【発明の属する技術分野】
本願発明は、吸収式冷凍装置、特に作動温度の異なる3個の再生器を備えてなる吸収式冷凍装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、吸収式冷凍装置は、凝縮器と蒸発器と吸収器と溶液熱交換器及び再生器を基本構成要素とし、且つこれら各構成要素を溶液配管系と冷媒配管系とにより順次作動的に接続して構成される。

かかる吸収式冷凍装置においては、吸収器において生成された希溶液を再生器で加熱濃縮して濃溶液とし、さらにこれを前記吸収器に還流させる一方、前記再生器での希溶液の加熱濃縮によって生成された冷媒蒸気を凝縮器で凝縮させて液冷媒とするとともに、この液冷媒を蒸発器において蒸発させ、ここで発生した冷媒蒸気を前記吸収器において濃溶液に吸収させて希溶液を生成することで、吸収溶液と冷媒の循環サイクルが実現される。

また、この場合、熱回収によって冷凍装置の熱効率を高める観点から、再生器から流出する加熱された濃溶液と該再生器に流入する希溶液との間で熱交換を行わせるのが通例である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、吸収式冷凍装置では、その性能向上を図るには、溶液・冷媒循環系の熱効率を高めることが最も有効であることが知られており、これを具現化する手法として、再生器を複数設けて一つの外部熱源の熱を繰り返し再利用することが提案されている。即ち、再生器として、作動温度の異なるものを複数備え、高温で作動する高温側再生器の加熱によって生成される冷媒蒸気を、低温で作動する低温側再生器に導入し、これを該低温側再生器の加熱熱源として利用するものである。

ところが、吸収式冷凍装置においては、このように再生器を複数化することに伴って機内圧力(作動圧)、特に最も高温側の再生器の作動圧と温度が高くなり、冷凍装置の高圧・高温対策が必要になる。

即ち、吸収式冷凍装置においては、上述のように作動温度が異なる複数の再生器を備えた場合、高温側の再生器の冷媒蒸気温度で低温側の再生器の吸収溶液を加熱濃縮するので、高温側の再生器の冷媒蒸気温度は低温側の再生器の吸収溶液の沸騰温度以上でなければならず、従って高温側の再生器においてはその冷媒蒸気温度に比例してその作動圧が高くなり、冷凍装置の高圧・高温対策が必要となる。

また、上記のような構成の吸収式冷凍装置においては、最も高温側の各再生器において加熱濃縮されて流出する濃溶液は、最も低温側の再生器において加熱濃縮されて流出する濃溶液と合流した後に吸収器に流入することとなっているが、この場合、最も高温側の再生器から流出する濃溶液と最も低温側の再生器から流出する濃溶液とでは、大きな温度差および大きな圧力差があるため、高圧側(換言すれば、高温側)の濃溶液の圧力調整を行わないと、低温側の濃溶液との合流が円滑に行えないこととなる。つまり、何らかの圧力調整手段が必要となるのである。

本願発明は、上記の点に鑑みてなされたもので、吸収溶液の循環経路の改善等によって、作動圧が低く且つ効率の良い吸収式冷凍装置を提供し得るようにするとともに、配管中に大きな圧力差が存在する合流部分が存在しなくなり、安定した溶液循環を行い得るようにすることを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明では、上記課題を解決するための手段として、少なくとも1個以上の凝縮器C、蒸発器E、吸収器A及び3個の溶液熱交換器H3〜H1と再生器G3〜G1を溶液配管系と冷媒配管系とで作動的に接続して循環サイクルを構成し、前記高温再生器G3〜G1に冷媒を含む吸収溶液を供給し、前記高温再生器G3で外部熱源Jを用いて吸収溶液を加熱沸騰せしめて冷媒蒸気を発生させ、該冷媒蒸気の熱を用いて前記中温再生器G2で吸収溶液を加熱沸騰せしめて冷媒蒸気を発生させ、該冷媒蒸気の熱を用いて前記低温再生器G1で吸収溶液を加熱沸騰せしめて冷媒蒸気を発生させるように構成した吸収式冷凍装置において、前記吸収器Aから出た希溶液Laが前記低温溶液熱交換器H1の被加熱側を通過後に分岐して、その一方は前記高温溶液熱交換器H3の被加熱側を通過して前記高温再生器G3に流入し、該高温再生器G3において加熱濃縮されて流出する高温濃溶液L3は、前記高温溶液熱交換器H3の加熱側を通過した後に前記低温再生器G1に流入する一方、他方は前記中温溶液熱交換器H2の被加熱側を通過した後に前記中温再生器G2に流入し、該中温再生器G2において加熱濃縮されて流出する中温濃溶液L2は、前記中温溶液熱交換器H2の加熱側を通過した後に前記低温再生器G1に流入し、該低温再生器G1において加熱濃縮されて流出する低温濃溶液L1は、前記低温溶液熱交換器H1の加熱側を通過した後に前記吸収器Aに流入するように構成している。

上記のように構成したことにより、吸収器Aから出た希溶液Laが分岐して、その一方が高温再生器G3に流入し、他方が中温再生器G2に流入することとなるため、前記中温再生器G2においては、非濃縮状態の希溶液Laがそのまま流入することで、例えば高温再生器G3において加熱濃縮された吸収溶液が流入される場合に比して、吸収溶液の濃度が低くなり、それだけその沸騰温度も低くなる。この中温再生器G2の吸収溶液の沸騰温度の低下分だけ、その加熱源となる高温再生器G3における冷媒蒸気温度を低く設定することができることから、該冷媒蒸気温度に比例する高温再生器G3の作動圧もこれを低く設定することができ、その結果、作動圧の低い作動性の良好な吸収式冷凍装置を提供することができることになる。

また、希溶液Laを分岐させたことで、例えば希溶液Laの全量がそのまま高温再生器G3に流入する場合に比して、該高温再生器G3への流入量が減少することになる。この結果、前記高温再生器G3においては、ここで加熱沸騰させる吸収溶液の量が少ない分だけその顕熱量が減少し、それだけ該高温再生器G3の加熱に必要な熱量(即ち、再生器G3への入熱量)も少なくなることから、システム全体としての成績係数(COP)が向上し吸収式冷凍装置の高効率化が図られる。さらに、前記高温再生器G3の直前の高温溶液熱交換器H3においては、ここに流入する吸収溶液量が減少する分だけその伝熱面積を小さくしてコンパクト化を図ることが可能となり、延いては吸収式冷凍装置のコンパクト化に寄与し得るものである。

請求項2の発明では、上記課題を解決するための手段として、少なくとも1個以上の凝縮器C、蒸発器E、吸収器A及び3個の溶液熱交換器H3〜H1と再生器G3〜G1を溶液配管系と冷媒配管系とで作動的に接続して循環サイクルを構成し、前記高温再生器G3〜G1に冷媒を含む吸収溶液を供給し、前記高温再生器G3で外部熱源Jを用いて吸収溶液を加熱沸騰せしめて冷媒蒸気を発生させ、該冷媒蒸気の熱を用いて前記中温再生器G2で吸収溶液を加熱沸騰せしめて冷媒蒸気を発生させ、該冷媒蒸気の熱を用いて前記低温再生器G1で吸収溶液を加熱沸騰せしめて冷媒蒸気を発生させるように構成した吸収式冷凍装置において、前記吸収器Aから出た希溶液Laは前記低温溶液熱交換器H1の被加熱側を通過した後に三つに分岐され、その一方は前記高温溶液熱交換器H3の被加熱側を通過して前記高温再生器G3に流入し、該高温再生器G3において加熱濃縮されて流出する高温濃溶液L3は、前記高温溶液熱交換器H3の加熱側を通過した後に前記低温再生器G1に流入し、他方は前記中温溶液熱交換器H2の被加熱側を通過した後に前記中温再生器G2に流入し、該中温再生器G2において加熱濃縮されて流出する中温濃溶液L2は、前記中温溶液熱交換器H2の加熱側を通過した後に前記低温再生器G1に流入し、もう一方は前記低温再生器G1に流入し、該低温再生器G1において加熱濃縮されて流出する低温濃溶液L1は、前記低温溶液熱交換器H1の加熱側を通過した後に前記吸収器Aに流入するように構成している。

上記のように構成したことにより、吸収器Aから出た希溶液Laが低温溶液熱交換器H1の被加熱側を通過後に三つに分岐し、各分岐量の全量がそれぞれの再生器G3〜G1に流入するように構成したので、前記中温再生器G2においては、非濃縮状態の希溶液Laがそのまま流入することで、例えば高温再生器G3において加熱濃縮された吸収溶液が流入される場合に比して、吸収溶液の濃度が低くなり、それだけその沸騰温度も低くなる。この中温再生器G2の吸収溶液の沸騰温度の低下分だけ、その加熱源となる高温再生器G3における冷媒蒸気温度を低く設定することができることから、該冷媒蒸気温度に比例する高温再生器G3の作動圧もこれを低く設定することができ、その結果、作動圧の低い作動性の良好な吸収式冷凍装置を提供することができることになる。

また、希溶液Laを三つに分岐させたことで、例えば希溶液Laの全量がそのまま高温再生器G3および中温再生器G2に流入する場合に比して、該高温再生器G3および中温再生器G2への流入量が減少することになる。この結果、前記高温再生器G3および中温再生器G2においては、ここで加熱沸騰させる吸収溶液の量が少ない分だけその顕熱量が減少し、それだけ該高温再生器G3および中温再生器G2の加熱に必要な熱量(即ち、再生器Gnへの入熱量)も少なくなることから、システム全体としての成績係数(COP)が向上し吸収式冷凍装置の高効率化が図られる。さらに、前記高温再生器G3および中温再生器G2の直前の高温溶液熱交換器H3および中温溶液熱交換器H2においては、ここに流入する吸収溶液量が減少する分だけその伝熱面積を小さくしてコンパクト化を図ることが可能となり、延いては吸収式冷凍装置のコンパクト化に寄与し得るものである。

請求項4の発明におけるように、請求項3記載の吸収式冷凍装置において、前記残余熱Qによって、前記吸収器Aの出口から前記各再生器G3〜G1の吸収溶液入口に至る経路の吸収溶液を、又は前記各再生器G3〜G1の吸収溶液入口の直前の吸収溶液を、又は前記高温再生器G3の吸収溶液入口の直前の吸収溶液を加熱するように構成した場合、吸収器Aの出口から各再生器G3〜G1の吸収溶液入口に至る経路の吸収溶液を加熱する構成とすれば、加熱位置の選択自由度が大きいことから残余熱の配管設計が容易であり、また前記各再生器G3〜G1の吸収溶液入口の直前の吸収溶液を加熱する構成とすれば、予熱された吸収溶液がその放熱が少ない状態で(換言すれば、より高い温度を維持した状態で)各再生器G3〜G1に流入することから予熱効果が高く熱効率のより一層の向上が期待でき、さらに高温再生器G3の吸収溶液入口の直前の吸収溶液を加熱する構成とすれば、予熱分だけ外部熱源Jの入熱量の減少が図れることからCOPのさらなる向上が期待できるものである。

図1には、本願発明の第1の実施の形態にかかる吸収式冷凍装置Z1の作動サイクルが示されている。
