Description
本発明の分散体のハロゲン含有量を減少させるために、溶媒を蒸留によって一般に除去しうる。これに関して、本発明の分散体に混和性であり、ZnOの凝集を生じず、ハロゲン含有溶媒より高い沸点を有する有機溶媒に、分散体を混合するのが好ましい。一般に、C1〜C10−アルコール、好ましくは直鎖C4〜C8−アルコール、特にn−ブタノールをこの目的に使用しうる。添加される溶媒の質量m[m(添加剤)]は、存在するハロゲン含有溶媒の質量m[m(hcs)]によって決まる。m(添加剤)対 m(hcs)の比率は、一般に0:100、好ましくは1:10、特に2:5である。蒸留によって除去される低沸点成分の質量、m(低沸点成分)は、m(添加剤)によって決まり、m(添加剤)≦m(hcs)の場合、m(低沸点成分)=m(hcs)である。m(添加剤)>m(hcs)の場合、m(低沸点成分)=m(添加剤)である。
