本発明はシステムキッチン等の厨房装置において、レンジフ−ド等の換気装置と一体的に高密度の収納空間を得るための設備装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種のレンジフ−ド等厨房用換気装置と収納部は、特開2000−329388公報に記載されているようなものが一般的であった。

このレンジフ−ドは図11に示すように、送風機51とこの駆動用電動機および風洞52を備えた排気装置部53と、この下部に位置し調理コンロの後方にあって、調理コンロから排出上昇する油煙、水蒸気等の排気を沿わせて排気装置部53へ導く導風板および天蓋54により構成されている。

そして、収納部55は、前記の排気装置部53の上部に設けられ、収納部55の前面には扉体55aが、収納部55の内部には棚装置55bが設けられている。また、排気装置部53から排出される排気を外部に導出するための排気ダクト56が、排気装置部53の上面から収納部55後方内を貫通して、収納部55の天面から外部に連通して、さらにこの排気ダクト56を隠蔽する目的で、収納部55の後方には、仕切り板57を設けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の収納部付き換気装置では、排気ダクト56が収納部55の空間内を貫通しており、収納性に劣るものである。

また、排気装置部53を含む導風板と天蓋54が収納部55の下部に大きく延出する形態になっているために、レンジフ−ド全体の外観が重厚な印象を与え意匠性に劣るとともに、排気装置部、収納部、排気ダクト各々の施工性に劣るものであった。特に、排気ダクト周辺の構造については、排気装置部の出口、収納部内の排気ダクト、収納部からの出口部分の排気ダクトの接続について、排気が漏れないよう冗長した構造が必要であり、収納部後方の仕切り板奥での排気ダクトの施工性も良好ではなく、コスト面で劣るものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するため、厨房室等用の排気を捕集する天蓋部を下部に配し、その上面の左右いずれか片側に、送風機とこの駆動用電動機および風洞を備え、前記天蓋部内部と連通する排気装置部を設け、さらに前記排気装置部に隣接して前記天蓋部上面に前記排気装置部とほぼ同じ奥行きを有する収納部を設けた換気装置を構成したものである。

上記発明によれば、排気装置部は、収納部と完全に独立しており、さらには収納部の奥行きが収納部付き換気装置全体の奥行きにほぼ等しい立方体に構成可能なため、収納性が良好である。また、調理コンロ等からの排気を捕集する天蓋部が、排気装置部と収納部の両方の下部に渡って一体的に設けられていることより、排気の捕集性も良好かつ外観もすっきりした構成とすることができる。さらに、排気装置部から外部への排気ダクトは、収納部に何等の干渉を与えることなく、排気装置部の天面、側面、後方側のいずれへも配設可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1にかかる収納部付き換気装置は、厨房室等用の排気を捕集する天蓋部を下部に配し、その上面の左右いずれか片側に、天蓋部とほぼ同じか、もしくはこれより小なる奥行きを有し、送風機と駆動用電動機および風洞を備え前記天蓋部内部と連通する排気装置部を設け、さらに前記排気装置部に隣接して前記天蓋部上面に前記排気装置部とほぼ同じ奥行きを有する収納部を設けたものである。

そして、収納部は、天蓋部の上方に独立して奥行きの深い立方体空間を形成しているため収納性が高く、また、排気装置部も収納部と独立して構成されるために、排気装置部とダクト等の接続施工性あるいは排気装置部の保守性が高い利点を有することができる。

(第1の実施例)
以下、本発明になる換気装置の第1の実施形態について図1から6を参照して説明する。図1は本実施例になる収納部付き換気装置を組み込んだ厨房装置の全体斜視図、図2は収納部付き換気装置の天蓋部・排気装置部の全体斜視図、図3は収納部付き換気装置の収納部を中心とした全体斜視図、図4は収納部付き換気装置の正面詳細図、図5は収納部と天蓋部の要部詳細図、図6は厨房装置の垂直断面図である。

図1に示す1はキッチンに配設された厨房装置で、下部には加熱調理装置2や流し台3などが並列して配設され、加熱調理装置2の上方には、加熱調理装置2からの油煙、水蒸気、燃焼ガス等の排気aが導入排出されるべく収納部付き換気装置4が配設され、この収納部付き換気装置4の側方にあって流し台3などの上方には、吊戸棚5等が並設されている。収納部付き換気装置4および吊戸棚5は、各々建物の後ろ壁面Aあるいは側面の壁面Bに後述の手段により固定取り付けされている。

次に図2に示すように、収納部付き換気装置4は、加熱調理装置2からの油煙・水蒸気・熱を含んだ排気aを捕集するためのスカ−ト形状6aで構成した天蓋部6を下面に配し、このスカ−ト形状6a内部には、排気aの油煙を吸着させるフィルタ−6bが着脱自在に装着されており、天蓋部6の天面にはフィルタ−6bを含むスカ−ト形状6a内部と連通する開口部6cを設け、天蓋部6の前面には、換気装置4の操作スイッチ部6dが設けられている。

この天蓋部6の上部にあって収納部付き換気装置4の左側方には、天蓋部6よりも奥行き寸法を小として形成した排気装置部7を函状に構成し、排気装置部7内にはその底部において天蓋部6の開口部6cと連通した吸気室7aを配して、天蓋部6の天面と強固にねじ6eで締結固定している。さらに吸気室7aに連通して排気用の送風用シロッコファン7bおよび前記送風用シロッコファン7bを駆動する電動機7cを組み込んだ風洞部7dを配し、この下流側の排気口7eから排気を屋外等へ導出する排気ダクト8の一端を接続することにより排気装置部7を構成している。また、排気装置部7の天面部の奥側左右には、天蓋部6と排気装置部7を一体的に建物の壁面に取り付け固定する略L形状の固定金具7fを左右一対設けている。

さらに、図3に示すように、この排気装置部7の右側にあって、天蓋部6の上方に、排気装置部7とほぼ同一の奥行き寸法にて、前面部に開口を有した函状の収納部9が設けられ、その前面開口には開閉自在な扉体9aが設けられ、内部には適宜に収納棚9bあるいは収納かご(図示せず)が配設されている。また、収納部9の背面の四隅には、建物の後ろ壁面Aに取り付け固定する固定金具9cを設けている。

一方、排気装置部7の前方には、収納部9の扉体9aと前面が同一になるように、化粧パネル体10が排気装置部7を隠蔽するように配設され、建物の左側壁面Bと収納部9の右側面にねじ10aにより締結固定されている。

また、図4に示すように、収納部9の底面の天蓋部6側には、不燃板9dを貼り付けて不燃材層11が形成され、この不燃板9dの下面と天蓋部6との間に所定の空気対流空間12が設けられている。対流空間12の前縁にはパンチングメタル等の通気開口を有する仕切板13が配置されて外部と区画されている。さらに、排気装置部7の収納部9側の側面にも不燃板7hを貼り付け、排気装置部7と収納部9の間に、不燃材層14を形成している。

さらに、図2、図5に示すように、天蓋部6の天面の中央部付近と収納部側の端部寄りの位置には、断面が略C字形状をなす凹金具15が天蓋部前後方向にねじ6fで締結固定され、一方、収納部9の底面には、前後方向に配した凸金具16が、前記凹金具15に挿嵌可能な形状にてねじ16bで一対固定されている。凸金具16は、水平方向左右に延出部16aを有し、この延出部16aが、凹金具15のC字形状部15aと係止されており、凹金具15と一体になる天蓋部6を手前から奥側へ挿入することにより、凸金具16が凹金具15を懸垂支持する形態となり、収納部9が天蓋部6あるいは天蓋部6と排気装置部7が一体化されたユニットを支持固定することができる。

また、図6に示すように、天蓋部6の前面部には、収納部9の扉体9aを開いたり、収納部9に対して収納物を出し入れしようとして手を伸ばした場合など、収納部9に対する作業空間内に人体の一部が接近したことを検出するための反射型光センサなどの検出手段17が配設されている。検出手段17の検出範囲は単に加熱調理装置2の前に人が立っただけでは検出作動することがないように、略水平方向から斜め上方の所定角度範囲θを検出範囲としている。

以上の構成になる収納部付き換気装置4によれば、天蓋部6の上に収納部9が設けられていることで、従来の厨房室用換気装置の排気ダクト56の部分にまで収納空間が形成され、さらに、排気装置部7と収納部9を左右に区画し、収納部9は、奥行き寸法を最大限有効に利用できるので、収納性が格段に向上する。しかも、天蓋部6の前縁に収納部9の開口を配置することが可能であり、物品は容易に収納・取り出しができる。

また、排気装置部7から厨房室外部への排気通路となる排気ダクト8は、収納部9の配置の影響を受けることなく排気装置部7から直接一体的に建物外部方向に配設され、施工性が良好である。さらに、収納部付き換気装置4全体の取り付け施工にあたり、収納部9を建物の後ろ壁面Aに取り付け施工した後、収納部9の底面に設けた懸架構造により、排気装置部7および天蓋部6を一体的に収納部9に懸垂させるようにして取り付けた後、排気装置部7を建物の後ろ壁面Aに固定する作業のみでよく、施工性が良好であるとともに、収納部9と排気装置部7および天蓋部6の位置決めが確実におこなわれるので、外観性が良く施工が容易におこなえる。また、収納部9の側方および底面に不燃材層11、14および空気対流空間12を設けているので、天蓋部6で捕集される排気等の熱からの断熱も良好であり、その分、収納部9の容積を大きく取れ、かつ収納部9の下端位置を低くでき、収納・取り出しも容易になる利点を有する。

また、収納部9に対する物品の出し入れ等の作業を行うために、天蓋部6の上方に手を伸ばす動作等により物体が接近すると、検出手段17にて検出された信号が制御装置7gおよび加熱調理装置2の制御装置2cにより、複数の加熱源2aの内、少なくとも手前側の加熱源2aの制御バルブ2cを絞り、火力出力を停止もしくは微弱に制御することが可能ため、作業者が加熱源2aの火炎や熱の影響を受け火傷等の事故を被ることを未然に防止することも可能である。

一方、図8に示すように、第1の実施例と同様に天蓋部6の前縁に設けた人体の接近を感知するセンサ−を有した検出手段17に加えて、平行リンク21bとの接触の有無を検出するリミットスイッチによる検出手段22を昇降支持機構部21aに設けている。この検出手段22による検出信号は、一旦換気装置4に設けられた制御装置7iに入力され、検出手段17からの検出信号と合わせて処理され信号線18を介して加熱調理装置2内の制御装置2bに伝達され、例えばガスによる加熱調理装置2の複数の加熱源2aの内、少なくとも手前側の加熱源2aの制御バルブ2cを開閉制御して、その火力出力を停止もしくは微弱にするように構成されている。また、図示例では制御装置7iを換気装置4内に設けたが、第1の実施例のように、加熱調理装置2内に設けた制御装置2bと集約兼用させてもよい。収納部19を建物の壁面に取り付けする構造、収納部19と天蓋部6もしくは排気装置部7との係止固定構造は、第1の実施例と同様の構成とし、説明は省略する。

以上の構成によれば、収納ラック体20を昇降収納装置21にて収納部19内に格納した位置と前方下方に引き出した使用位置との間で昇降可能に収納部19を構成しているので、天蓋部6の上部に収納部19を配設していても、収納ラック体20を前方下方に引き出すことによって、低い位置で収納物の出し入れができ、使い勝手良く使用することができる。また、平行リンク21bの位置検出手段22の動作により、例えば、収納ラック体20が引き出され下位置で停止した状態でも、加熱源2aの出力を自動的に停止もしくは微弱にすることが可能であり、第1の実施例と同様に操作者が加熱源2aの熱影響を受けたり、収納物が過熱されたりするのを防止することができる。

以上の構成の収納部付き換気装置4によれば、第1の実施例の図2とほぼ対称形をなし、天蓋部6と排気装置部7の固定および天蓋部6と収納部9との懸架構造部は、ねじ6e、6f、6gの締結を変更するのみで天蓋部6の左右いずれの側にも配することが収納部付き換気装置4の取り付け直前の選択により可能であり、収納部付き換気装置4を設置する場所に応じて排気ダクト8を設ける方向が制限されることに対して、換気装置4が柔軟に対応可能である。また、収納部9を隣接する吊戸棚5等の側に意図的に配置させることができ、利便性、外観性も良好である。

次に、本発明の収納部付き換気装置の第4の実施形態について、厨房装置の上部全体斜視図10を参照して説明する。なお、上記の第1から3いずれかの実施形態と同一の構成要素については、同一の参照符合を付してその説明を省略する。前述の実施例と異なる点は、収納部25の奥行きが、天蓋部6の奥行き寸法よりも小とし、収納部25の前面扉体25aの前後方向位置は、収納部付き換気装置4に隣接する吊戸棚5の扉体5aと同一面を形成するように収納部25を構成している。また、この位置に合わせて化粧パネル体14が取付られるように、排気装置部25の奥行きは、第1から3の実施例に比して小なものとしている。

以上説明したように本発明の収納部付き換気装置の排気装置部とこれに隣接する収納部およびこれらの下部全面に配された天蓋部の構成により、単一かつ一体的に構成された排気装置を用いた場合に比して、収納性の高い立方体空間を提供することが可能となり、しかも収納部付き排気装置の機能部である排気装置部および天蓋部と収納部が独立区画を形成しているため、排気装置部と排気ダクトとの取り合いも良好となる。
