いで、摘み部14を摘んで剥離紙12を
剥ぎ取り、その露呈した吸着面をフローリング上に吸着
させて定置させる。【0014】
このように、短い隅切り摘み部19を摘む
ことにより粘着剤11上の剥離紙12が容易に剥がされ
るので、先に吸着面上の剥離紙12が剥がされてしまう
という手順上の間違いは防止される。【0015】 吸着脱自在なシート材15によるフローリ
ングの吸着は、
フローリング上が多少の粗面であって
も、又、多少の塵埃等が付着していても、ウレタンフォ
ーム吸着層18の連続微細孔17が吸盤作用をなすため
に、しっかりと密着し、又、高温でもベタつくことなく
フローリング上に密着して、ズレたり、移動したりする
ことなく、固定的に定置される。
【0016】薄畳(バリアフリー)を外すには、本シー
トを捲り上げるようにして剥がせば、極めて容易にし
て、かつ従来における粘着剤のような熱、温度、湿度、
気圧、紫外線等の径時変化により硬化して、下地を剥が
したり、糊を残したり、又は色を残したりすることなく
きれいに剥がれ、何回でも繰り返し使用が可能である。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明によれば、
吸着脱面側剥離紙と粘着剤面側剥離紙は、その長さと形
状において異なるため、粘着剤面側の剥離紙と吸着脱面
側の剥離紙とを簡単に見分けることができて、間違うこ
となく剥離紙を容易にして、かつ速やかに剥がすことが
でき、粘着剤面側を薄畳(バリヤフリー)の裏面適所に
粘着させ、吸着脱面側をフローリング上に吸着させて、
フローリング上が多少の粗面であっても、又、多少の塵
埃等が付着していても、フレタンフォーム吸着層の連続
微細孔の吸盤作用によって、しっかりと密着させ、又、
高温でもベタつくことなく密着させて、ズレたり、移動
したりすることなく、安定的に薄畳(バリアフリー)を
定置させることができて、リホームをしたフローリング
上に対する薄畳(バリアフリー)の取付け用接着シート
として最適で、作業性の向上にも寄与し得るものであ
