しかし、先栓を部品として作製するには比較的高いコストになるとともに、別部品としてスプリングを必要とする場合は、さらにコストを必要とする問題があった。

即ち、本発明は、先栓及び/又は尾栓がスプリングよりなる筆記具である。かかる構成により先栓の作製コストが低くなるとともに、本体軸への固定も強固にできる効果がある。また、先栓及び/又は尾栓を金属で作製することで安価に金属色の意匠性に優れた筆記具が可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に筆記具本体軸2の前方に本発明のスプリングよりなる先栓3を嵌合した筆記具1を示す(筆記具全体の図は省略する)。 筆記具本体軸2はステンレス、真鍮等の金属やポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリアセタール、アクリル等のプラスチック樹脂にて作成できる。また、先栓3は通常ステンレス、高炭素鋼、ベリリウム鋼等のバネ特性に優れる硬鋼線の金属が使用できる。さらに先栓3は、筆記具本体軸2の前方に突出した先栓全部3−1と筆記具本体軸2の内径に嵌合する先栓嵌合部3−3より構成される。筆記具本体軸2がポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリアセタール、アクリル等のプラスチック樹脂よりなる場合は、硬度の高いスプリングの外径の凹凸が金属に比較して柔らかいプラスチック樹脂が前記凹凸に沿うように変形するため、筆記具本体軸2と先栓3が強固に接合する効果がある。また、先栓3を単に引っ張っても先栓3が伸び弾性のため先栓3を筆記具本体軸2より引き抜くことは容易にできないにも拘らず、先栓3を回転することで、意図的に容易に先栓3を筆記具本体軸2より引き抜くことが可能という効果がある。尚、先栓3を筆記具本体軸2に圧入するときは先栓3がスプリングであることで別段の不具合はない。

図2は、筆記部材4を筆記具本体軸2に内蔵し、ペン先部6を筆記具本体軸2より繰り出す場合の筆記具を示す。この場合の先栓3は、筆記具本体軸2の前方に突出した先栓全部3−1と筆記具本体軸2の内径に嵌合する先栓嵌合部3−3に加え弾発部3−2より構成される。弾発部3−2が筆記部材4の前方肩部4−1に当接することで、ペン先部6を出没させるための弾発機能を別途の部品を必要とせず与えることができ、コストの低減が図れる。尚、筆記部材4はボールペン、シャープペンシル、サインペン、マーカー等の全ての筆記具が使用できる。
