Conventionally, various structures and designs have been known for ventilation devices for indoor rooms that are installed above heating appliances and discharge the rising contaminated air to the outside. A hood for collecting the air, an exhaust fan, its drive means, duct means, and a box-shaped casing to house it are essential, and the lower part of the single casing is the hood, and the exhaust fan and The most common structure was that the drive means was provided and a duct was connected to the discharge port of the exhaust fan.

However, in the conventional exhaust system for a room, all parts and mechanisms including the hood are arranged in a single casing, and the duct must also be connected inside this casing. Connection work and cleaning of various parts and mechanisms including the hood were extremely difficult.
Furthermore, since it is constructed as a single piece and has a considerable weight, it is inconvenient to attach and remove it from the building frame, making it difficult for one person to work on it.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the second member 2 is formed into a rectangular box with an open bottom surface, and the bottom opening 20 communicates with the top opening 11 of the first member 1. A filter 2 is installed adjacent to and slightly above the lower opening 20.
1 is arranged. Further, an upper intake hole 22 is formed in the upper part of the front surface as necessary. Also, the back plate 23
serves also as a partition plate that can close the front surface of the third member 3, and has a communication hole 24 that communicates with the third member 3. Connecting fittings 25 and 26 for connecting to the third member 3 are attached to the upper and lower portions of the back plate 23. Although the shape and structure of the connecting fittings 25 and 26 are not particularly limited, in the illustrated embodiment, the upper connecting fitting 25 has a hooking structure that is hooked to the corresponding connecting fitting of the third member 3. The lower connecting fitting 26 is made of a plate-shaped member suitable for connection with the fitting of the corresponding third member 3 with screws.

Inside the second member 2, there is a lower opening 2 as needed.
A switching damper may be provided that can selectively switch between intake from both the 0 and upper intake holes 22 and intake from only one of them. The filter 21 is preferably a filter that can filter out oil and fat from contaminated air, and by using such a filter, oil and fat can be removed from the air blower and duct installed in the third member 3. This will prevent oil from sticking to the air blower and prevent duct fires.

Next, install the kitchen exhaust system as shown in Figures 8 to 1.
Figure 0 will be explained. First, as shown in FIG. 8, the third member 3 is attached to a building frame, for example, a wall 5. In this case, the easiest way is to hook the mounting bracket 38 on the upper part of the back to the bracket 40 fixed to the wall 5,
Fix the lower mounting bracket 39 to the wall 5 with screws.
Since the third member 3 is not attached to the entire exhaust system, it is light in weight and can be carried out by one person. After fixing the third member 3 to the wall 5, the duct 3
6 is connected to the discharge port 35.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the mounting bracket 25 of the second member 2 is hooked to the receiving bracket 41 of the third member 3,
The lower mounting brackets 26 and 42 are removably connected with thumbscrews 6 to join the second member 2 to the third member 3. By such joining, the open front surface of the third member 3 is closed by the back plate 23 of the second member 2, and the communication hole 24 is connected to the air intake port of the blower fan 33.

As described above, according to this invention, the cubicle exhaust system is made up of three members 1, 2, and 3 that can be separated from each other.
Since the exhaust system is divided into parts and joined together during installation, when installing the exhaust system on the building frame, it is only necessary to handle each component, which is relatively light in weight, one after the other, making it easy for one person to do the installation work, and reducing the risk of contamination. Cleaning work can also be done easily. Further, even when manufacturing, transporting, and stocking products, each member 1, 2, and 3 can be separated and carried out separately, which improves workability and convenience. In addition, the front surface of the third member on which the blower fan is installed is open so that the duct can be attached to the fan from the front of the third member, making the duct installation extremely easy. In addition, since the second member is connected to the front surface of the third member, the front surface of the third member can be closed with the back plate of the second member,
There is an advantage that no special structure is required for closing the front surface of the third member.
