Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a vehicle luggage unloading apparatus for unloading luggage by moving a movable platform stored on a luggage platform of a vehicle to the ground behind the luggage platform.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When loading or unloading heavy loads such as motorcycles on the loading platform of a truck or other vehicle, insert a plate at an angle between the rear end of the loading platform and the ground, and unload and load along the plate. ing. However, with this method, heavy loads that cannot be rolled on a plate material, such as a motorcycle that fails and does not rotate, cannot be unloaded onto a carrier.
[0003]
On the other hand, some trucks and the like are equipped with a hoist crane and a lifter for loading and unloading such heavy loads. Hoist cranes are relatively inexpensive, but require a slinging operation, so that it is troublesome to lift a load having a complicated shape such as a motorcycle, and the slinging operator may be injured. Further, the lifter requires a hydraulic cylinder, an electric arm, and the like for elevating and lowering, rotating, and the like, so that the apparatus becomes very expensive.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an inexpensive vehicle luggage unloading device that can easily and safely load heavy luggage on a cargo bed of a vehicle.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a vehicle luggage unloading device of the present invention includes a fixed frame provided with a guide rail attached to a vehicle bed and extending in a front-rear direction from above the bed to substantially the ground behind the bed, And a movable platform on which the luggage is loaded and unloaded from the platform to the ground behind the platform guided by the guide rails. A horizontal part that is substantially horizontal, a rising inclined part that inclines upward to the rear side, and a descending inclined part that inclines downward to the rear side are sequentially formed. A descending part which descends substantially to the ground is formed, a guided part guided by each part of these guide rails is provided at a front end side of the movable platform, and a movable part is provided at a rear end part of the fixed frame. A support roller is provided that is rotatably contacted with the lower surface of the platform and supports the movable platform movably in the front-rear direction. The support roller supports the rear end of the movable platform stored on the loading platform, and The guided portion on the front end side is sequentially guided by the horizontal portion of the guide rail, and the movable platform is moved substantially horizontally backward on the loading platform. The rear end of the movable platform is inclined downward, and then guided obliquely downward by the descending inclined portion, the rear end of the movable platform is brought into contact with the rear of the loading platform, and then moved rearward. A configuration is adopted in which the front end side of the movable platform, which is guided downward and the rear end side of which is grounded, is lowered substantially to the ground.
[0006]
That is, on the fixed frame attached to the loading platform, extending in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, a horizontal portion, a rising inclined portion, and a descending inclined portion are sequentially formed from the front end side on the portion on the loading platform, and descend substantially to the ground at a portion behind the loading platform. A guide rail with a descending part is provided, and the movable platform housed on the carrier is supported by the support rollers provided at the rear end of the fixed frame while the front end of the movable platform is guided by the guide rail. After moving the back end to the rear of the loading platform and touching the rear end side to the back of the loading platform, the front end side is guided by the descending part of the guide rail and lowered to the ground substantially, so that it is movable to the ground behind this loading platform Heavy loads can be easily and safely unloaded on the platform.
[0007]
By providing a pair of the guide rails on the left and right sides of the movable platform, the movable platform can be smoothly moved back and forth without tilting or swinging in the lateral direction of the movable platform.
[0008]
By attaching a wheel that is in contact with the grounded ground on the rear end side of the movable platform, the movable platform whose rear end is grounded can be smoothly moved back and forth.
[0009]
By providing a driving means for driving at least the forward movement of the movable platform moving in the front-rear direction, a heavy movable platform loaded with luggage can be easily moved to the loading platform. As a means for driving only the movement in the forward direction, for example, a method in which a rope, a wire, or the like is connected to the front end of the movable platform, and this is wound up in front of the loading platform can be adopted. Of course, a driving means for driving the movement in both the front and rear directions may be provided.
[0010]
A chain is laid on the drive means along the guide rail, a sprocket is attached to a front end side of the movable platform, and the sprocket is rotated by being engaged with the chain to move the movable platform in the front-rear direction. With this configuration, it is possible to drive the movable platform in both front and rear directions with an inexpensive configuration.
[0011]
By making the descending portion of the guide rail foldable or detachable, and storing the guide rail on the loading platform, the vehicle can be safely driven without any indication of protruding from the loading platform.

In the embodiment described above, the guide rails are provided on the fixed frame in a pair on the left and right, but the number of guide rails may be one. In this case, one guide rail is provided so as to extend in the front-rear direction at the center of the fixed frame, and the slit portion that allows the fitting of the upwardly inclined portion and the downwardly inclined portion of the guide rail that protrudes upward is movable. It may be provided in the center of the platform.
[0022]
Further, the guide rail is not limited to the lateral C-shaped cross section as in the embodiment, but may be an upward C-shaped depending on the form of a guided portion such as a roller provided on the front end side of the movable platform. A cross section, a T-shaped cross section, an I-shaped cross section, or the like can also be used.
[0023]
Further, the means for driving the movement of the movable platform is not limited to the engagement between the sprocket and the chain in the embodiment. For example, when driving only the forward movement of the movable platform, the front end of the movable platform may be used. It is also possible to adopt a method in which a rope, a wire, or the like is connected to the side, and this is wound up in front of the carrier.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the vehicle luggage unloading device of the present invention has a fixed frame attached to a loading platform, which extends in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, and has a horizontal portion, a rising inclined portion, and a descending inclined portion from the front end side on the portion of the loading platform. A guide rail formed sequentially and provided with a descending portion that descends to the ground substantially at the rear portion of the loading platform is provided, and the movable platform stored on the loading platform is guided at the front end side by the guide rail, and the rear end side is guided. After being supported by the support rollers provided at the rear end of the fixed frame and moved to the rear of the carrier, the rear end is grounded to the rear of the carrier, and the front end is guided by the descending part of the guide rail and descends to the ground. Because of this, it is possible to easily and safely load heavy loads on the movable platform that has been moved to the ground behind the loading platform, and it is possible to reduce the cost of the load unloading device.
[0025]
Further, by providing a driving means for driving at least the forward movement of the movable platform moving in the front-rear direction, a heavy movable platform loaded with luggage can be easily moved onto the loading platform. Of course, if a driving means for driving the movement in both the front and rear directions is provided, the movable platform can be more easily moved backward.
[0026]
Further, the descending portion of the guide rail is made foldable or detachable, and is stored on the carrier, so that the vehicle can be safely driven without any indication of protruding from the carrier.
