Description

【0001】

[0001]
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a futon core material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as the futon core material (11), as shown in FIG. 2, several layers of a carded cotton layer (12) are used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Such a core material (11) has a problem of poor cushioning properties because the fibers of each cotton layer (12) are oriented horizontally by carding.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, as a means for solving the above-mentioned conventional problem, has a structure in which a plurality of cotton layers (2, 2, 2, 2) are stacked, and each of the cotton layers (2, 2, 2, 2) is formed. ) Provides a futon core material (1) in which the fibers are oriented vertically.
The cotton layer (2,2,2,2) is desirably a heat treatment of a mixed fiber cotton containing a silicon-processed fiber and a low-melting fiber in a temperature range of 140 ° C to 200 ° C. It is desirable that they are joined by needle punching. Further, it is desirable that spunbonds (3, 3) are further laminated on the upper and lower surfaces of the core material (1).
[0005]
[Action]
If the fibers of the cotton layer (2) of each layer are oriented in the vertical direction, the fibers are elastically bent and deformed in the vertical direction when an external force is applied in the vertical direction. Is obtained. Assuming that the cotton layer (2) is obtained by heat-treating a mixed fiber cotton containing a silicon-processed fiber and a low-melting fiber in a temperature range of 140 ° C to 200 ° C, the low friction property of the silicon-processed fiber and the heat treatment By increasing the rigidity of the fiber, the cushioning property is further improved and set is suppressed.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in FIG. 1. A futon core material (1) is formed by superposing four cotton layers (2, 2, 2, 2), and further, spun bonds (3, 3) ). The four cotton layers (2, 2, 2, 2) and the spunbond (3, 3) are joined by needle punching from above and below as shown by arrows.
The cotton layer (2, 2, 2, 2) is made of a mixed fiber of a normal fiber and a siliconized fiber.
[0007]
The normal fibers are mainly polyester fibers, polypropylene fibers, thermoplastic fibers such as polyethylene fibers, but other polyamide fibers, acrylic fibers, urethane fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers, polyvinylidene chloride fibers, acetate fibers, cotton, Synthetic fibers such as wool or fibers such as natural fibers are also used. The fiber may be a hollow fiber, a core-sheath type composite fiber, a side-by-side type composite fiber, or may be subjected to a crimp treatment. Desirable fibers include crimped hollow polyester fibers.
[0008]
The silicon-processed fiber is a fiber in which at least a part of the surface of the fiber is coated with a silicon-based resin. If desired, the organopolysiloxane is added with a curing agent, and is applied to the fiber surface by a shower method, a dipping method, or the like in a spinning step, a drawing step, or a cotton step, followed by drying or heat treatment.
[0009]
Generally, the above-mentioned ordinary fibers are contained in the cotton layer (2) at 40 to 50% by weight, and the siliconized fibers are contained in the cotton layer (2) at 50 to 60% by weight. More specifically, the cotton layer (2) is composed of a mixed fiber of, for example, 45% by weight of a crimped hollow polyester fiber and 55% by weight of a siliconized crimped hollow polyester fiber. The fibers are oriented vertically by needling with a needle such as a needle. The basis weight of the cotton layer ( 2 , 2 , 2 , 2 ) is usually 350 to 450 g / m 2 and a thickness of 10 to 20 mm for one layer.
[0010]
Spunbond (3,3) is applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the cotton layers (2,2,2,2) stacked on the above four layers. The spunbond (3, 3) is a cloth in which ordinary fibers as described above are bound by low-melting fibers. As the low melting point fiber, polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyethylene fiber, polyamide fiber or the like having a melting point of 200 ° C. or less is used.
[0011]
The cotton layer (2, 2, 2, 2) is heat-treated at a temperature of 140 ° C. to 200 ° C., and this heat treatment may be performed separately for each layer, or four layers may be combined by the needle punching. It may be performed after doing. When such a heat treatment is performed, the crimped fiber is particularly crimped and becomes rigid. The heat treatment is desirably performed with hot air that can easily heat the inside.
Further, it is desirable that the cotton layer (2, 2, 2, 2) be subjected to a hot water treatment to remove the surfactant adhering to the fiber. The hot water treatment is usually carried out by immersing in warm water at 50 to 100 ° C. for about 1 hour.
[0012]
In this embodiment, four cotton layers (2) are stacked, but three or five cotton layers (2) may be stacked. It is not always necessary to apply a spun bond (3, 3).
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
The cushion material of the present invention has good cushioning properties because the fibers of the cotton layers of each layer are vertically oriented.
