TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a configuration of a storage container for a vegetable room in a household refrigerator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 is an external perspective view of a refrigerator 1 as a conventional example. FIG. 5 shows a configuration in which the refrigerator compartment 3, the vegetable compartment 2, the upper freezer compartment 4, and the lower freezer compartment 5 are viewed from above, and shows the appearance when the drawer-type vegetable compartment 2 is opened. It has a rotating door to hold. Prepared foods, semi-cooked foods, seasonings, eggs, bottles, canned beverages, etc. are stored in the refrigerator room 3 at about 5 to 7 ° C, and fresh seafood, meat, fish meat and meat paste are stored in the refrigerator room 3. Dairy products such as yogurt and cheese are stored in a chilled room of about 1 to 3 ° C. provided in the refrigerator compartment 3. On the other hand, ice, ice cream, home-freezing foods, commercial frozen foods, and fresh seafood and meats that require long-term storage are transferred to the upper freezer compartment 4 or the lower freezer compartment 5 at about −18 ° C. The varieties are stored in the vegetable compartment 2 at about 2 to 4 ° C. and devised to suppress the evaporation of water, and are managed based on temperature.
[0003]
FIG. 6 is a sectional view of the vegetable compartment 2 seen from the side, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view of the vegetable compartment 2 seen from the front. The vegetable compartment 2 has a container configuration of an upper container 6 and a lower container 7, and a container lid 11 having a moisture retention sheet 9 for maintaining humidity in the container and a packing 10 for improving airtightness is provided directly above the upper and lower containers. Are located. In the lower container 7, a detachable partition 12 for sorting fruits and vegetables such as leaves is installed on the near side, and a vertical storage section A is formed. In the vegetable compartment 2 of such a refrigerator, the container configuration in which the upper container 6 is fixed to the lower container 7 as shown in FIG. 8 and the upper container 6 as shown in FIG. There is a container configuration in which the fruits and vegetables in the lower container 7 are moved in and out by sliding to the rear side. In the present description, a more complicated container configuration in which the upper container 6 slides on the lower container 7 to the rear side to put in and out the fruits and vegetables in the lower container 7 will be described, which is more complicated as shown in FIG.
[0004]
The depth of the entire container constituting the vegetable compartment 2 is set based on the height of spinach, which is a typical leafy vegetable stored in the vertical storage section A, and a depth of about 260 is required. Become. Here, when ignoring the thickness of the container for simplicity of calculation, the depth of the upper container 6 and the depth of the lower container 7 are the values obtained by internally dividing the depth of the vertical storage part A of about 260. Become. Therefore, if the vertical storage section A is removed, two levels of storage section depth or height are obtained, and the fruits and vegetables stored in the vegetable compartment 2 are also stored in two levels according to the size. . For example, when the depth of the upper container 6 is set to about 100, which is generally adopted, the depth of the lower container 7 is inevitably about 160, and a two-stage storage space can be secured. The fruits and vegetables stored in the chamber 2 are classified and stored in the upper container 6, the lower container 7, and the vertical storage section A in terms of both size and convenience. The fruits and vegetables stored in the vegetable compartment 2 vary according to the season and region, but are generally classified and stored in the upper and lower containers as follows.
[0005]
The upper container 6 mainly stores used small items, objects whose skin is soft and easily scratched, fruits, etc., and vegetables such as tomato, petit tomato, okra, shimeji, shiitake, bean sprouts, edamame, green beans, and nameko. , Mushrooms, peppers, carrots, pumpkins (cuts), etc., and peaches, loquats, grapes, strawberries, cherries, apples, plums, lemons, oranges, etc. are stored as fruits.
[0006]
The lower container 7 mainly stores large items, hard-to-scratch items, long items, etc., and vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, eggplant, radish, turnip, pumpkin, and fruits. Contains grapefruit and melon.
[0007]
The vertical storage section A mainly stores vegetables such as leaves and long products that can be accommodated at a depth of about 260, and spinach, bok choy, kaiware, honeysuckle, asparagus, cucumber, and the like.
[0008]
As for the vegetable container, there is Japanese Patent Application No. 7-324197 as a prior application.
[0009]
When observing the vegetable room 2 shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 from the housewife's storage consciousness and the actual situation of the usability, the upper container 6 mainly contains small items that are used up, objects that tend to be easily scratched due to soft outer skin, fruits and the like. While it is intended to be stored, the storage form is a mixture of perishable objects and large objects with relatively hard skins. Further, while the depth of the upper container 6 is about 100, the height of relatively large citrus fruits represented by grapefruit is about 110, so that the depth is slightly insufficient and the lower container 7 is moved to the lower container 7. Storage is forced.
[0010]
Similarly, the lower container 7 is intended to store large items and relatively hard-to-scratch items such as cauliflower, broccoli, and lettuce. It is a storage form in which hard large items are mixed. If the storage container of the vegetable room 2 is considered except for the vertical storage unit A, it will be provided with a two-stage storage unit of the upper container 6 and the lower container 7. It is a storage form that is also mixed with the lower container, and when searching for used vegetables, taking out things in the back or securing a place for new storage, overlapping or adjacent fruits and vegetables collide, It is not uncommon for scratches and deterioration to occur.
[0011]
In addition, because of the difficulty in finding stored items due to the mixture, it may occur that the fruits and vegetables are purchased again despite the stored fruits and vegetables. The depth of the lower container 7 is set to about 160 as a height that satisfies the storage of 2L or less in the size of the agricultural cooperative shipping standard sold in a general supermarket, for example, in the case of a large cabbage. In addition, large-scale products exceeding the 2L size of the agricultural cooperative shipping standard are often mixed and distributed, and there is a tendency for out-of-market distribution to increase due to the effects of courier services and the expansion of products directly from the production area. There is a need for a margin, and there is a demand for further increasing the size of the lower container 7 for storing large items.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In examining the container form of the vegetable room 2, a storage situation survey of the fruits and vegetables stored in the vegetable room 2 of a refrigerator in a general household was conducted as a grasp of the actual situation. There is a large number of types of fruits and vegetables stored in the market, and the storage of top-ranked fruits and vegetables was considered as the basis for the study. When examining the shipping standards of agricultural and agricultural cooperatives ranked higher on the basis of the survey results, it was found that the values are as shown in FIG. 10 as an example. In addition, in order to grasp the actual size of fruits and vegetables obtained by consumers of ordinary households, a survey of purchases of various fruits and vegetables sold in major supermarkets was conducted, and survey data as shown as an example in FIG. 11 was obtained. In assuming the size of the main fruits and vegetables stored in the vegetable room 2 by general consumers, the survey data in FIGS. Was added to the assumption. Regarding the ease of putting fruits and vegetables in and out, the survey results of the housewife's ease of use and storage consciousness in the vegetable room 2 showed that leaves such as spinach and slender objects such as cucumber and asparagus were placed in the vertical storage section A on the front side. Strawberries, grapes, peaches, loquats, etc., whose epidermis is soft and easily deteriorated by scratches, fruits in plastic packs, grapefruit with hard epidermis, oranges, lemons, etc. are placed in the upper container 6 and cabbage, Chinese cabbage, lettuce etc. Needs to be stored in the lower container 7 have been confirmed. Therefore, when examining the storage container form of the vegetable compartment 2, it is naturally important to consider the size and convenience of the fruits and vegetables. The depth of the entire container constituting the vegetable compartment 2 is set based on the height of spinach, which is a typical leafy vegetable stored in the vertical storage unit A, and the depth of the upper container 6 and the lower container 7 Is a value obtained by internally dividing the depth 260 of the upright storage section A by the depth of the upper container 6. That is, by configuring the bottom surface of the upper container 6 so that the depth of the storage portion on the left and right is two steps, the height of the storage portion of the lower container 7 disposed on the lower side is set as two steps. is there. Specifically, the upper container 6 having a bottom shape as shown in the sectional view of the vegetable compartment seen from the side in FIG. 2 and the sectional view of the vegetable container seen from the front in FIG. It is intended to secure four levels of storage sections having different depths or heights of sections B to E as storage sections having high storage capacity without changing the dimension of about 260 which is the height of the entire section. In addition, by changing the upper and lower containers, which were conventionally set as two stages, to four-stage storage units, the ease of sorting and sorting of fruits and vegetables is improved, and scratches caused by collisions at the time of putting in and out caused by the mixture. It is assumed that sticking can be suppressed. Further, the upper container 6 is provided so as to close a part of the opening of the lower container 7, and the upper container 6 is configured to be slidable to the rear side based on the lower container 7. When the lower container 7 is combined with the lower container 7, the rear portion of the lower container 7 is substantially closed by the upper container 6, and the high humidity state in the lower container 7 is maintained. As an effect, by using a storage structure in which a part of the opening of the lower container 7 is closed by the upper container 6, the vertical storage unit A can be set on the front side, and the upper container 6 can be slid to the back. Thereby, the fruits and vegetables in the lower container 7 are easy to see and put in and out. Furthermore, by adopting a structure in which the rear portion of the lower container 7 is substantially closed by the upper container 6, the high humidity state in the lower container 7 is maintained, and the freshness of the stored fruits and vegetables can be maintained. Further, when the bottom surface of the upper container 6 is configured such that the depth of the storage portion on the left and right is two steps, the dividing line is substantially at the center of the container width, and the step portion 15 serving as the dividing line is formed. By providing the rising portion 16 for preventing falling in the extension portion, the fruits and vegetables in the storage portion B and the storage portion C can be classified, and the spherical or cylindrical one does not fall from the storage portion B to the storage portion C without falling. , It is possible to store and organize. Further, as shown in the external perspective view of FIG. 1, in the refrigerator 1 in which the refrigerator compartment 3 and the like except for the drawer-type vegetable compartment door 8 are configured as a rotating door by a hinge mechanism 13, the storage part depth has two stages. The shallower storage portion of the upper container 6 is located closer to the hinge mechanism 13 of the door of the refrigerator compartment 3 and the like, and the upper container 6 has a height higher than that of the lower container 7. By storing small items, the impact of opening and closing the refrigerator compartment 3 and the like can be minimized, and mechanical stress due to impact on the stored fruits and vegetables can be suppressed. Also, the depth of the lower container 7 is set to 260 ± 10 in accordance with the height of leaves such as spinach which needs to be stored vertically, and the upper container is closed so that a part of the opening of the lower container 7 is closed. Since the container 6 is provided in the lower container 7 and the depth of the upper container 6 is formed to be smaller than 1/2 of 260 ± 10 2, it is possible to store and sort according to the convenience of housewives and storage needs. It was done. In addition, the upper container 6 is provided in the lower container 7 so as to close the rear of the opening of the lower container 7, and the cool air outlet 16 to the vegetable compartment 3 is provided near the upper container 6, The temperature in the upper container 6 can be lower than that in the lower container 7, and freshness of fruits and the like can be maintained more. Further, in the vegetable compartment 3 having a storage structure comprising two upper and lower containers, a step of 30 ± 10 is provided on the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the upper container 6, and the depth of the shallow side of the upper container 6 is set to 85 ± 10. 6, the depth of the deep side of the container 6 is 115 ± 10, the height of the shallow side of the lower container 7 is 145 ± 10, and the height of the deep side of the lower container 7 is 175 ± 10. Is set to 260 ± 10, and it is possible to secure four stages of storage places in accordance with the size of the stored fruits and vegetables without increasing the height of the two-stage container combination. Further, if the storage section A is provided on the front side of the lower container 7, five storage locations can be secured.
[0015]
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a refrigerator 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, showing an external appearance when a drawer type vegetable compartment 2 is opened. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the vegetable compartment 2 viewed from the side, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the vegetable compartment 2 viewed from the front. As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, each storage compartment of the refrigerator 1 is constituted by a refrigerating compartment 3 on the upper part and an upper freezing compartment 4 and a lower freezing compartment 5 on the lower part. The vegetable compartment 2 has a container configuration of an upper container 6 and a lower container 7, and the upper and lower containers are pulled out together by a drawer type vegetable compartment door 8 of the vegetable compartment 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a container lid 11 provided with a moisture retention sheet 9 for maintaining the humidity in the container and a packing 10 for improving the airtightness is disposed immediately above the main body side of the upper and lower containers. On the other hand, in the lower container 7, a detachable partition 12 for sorting fruits and vegetables such as leaves is installed on the front side, and forms a vertical storage section A. In the vegetable compartment 2 of such a refrigerator, the container configuration in which the upper container 6 is fixed to the lower container 7 as shown in FIG. 4, and the upper container 6 as shown in FIG. Although there is a container configuration in which the fruits and vegetables in the lower container 7 are moved in and out by sliding to the back side, according to the present invention, it is possible to carry out with either container configuration, but in the present description, a more complicated configuration is used. The latter container configuration shown in FIG. 2 will be described in which the upper container 6 slides on the lower container 7 to the rear side to put in and out the fruits and vegetables in the lower container 7. In setting the depth of the entire container constituting the vegetable compartment 2, when setting the height of spinach, which is a typical leafy vegetable stored in the vertical storage unit A, as in the conventional case, about 260 It is necessary to secure the depth. Here, the description will be made with reference to FIG. 3 ignoring the thickness of each container in order to simplify the calculation as in the conventional example. The depth of the upper container 6 and the depth of the lower container 7 are values obtained by internally dividing about 260 which is the depth of the upright storage section A. In setting the depth of the upper container 6 to be internally divided, it is necessary to consider the housewife's storage consciousness and ease of use, and as a height that can store grapefruit which is a big thing to be stored in the upper container 6, about 115 can be set, and the depth of the lower container 7 below it is necessarily about 145. In addition, when the variation from off-market distribution is added to about 160, which is the height converted from the cabbage of the agricultural cooperative shipping standard 2L size, which is a big thing stored in the lower container 7, and it is set to about 15, a value of about 175 can be set. The depth of the upper container 6 is necessarily about 85, and the setting of the four stages can be performed at equal intervals of 30 pitches. When confirming the fruits and vegetables that can be stored in the upper and lower containers, the shallow storage portion B of the upper container 6 contains packed containers such as grapes, cherries, strawberries, and tomatoes, tray containers such as shiitake and green beans, sprouts such as bean sprouts, peppers, and nameko. Bags, peaches, oranges, lemons, tomatoes, etc. can be stored. In the deep storage section C of the upper container 6, in addition to large citrus fruits such as grapefruit, plums and loquats contained in a large pack container are to be stored. Of course, fruits and vegetables placed in the shallow storage section B of the upper container 6 can be stored. On the other hand, the shallow storage section D of the lower container 7 can store eggplant, carrot, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, and the like, and the deep storage section E can store large vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, cabbage, and pumpkin. In addition, the lower container 7 is provided with an upright storage section A for leaves and long items that can be accommodated at a depth of about 260. Thus, by providing about 30 steps on the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the upper container 6, the depth of the shallow storage portion B of the upper container 6 is about 85, and the depth of the deep storage portion C of the upper container 6 is about 115, By setting the depth of the shallow storage portion D of the lower container 7 to about 145 and the depth of the deep storage portion E of the lower container 7 to about 175, the upper and lower stages are set according to the size of the fruits and vegetables stored in the upper and lower containers. In other words, four stages, and including the vertical storage part A, five stages of storage space are secured. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently cope with larger vegetables without changing the overall depth of the vegetable room 2, and to provide the vegetable room 2 which has little overlap in each storage section and is easy to put in and out.
[0016]
According to the above configuration, the bottom of the upper container 6 of the vegetable compartment 2 is configured so that the storage depth is two steps in the left and right directions, so that the storage height of the lower container 7 disposed on the lower side is also two steps. As a result, larger objects can be stored even at the same container height as before, and classified storage that meets the needs of housewives can be performed. Therefore, it was not necessary to search for small or used vegetables that were difficult to find because they were hidden behind a large object, and a form that could be easily taken in and out was obtained. Furthermore, since a high classification storage property is obtained, the fruits and vegetables stored in the upper and lower containers can be checked at a glance, double purchase can be prevented, and deterioration of freshness due to damage of fruits and vegetables at the time of putting in and out can be suppressed.
[0017]
