Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for optically copying shooting information such as shooting date and time of a camera onto a film.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, most film cameras are equipped with a function of optically photographing a corner of a photographed frame when winding up the film after photographing so that information such as photographing date and time is written in a printed photograph.
[0003]
This information imprinting is performed by arranging a plurality of light emitting diodes (dot type LEDs) in a line in a direction perpendicular to the film feeding direction, and blinking in accordance with information to be written during film feeding, as shown in FIG. As shown in a), characters and numerals are formed by dots.
[0004]
Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2001-209109 proposed by the present applicant discloses a technique for imprinting data having small shape and dimensional errors on a film. This is to detect a motor pulse signal according to the rotation amount of the film feeding motor, and further count the number of motor pulse signals from the time when perforation is detected until the next perforation is detected. A lighting interval pulse for controlling the lighting interval of the LED is determined based on the count value. The correction time corresponding to the decimal part of the lighting interval pulse is calculated with reference to the cycle of the motor pulse signal, and based on the integer part of the lighting interval pulse and the correction time, the data is controlled while controlling the lighting interval of the LED. Is a technology for imprinting on a film.
[0005]
Also, when shooting with a dot type LED from the camera body side, it is necessary to turn on and off the LED corresponding to the high-sensitivity film, and a CPU with a relatively high processing speed is often used, and film feeding is performed. While detecting the position, the LED is directly driven to perform imprinting. In addition, when the film is fed while being fed, the positional relationship between the aperture portion for exposing the film and the LED is restricted by the moving direction of the film, and the layout cannot be freely adjusted. This cited document discloses an example in which a lens shutter camera is used to capture an image from the front side of a film.
[0006]
Also, Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-046648 proposed by the present applicant introduces a method of using a single-lens reflex camera and using a dot-type LED to capture an image from behind the film.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, when the usage period of the camera is prolonged, deterioration of electric components, destruction by static electricity, deterioration of characteristics, and the like may occur, which may adversely affect the quality of imprinting by the data imprinting function. For example, in the driving circuit described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-046648, when the reverse current, which is one of the basic characteristics of the LED, increases, or the transistor between the cathode side of the LED and the ground is short-circuited. In such a case, the LED emits light at times other than the original imprint timing, and a linear locus may be imprinted on the photographed film.
[0008]
This problem will be described with reference to FIGS.
For example, when “98 12 12” as shown in FIG. 21 is considered as an example, the characters are the last characters “2”, “1”, “2”... In relation to the film feeding direction. Photographed from the opposite direction. Therefore, the dots constituting one character are also sequentially printed from the rear. Here, an example in which one LED (D1) among the dots (D0 to D6) of the

[0010]
Similarly, even when a defect occurs in D4 and D5, a current flow path is formed and unnecessary light emission occurs. With the light emission, the light emission continues for a period represented by “period a” in the timing chart shown in FIG. As a result, as shown in FIG. 23, several tracks are exposed on the right side of the portion where the date of the photograph is imprinted.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a camera having an imprinting function for realizing high-quality information recording in which figures and characters can be distinguished even when electrical components for imprinting information relating to shooting on a film are deteriorated. The purpose is to:
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a camera that optically records photographing information on a film when the film is fed.In order to optically record the film on the film, a predetermined number of continuous pulse signals are used. A main control unit that outputs a timing signal that intersects the film feeding direction in order to imprint the photographing information including at least characters or numbers represented by a plurality of dots on the film onto the film. A recording unit having a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged in a direction, and a photographing operation which is slower in processing speed than the main control unit and which is recorded by a column information signal which outputs the timing signal and the photographing information in the arrangement direction. A sub-control unit that controls recording of the photographing information by causing any of the plurality of light-emitting elements to emit light in accordance with information, wherein the sub-control unit Prior to feeding the at front of the photographing information recorded in a period of at least one or more of said pulse signal, to provide a camera providing a signal which does not emit the light emitting element to the column information signals. In addition, the signal that does not cause the light emitting element to emit light causes the column information signal output from the sub control unit to be in an L level or a high impedance state.
[0012]
In the camera having the above configuration, when the film is fed and the photographing information is printed, a signal that does not drive the light emitting element of at least one pulse or more before the photographing information to be recorded is supplied before the film is fed. By setting, the light emitting element is not driven during the period from when the film is fed to when the shooting information is printed, so that the imprinting due to the malfunction of the circuit and the light emitting element has deteriorated. This prevents discrimination of numbers and characters.
[0013]

"2" is 5 dots, "1" is 3 dots, and the space between numbers is 2 dots between "1" and 1 dot between "1". And decide the space. It is determined in advance that there is 6 dots between the day data and the attached data and between the month and the year.
[0049]
In this case, 46 dots are required for the characters to be copied. In addition, the number of pulses for turning off the LED at the start of imprinting, which is the point of the present invention, is set to two. It can be seen that 46 pulses (predetermined number of pulses) are obtained by adding 46 pulses of the character to be imprinted and 2 pulses (predetermined count value) in which the LED is not turned on.
[0050]
Next, the imprinting operation at each port will be described with reference to the timing chart of FIG.

Next, it is determined whether or not the power switch provided on the camera has been operated (step S2). If the power switch has been operated, it is determined whether or not the power switch (PWSW 55) has been turned on (step S3). In this determination, when the power switch is turned on (YES), the photographing lens is extended from the retracted position to the photographable position (step S4). On the other hand, if the PWSW 55 has not been turned on (NO), the photographing lens is retracted into the retracted state (step S5).

In step S2, if the PWSW 55 has not been operated (NO), or if the photographing lens has been advanced to a state in which photographing can be performed in step S4, or if collapsing has been completed in step S5, winding is performed. It is determined whether the return switch has been operated (step S6).

Thereafter, the AF sensor is integrated, and the amount of defocus is calculated to obtain a lens drive amount for focusing (steps S20 and S22). The focusing lens is driven based on the obtained lens driving amount (step S23), and after the driving is completed, it is determined whether or not the focusing by the focusing lens is within a predetermined range (step S24). If it is out of the range (NO), the process returns to step S17, and the light measurement is started again. [Table 1]
[0064]
Here, it is assumed that 0 indicates the L level and 1 indicates the H level.
Table 1 shows data that has been transmitted by communication from the main CPU to the sub CPU in advance. This data indicates the state of the table stored in the memory of the sub CPU, and outputs the data of column number "0" to the ports P00 to P06, similar to "communication reception for starting printing". When the intention is detected, the fall of the LEDON signal is detected, the address for referring to the memory is updated, and the data is output to the port of the sub CPU. This processing is performed using an interrupt because the execution speed of the CPU is low.
[0065]
Next, the processing operation of the
[0066]
First, the

Next, the process is distributed to a process according to the received command (step S44). Although there are many processes corresponding to commands, detailed description is omitted, and representatively, low-current-consumption mode processing, RAM data read / write processing, and interrupt count reset processing will be described as examples. For example, a transition process to the low current consumption mode is performed (step S45). In this case, when a preset interrupt occurs, after the processing is performed, the mode again becomes the low current consumption mode. Further, a read / write process of the RAM data is performed (step S46). If communication is required following the command, communication is continued.
[0068]
When the imprint start command is received, the counter that counts the number of interruptions of the LEDON signal that occurs subsequently is reset to "0" (step S47), and the interruption branch is permitted (step S48). In addition, each time the
[0069]
Next, a signal in the 0th column of data necessary for imprinting is output to the port (step S49). (Step S49). For example, the data in the 0th column (A) in FIG. 10 is 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0 in order from P06, and the same applies to the data in the first column. Actual data for turning on the LED is from the second column.
[0070]
Then, 1 is set to the imprint preparation completion flag (step S50). Next, it is detected whether or not a one-second interrupt has occurred (step S51). If an interrupt has occurred (YES), a one second clock is performed, and calendar processing for updating the date, month, day, hour, minute, and second is performed (step S52). After the end of the calendar process, or if no interrupt has occurred in step S51 (NO), it is detected whether or not there has been an interrupt due to key input (step S53).
[0071]
If there is an interrupt at step S53 (YES), a process corresponding to the key input is performed (step S54). When the DMODSW is pressed at short time intervals, the printing mode is changed, and when the DMODSW is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the time data is corrected. In the time data correction process, every time DSETSW is pressed, the data is updated, and each time DMODSW is pressed, "year" → "month" → "day" → "hour" → "minute" → "correction end"; Update the location of the data to be modified. After the process corresponding to the key input is completed, or when there is no interruption in step S53 (NO), the process returns to step S42.
[0072]
Next, the interrupt branch processing of the
When the falling edge of the LEDON signal is detected, an interruption branch occurs.
First, it is determined whether or not the preparation for imprinting is completed (step S61). This determination is made based on the presence or absence of the imprint preparation completion flag. For example, if the flag is 1, it is determined that the preparation is completed. If the flag is 0, the process proceeds to step S66 described later.
[0073]
If the flag is 1 (YES), the count number of the LEDON signal is counted (step S62). Since the number of columns changes depending on the data to be copied, the number of columns is obtained in advance from the data to be copied. Next, the count number is compared with a predetermined number of columns (step S63). If the count number exceeds the number of columns (YES), it is determined that the printing has been completed, and the printing port is set to L. The level is set (step S66), the completion of the preparation for imprinting is released, and interrupt prohibition processing is performed (step S67). Specifically, the “imprint preparation completion flag” is reset to 0. Then, the process returns from the interrupt branch and ends the imprinting.
[0074]
If it is determined in step S63 that the count number is equal to or less than the number of columns (NO), the data to be copied to the next column number is obtained by referring to the table (step S64), and the data for the port for printing The data is output (step S65), and the process returns to the interrupt processing. For example, the data in the second column in FIG. 10 is 1,0,0,0,1,1,0 in order from P00 to P06.
[0075]
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the above-described first embodiment, the L level is output to the port during the period in which no imprinting is performed. However, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the port is set to a high impedance (Hi-z) state. I have.

Next, it is determined whether there is a communication request, a communication process is performed based on the communication request, and a command from the main CPU is received (steps S42 and S43). Next, the processing is distributed to processing according to the received command, and each processing is performed (steps S45 and S46). Further, when the imprint start command is received, the number of interrupts of the LEDON signal is reset to permit the interrupt branch (steps S47 and S48).
[0081]
Next, by setting the ports P00 to P06 as input ports, high impedance (Hi-Z) is set (step S56).
[0082]
Thereafter, 1 is set to the imprint preparation completion flag, the presence or absence of an interrupt occurrence every 1 second is detected, and when an interrupt occurs, the time of 1 second is measured, and the date, month, day, hour, minute, and second are updated. Then, the presence or absence of the interruption by the key input is detected, and if there is the interruption, the processing according to the key input is performed (steps S50 to S54).
[0083]
Next, the “LEDON interrupt” will be described with reference to the flowchart in FIG.
First, when the falling of the LEDON signal is detected, the process branches to an interrupt. Then, it is determined whether or not the preparation for imprinting is completed (step S71). This determination is made based on the presence or absence of the imprint preparation completion flag. For example, if the flag is 1, it is determined that the preparation is completed. If the flag is 0, the process proceeds to step S76 described later. If the flag is 1 (YES), the count number of the LEDON signal is counted (step S72). Since the number of columns changes depending on the data to be copied, the number of columns is obtained in advance from the data to be copied.
[0084]
Next, the counted number is compared with a predetermined number of columns (step S73). If the counted number exceeds the number of columns (YES), it is determined that the imprinting has been completed, and the imprinting port is input. The port or high impedance is set (step S76). Thereafter, the completion of the preparation for imprinting is released, and interrupt prohibition processing is performed (step S80). Specifically, the “imprint preparation completion flag” is set to 0, and the process returns from the interrupt branch to end the imprint.
[0085]
If it is determined in step S73 that the count number is equal to or less than the column number (NO), it is determined whether the count number is equal to or greater than 2 (step S75). If the determination is 2 or more (YES), the data to be copied to the next column number is obtained by referring to the table (step S77), and the data is output to the port for printing (step S78), and the interrupt processing is performed. Return to On the other hand, if it is determined in step S75 that the value is less than 2 (NO), the ports P00 to P06 are set as the input ports to set them to high impedance (step S76).
